Claims (9)
- Schnellbefestigungsvorrichtung eines Werkzeugs am Ende des Gelenkarms (27b) eines Hydraulikbaggers, die einen unteren Abschnitt, Klaue (1) genannt, der dazu bestimmt ist, einen Eimer (4) zu erfassen, einen oberen Abschnitt, Halter (2) genannt, der mit dem Arm des Baggers durch Befestigungsmittel verbunden ist, aufweist, wobei die Klaue (1) an einem ihrer Enden eine Nockenwelle (31) in Drehzapfenverbindung mit mindestens einem Nocken (3) und an ihren anderen Ende zwei halbrunde Haken (11a, 11b) aufweist, die miteinander durch mindestens eine Querbrücke (16, 17) verbunden sind, wobei der untere Abschnitt und der obere Abschnitt der Vorrichtung zwei verschiedene Teile sind, die durch Befestigungsmittel starr miteinander verbunden sind und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klaue (1) aus einem Blockgussstück gefertigt ist, das an dem Ende, das den Haken (11 a, 11 b) entgegengesetzt ist, zwei Höcker (12a, 12b) aufweist, die dazu bestimmt sind, von zwei Bohrungen durchquert zu sein, um der Nockenwelle (31) als Halter zu dienen, wobei mindestens eine Querbrücke (16, 17) erlaubt, die vier Vorsprünge (12a, 12b, 11a, 11b) fest zu verbinden, wobei sich eine der Brücken (16) im zentralen Abschnitt der Klaue (1) zwischen den Flächen (14b, 14c) befindet, wobei sich die andere Brücke (17) in der Nähe der Flächen (14a) befindet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innenfläche (110) der Haken (11a, 11b) eine Rotationsfläche mit gleichschenkligem trapezförmigem Querschnitt ist, deren kleine Basis den Mindestdurchmesser darstellt, die eine konische Form ausbildet, die die Annäherung der Flächen (41 a, 41 b) des Trägers (40) des Eimers (4) in Richtung der Flächen (110) der Klaue (1) erleichtert.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halter (2) aus zwei geschnittenen Platten (21) zusammengesetzt ist, die jeweils zwei Bohrungen (22) aufweisen, die dazu bestimmt sind, die Verbindungsachsen mit dem Pleuel (27a) einerseits und mit dem Gelenkarm (27b) andererseits aufzunehmen, wobei die Platten (21) weiterhin zwei Ösen (23) aufweisen, die dazu bestimmt sind, die eigentlichen Vorrichtungen zur Handhabung von Lasten durch das Traggerät aufzunehmen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klaue (1) und ihr Halter (2) durch Schweißen verbunden sind, wobei die geformten und durch mindestens eine der Brücken (16, 17) erreichten Griffe (21) dank der Steifheit der Klaue (1) in Position gehalten werden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsschrauben (5) die Unterseiten der Sohlen (24, 25) des Halters (2) durch eine Vielzahl glatter Löcher gegen die Seiten (14a, 14b, 14c) der Klaue (1) drücken, die bearbeitet sind und ein Gewinde haben, um die Schrauben aufzunehmen und somit eine demontierbare Verbindung bilden, wobei die Sohlen durch Schweißen mit den Platten (21) verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsnocken (3) jeweils mit einem der Enden mindestens einer zylindrischen Torsionsfeder (32), die um die den Nocken haltende Welle (31) gewickelt ist, verbunden sind, wobei das andere Ende der Feder mit der Klaue (1) verbunden ist, wobei die Federn dahingehend wirken, die Nocken in Richtung der Verriegelung zu drehen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsnocken (3) eine offene zylindrische Aufnahme (33) mit paralleler Achse zur Rotationsachse der Nocken (3) aufweisen, die es erlaubt, einen Hebel anzulenken, um eine Kraft auszuüben, die der Kraft der Feder(n) entgegenwirkt und die Entriegelung der Vorrichtung erlaubt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsnocken (3) eine offene zylindrische Aufnahme (33) mit paralleler Achse zur Rotationsachse der Nocken (3) aufweisen, die es erlaubt, dort einen Hebel einzuführen, um eine Kraft auszuüben, die der Wirkung der Feder (32) entgegenwirkt und damit die Entriegelung der Nocken erlaubt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Nocken (3) eine hydraulische Entriegelungsvorrichtung aufweist, die eine automatische Entriegelung der Nocken (3) erlaubt.
