Claims (3)
- Nähmaschine mit einem Gehäuse, das aufweist:
einem Ständer, der einen ersten und einen zweiten im wesentlichen waagrechten Arm trägt; die in Zuordnung zum ersten Arm eine Nadelstange (4) und einen ersten Mechanismus (5) zur Betätigung der Nadelstange trägt; und die in Zuordnung zum zweiten Arm eine erste Einrichtung zum Mitnehmen des zu nähenden Materials (6), eine zweite Schleifensensoreinrichtung und einen zweiten Mechanismus (8, 10) zur Betätigung der genannten Einrichtungen trägt, wobei das Gehäuse eine Struktur besitzt, die aufweist:
einen Sockel und eine Armatur in Form eines U (1a), die auf dem Sockel montiert ist und einen ersten und einen zweiten Arm, die sich parallel übereinander erstrecken, sowie einen Zwischenabschnitt besitzt, der die entsprechenden Enden des ersten und des zweiten Armes verbindet, wobei der erste und der zweite Arm der Armatur mindestens einen Teil des jeweils ersten bzw. zweiten Armes des Gehäuses bilden,
wobei ein Traggerüst (2) in Form eines U einen dritten und einen vierten Arm und mindestens ein Verbindungsglied zwischen dem dritten und dem vierten Arm besitzt,
Mittel, die das Positionieren des dritten und des vierten Armes des Traggerüstes jeweils auf dem ersten bzw. auf dem zweiten Arm der Armatur bewirken,
eine Vielzahl von Schellen (15), die den dritten und den vierten Arm des Traggerüstes auf dem ersten und dem zweiten Arm der Armatur in der von den genannten Mitteln definierten Position fixieren, wobei jede Schelle Festhalteglieder (15a, 15b) umfaßt, die mit entsprechenden Befestigungsgliedern (11c, 11d) zusammenwirken, welche fest mit dem ersten und dem zweiten Arm der Armatur verbunden sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannten Mittel umfassen:
einerseits eine erste (11a, 11b) und eine zweite Reihe (12a, 12b) von Rippenpaaren, die fest mit dem ersten bzw. mit dem zweiten Arm der Armatur (1a) verbunden sind, wobei die Rippen (11a, 11b; 12a, 12b) jedes Rippenpaares untereinander Abstand halten und quer zur Längsachse der Arme der Armatur ausgerichtet sind, und wobei die Befestigungsglieder (11c, 11d) fest mit den Rippen verbunden sind, und,
andererseits mindestens eine zusätzliche Rippe (13), die mit dem Zwischenabschnitt der Armatur fest verbunden ist und in Querrichtung zur Ausrichtungsachse der Rippen der ersten (11a, 11b) und der zweiten (12a, 12b) Reihe der Rippenpaare verlaufen,
wobei jede der Rippen einen Ausschnitt (11e) besitzt, der sich über einen Abschnitt der Länge ihrer Firstkante öffnen, und bei dem mindestens ein Abschnitt (11f, 11g) des Randes den Sitz für einen Abschnitt des dritten Armes des Traggerüstes (2), für die Rippen (11a, 11b) der genannten ersten Reihe, bzw. für einen Abschnitt des vierten Armes des Traggerüstes (2), für die Rippen (12a, 12b) der genannten zweiten Reihe bzw. für einen Abschnitt des Verbindungsstückes des Traggerüstes (2) und für die zusätzliche Rippe (13) bildet,
wobei jede Schelle (15) im Raum zwischen den Rippen eines bestimmten Rippenpaares, das der betreffenden Schelle angehört, angeordnet ist, wobei dieses durch seine Festhalteglieder (15a, 15b) mit den Befestigungsgliedern (11c, 11d) der Rippen des betreffenden bestimmten Rippenpaares (Fig. 1, 3 und 7) in Halteverbindung stehen. - Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Schelle (15) aus einem Bandelement aus elastisch verformbarem Material besteht, dessen Enden in Form von Haken umgebogen sind und die genannten Festhalteglieder (15a, 15b) bilden; und daß die Befestigungsglieder (11c, 11d) aus einem Abstandshalterpaar bestehen, an dem die Haken der Schelle angreifen und die, mit einem Ende, an der ersten (11a) der beiden Rippen fest verbunden sind, zwischen denen sich die Schelle befindet, und die mit dem anderen Ende mit der zweiten (11b) der beiden Rippen fest verbunden sind, wobei die Abstandshalter zu beiden Seiten des Ausschnittes (11e) jeder Rippe angeordnet sind (Fig. 2 und 3).
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Schelle (15) aus einem Bügel (16) zum Verriegeln der Schelle, und einem Hebel (17) zur Betätigung des Bügels (16) besteht; daß der Hebel (17) die allgemeine Form eines U's bildet, das einen fünften und einen sechsten Arm besitzt, welche durch ein zweites Verbindungselement dieser Arme vereinigt sind, und deren Enden (17a, 17b) abgewinkelt und schwenkbar in Durchgängen (11h, 11i) gefaßt sind, die in die eine oder in die andere Rippe jedes Rippenpaares (11a, 11b) eingearbeitet sind, zwischen denen sich die Schelle (15) befindet, wobei der mittlere Abschnitt (17c, 17d) des fünften und des sechsten Armes des Hebels (17) auf sich selbst umgebogen sind, um eine Spirale (17c, 17d) mit mindestens einer einzelnen Windung zu bilden; daß der Bügel (16) weiter die Form eines U's besitzt, das einen siebten und einen achten Arm aufweist, welche durch ein drittes Verbindungselement dieser Arme vereinigt sind und von denen ein erstes, freies Ende abgewinkelt und schwenkbar in die Öffnung der Spirale (17c) des fünften Armes eingreift, was das freie Ende (16a) des siebten Armes anbetrifft, und daß in der Öffnung der Spirale (17d) des sechsten Armes gelagert ist, was das freie Ende (16b) des achten Armes anbetrifft, wobei das zweite Ende des siebten und des achten Armes des Bügels (16) umgebogen ist, um einen Festhaltehaken (16g) zu bilden, der mit dem dritten Verbindungselement zusammenwirkt; und daß die Rippen (11a, 11b) jedes der Rippenpaare miteinander durch einen gemeinsamen Abstandshalter (11d) verbunden sind, der aus einem Befestigungsglied für den Festhaltehaken (16g) in der verriegelten Position der Schelle (Fig. 6 und 7) besteht.
