Claims (6)
- Installation de passage pour le dépôt d'un métal liquide pour des corps profilés (1) longs, notamment pour la galvanisation de profilés en acier pour béton, cette installation comprenant un canal de dépôt (3) chauffable ayant un axe longitudinal à peu près horizontal et une section horizontale aplatie, et comprenant, à chacune des deux extrémités du canal de dépôt (3), au-dessus et au-dessous de celui-ci, deux électro-aimants (5, 6) situés sur ses côtés larges, ainsi qu'un canal d'alimentation (7) pour le métal liquide.
- Installation de passage pour le dépôt d'un métal liquide selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le canal d'alimentation (7) du métal liquide vers le canal de dépôt (3) est relié à une chambre (15) d'un fourneau à deux chambres (8) chauffable , dont les deux chambres (14, 15) possèdent une cloison (11) avec déversoir (12) au-dessus du canal de dépôt (3), et en ce que les chambres (14, 15) sont reliées l'une à l'autre, de préférence au-dessous de la cloison (11), par l'intermédiaire d'une pompe (13).
- Installation de passage pour le dépôt d'un métal liquide selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le canal de dépôt (3) est pourvu, à l'entrée et/ou à la sortie, de diaphragmes (2, 4) interchangeables qui sont adaptés, avec un intervalle faible, au passage des profilés (1).
- Installation de passage pour le dépôt d'un métal liquide selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que sur les côtés larges du canal de dépôt (3) sont situés des électro-aimants (5, 6) comportant des bobines d'inductance (5) disposées sur des noyaux de bobines (6) en forme de peignes pourvus de dents dirigées vers le canal de dépôt (3).
- Installation de passage pour le dépôt d'un métal liquide selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que la distance réciproque des électro-aimants (5, 6) est réglable.
- Installation de passage pour le dépôt d'un métal liquide selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que l'entrée et/ou la sortie pour le passage des profilés (1) est pourvue d'une alimentation pour un gaz inerte.
