Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Befestigen einer Türzarge in der Wandöffnung einer Ständerwand mit einem U-förmigen Ständerprofil mit auf den U-Schenkeln befestigten Wandplatten aus Gipskarton oder dergleichen, wobei
- die Türzarge ein insbesondere U-förmiges die Laibung der Wandöffnung umfassendes Zargenprofil und
- die zwischen Laibung und Türzarge angeordnete Vorrichtung einen Wandanker mit beiseitigen Anschlußwinkeln und wandparallelen Klemmbacken für das Zargenprofil aufweist und
- die eine Klemmbacke mittels einer von außen durch das Zargenprofil zugänglichen laibungsparallelen Stellschraube verstellbar ist.

Es ist eine derartige Vorrichtung zum nachträglichen Befestigen einer Türzarge in der Wandöffnung einer Ständerwand bekannt, bei welcher die beiden Klemmbacken der Anschlußwinkel und folglich des Wandankers die Gipskartonplatten außenseitig umfassen. Bei Betätigung der Stellschraube werden also die wandflächenbildenden Gipskartonplatten zwichen den Klemmbacken in zunehmendem Maße eingeklemmt. Die Klemmbacken bilden gleichsam eine Schraubzwinge, wobei eine stufenlose und folglich unkontrollierte Betätigung der Stellschraube nicht ausgeschlossen ist, weil keine Stellbegrenzung vorgesehen ist. Folglich besteht die Gefahr, daß über die Klemmbacken solche Klemmkräfte auf die Gipskartonplatten übertragen werden, daß die Gipskartonplatten schließlich beschädigt werden und sogar einbrechen. Diese Einbruchgefahr wird dadurch noch erhöht, daß sich die Wandanker bzw. Klemmbacken regelmäßig im Bereich eines Türbandes befinden bzw. ein solches Türband umfassen, so daß häufige Türbetätigung zur erhöhten Beanspruchung der Gipskartonplatten in den Klemmbackenbereichen führt. Außerdem besteht bei einer stufenlosen Betätigung der Stellschraube über das erforderliche Maß hinaus die Gefahr, daß die Zargenlaibung Deformationen erfährt, die in ästhetischer Hinsicht stören. - Hier will die Erfindung Abhilfe schaffen.Such a device for retrofitting a door frame in the wall opening of a stud wall is known, in which the two clamping jaws of the connection angle and consequently the wall anchor enclose the plasterboard panels on the outside. Diese Aufgabe löst die Erfindung bei einer gattungsgemäßen Befestigungsvorrichtung dadurch, daß auf dem Ständerprofil eine Ankerplatte mit einem im Wandlängsrichtung vorkragenden Verankerungschenkel befestigt ist, daß der verstellbaren Klemmbacke eine an dem anderen Anschlußwinkel mit der unverstellbaren Klemmbacke laibungsparallel geführte Konterbacke zugeordnet und die Konterbacke auf der Stellschraube gegensinnig zu der zugeordneten Klemmbacke durch Betätigung der Stellschraube verstellbar ist, und daß die Betätigung der durch den Verankerungsschenkel hindurchgeführten Stellschraube die Klemmbacke und die Konterbacke das Zargenprofil auf dem zwischen ihnen angeordneten Verankerungsschenkel festklemmen. - Die Erfindung geht zunächst einmal von der Erkenntnis aus, daß die Abmessungen der Türzarge bzw. des U-förmigen Zargenprofils ohnehin auf die Breite der betreffenden Ständerwand abgestimmt ist. Folglich ist im Zuge einer nachträglichen Befestigung einer solchen Türzarge lediglich deren einwandfreie Befestigung auf dem Ständerprofil erforderlich. Dazu dient die auf dem Ständerprofil zu befestigende Ankerplatte mit dem Verankerungsschenkel. Dieser Verankerungsschenkel wird zwischen Klemmbacke und Konterbacke durch Betätigung der Stellschraube eingeklemmt, wobei die verstellbare Klemmbacke und Konterbacke wiederum Bestandteil des Wandankers für die Türzarge sind. Dadurch, daß die verstellbare Klemmbacke nicht länger gegen die ihr zugeordnete wandbildende Gipskartonplatte angezogen wird, also beide wandbildenden Gipskartonplatten nicht länger zwischen den beiden Klemmbacken des Wandankers im Zuge der nachträglichen Befestigung der Türzarge eingeklemmt werden, ist jede Beschädigung und jedes Einbrechen der Gipskartonplatten im Zuge der Türzargenmontage ausgeschlossen. Ebenso sind Deformationen der Zargenlaibung im Zuge der nachträglichen Türzargenmontage nicht länger zu befürchten, weil eben die verstellbare Klemmbacke und die gegensinnig verstellbare Konterbacke gegen den Verankerungsschenkel der Ankerplatte angezogen werden. Dieser Verankerungsschenkel bildet gleichsam einen Anschlag für die verstellbare Klemmbacke und gegensinnig verstellbare Konterbacke und folglich eine Drehbegrenzung für die Stellschraube. Im Ergebnis wird die Befestigung der Türzarge nicht länger durch ein Aufklemmen des Wandankers auf die wandbildenden Gipskartonplatten vorgenommen, sondern durch das Aufklemmen auf den Verankerungsschenkel der Ankerplatte, welcher die angreifenden Klemmkräfte ohne weiteres aufnehmen und über die Ankerplatte in das Ständerprofil ohne Beanspruchung der Gipskartonplatten einleiten kann. So weisen die Ankerplatte und das Ständerprofil vorzugsweise vertikale Langlöcher auf und ist die Ankerplatte mittels die Langlöcher durchdringender Feststellschrauben mit drehfesten Schraubenmuttern, die beispielsweise drehsicher in die Langlöcher des Ständerprofils eingreifen, auf dem Ständerprofil mit Höhenjustierung fixierbar. Diese Höhenjustierung ist insbesondere für eine einwandfreie Montage der Bandlager für die Türbänder erforderlich, zumal für die Türbänder vorgegebene Abstandsmaße vom Boden eingehalten werden müssen. Um ferner dafür Sorge zu tragen, daß die verstellbare Klemmbacke sich auf der der unvorstellbaren Klemmbacke gegenüberliegenden Wandseite befindet, kann der Verankerungsschenkel der Ankerplatte mit der einen Wandfläche fluchten, so daß die Ankerplatten praktisch ein im Querschnitt L-förmiges Profil bildet. Ferner lehrt die Erfindung, daß der eine Anschlußwinkel mit der unverstellbaren Klemmbacke eine Gleitfläche mit Führungswangen für die verstellbare Konterbacke aufweist, um eine stabile und leichtgängige Führung für die Konterbacke zu gewährleisten. Ferner kann der Anschlußwinkel mit der unverstellbaren Klemmbacke in an sich bekannter Weise backeninnenseitig ein Bandlager für ein Türband aufweisen. Vorzugsweise besitzen die Klemmbacken und die Konterbacke auf der Backeninnenseite eine Riffelung, um besondere griffige und folglich rutschfeste Klemmfläche zu bilden, während die Stellschraube als Inbusschraube ausgebildet sein kann, um eine einfache Betätigung mittels eines stangenartigen Inbusschlüssels parallel zur Zargenlaibung zu ermöglichen.Further features essential to the invention are listed below. In den Figuren ist eine Vorrichtung zum nachträglichen Befestigen einer Türzarge in der Wandöffnung einer Ständerwand 1 mit einem U-förmigen Ständerprofil 2 aus Stahl, Aluminium oder dergleichen mit auf den U-Schenkeln 3 befestigten Wandplatten 4 aus Gipskarton oder dergleichen dargestellt. Die Türzarge weist ein U-förmiges die Laibung der Wandöffnung umfassendes Zargenprofil 5 auf. Die zwischen Laibung und Türzarge angeordnete Anordnung besitzt einen Wandanker mit beidseitigen Anschlußwinkeln 6,7 und wandparallelen Klemmbacken 8,9 für das Zargenprofil 5. Die eine Klemmbacke 8 ist mittels einer von außen durch das Zargenprofil 5 zugänglichen laibungsparallelen Stellschraube 10 verstellbar. Auf dem Ständerprofil 2 ist eine Ankerplatte 11 mit einem in Wandlängsrichtung vorkragenden Verankerungsschenkel 12 befestigt. Der verstellbaren Klemmbacke 8 ist eine an dem einen Anschlußwinkel 7 mit der unverstellbaren Klemmbacke 9 laibungsparallel geführte Konterbacke 13 zugeordnet. Die Konterbacke 13 weist wie die verstellbare Klemmbacke 8 eine Gewindebohrung für die Stellschraube 10 auf, ist jedoch auf der Stellschraube 10 gegensinnig zu der zugeordneten Klemmbacke 8 durch bloße Betätigung der Stellschraube verstellbar. Bei Betätigung der durch den Verankerungsschenkel 12 hindurchgeführten Stellschraube 10 klemmen die Klemmbacke 8 und Konterbacke 13 das Zargenprofil 5 auf dem zwischen ihnen angeordneten Verankerungsschenkel 12 fest. Die Ankerplatte 11 und das Ständerprofil 2 weisen vertikale Langlöcher 14 auf. Dadurch ist die Ankerplatte 11 mittels die Langlöcher 14 durchdringender Feststellschrauben 15 mit rückseitig in den Langlöchern des Ständerprofils 2 drehsicheren Schraubenmuttern 16 auf dem Ständerprofil 2 mit Höhenjustierung fixierbar. Der Verankerungsschenkel 12 der Ankerplatte 11 fluchtet mit der einen Wandfläche. Der Anschlußwinkel 7 mit der unverstellbaren Klemmbacke 9 weist eine Gleitfläche 17 mit Führungswangen 18 für die verstellbare Konterbacke 13 auf. Der Anschlußwinkel 7 mit der unverstellbaren Klemmbacke 9 besitzt ferner backeninnenseitig ein Bandlager 19 für ein Türband.
