Claims (13)

  1. Emballage pour le stockage et/ou la présentation de marchandise (3, 30), comportant une paroi de support (1) et des dispositifs de maintien (2) disposés de manière opposée l'un à l'autre à la paroi de support (1), et recevant entre-eux la marchandise (3, 30), caractérisé par deux articulations à charnière parallèles (4, 40) ou plus, qui s'étendent entre les dispositifs de maintien (2), transversalement sur la paroi de support (1), d'un bord (20) à l'autre, en délimitant ainsi entre-elles un tronçon (5) de la valeur duquel la paroi de support (1) peut être raccourcie ou allongée en la repliant ou en l'étirant.
  2. Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs de maintien (2) sont de préférence réalisés en tant que contenants de préférence en forme de boîte, comportant des ouvertures (13) dirigées l'une vers l'autre, et alignées le long d'un ligne s'étendant transversalement aux articulations à charnière (4).
  3. Emballage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par des contenants (2) de forme parallélépipédique, comportant des parois latérales (11) parallèles aux articulations à charnière (4), qui sont articulées (21) à la paroi de support (1).
  4. Emballage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la paroi de support (1) présente un bout en saillie (10), s'écartant du dispositif de maintien (2) et de préférence renforcé, qui comporte un trou de suspension (10).
  5. Emballage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par un organe d'encliquetage (8) disposé entre deux articulations à charnière (4), et destiné à venir s'engager dans une encoche d'encliquetage (9, 9a, 9b), qui est placée entre une articulation à charnière (4) et un dispositif de maintien (2).
  6. Emballage selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'encoche d'encliquetage (9a, 9b) est rapportée au dispositif de maintien (2) ou est intégrée dans celui-ci et/ou à son ouverture (13).
  7. Emballage selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'encliquetage (8) est réalisé en tant que languette (8) découpée partiellement dans la paroi de support (1), et l'encoche d'encliquetage en tant que passage, fente, et/ou évidement (9, 9a, 9b) dans la paroi de support (1) et/ou dans le dispositif de maintien (2), pour l'introduction en glissant (16) de la languette (8).
  8. Emballage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le passage, la fente, et/ou l'évidement (9a, 9b) sont disposés dans une paroi latérale du dispositif de maintien (2), adjacents directement à la paroi de support (1).
  9. Emballage selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que plus l'introduction en glissant (16) de la languette (8) augmente, plus sa largeur est supérieure à la largeur du passage, de la fente, ou de l'évidement (9a, 9b), la languette présentant à la suite, dans cette zone, sur un ou plusieurs côtés, des échancrures (80).
  10. Emballage selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par une articulation à charnière (40) supplémentaire, qui est située à l'intérieur du tronçon intermédiaire (5) délimité par les deux articulations à charnière (4), et qui est de préférence réalisée en tant que ligne de déchirement perforée.

Emballage selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il est fabriqué à partir d'un flan rectangulaire allongé d'un seul tenant (figure 3), en un matériau déformable, notamment du carton ou de la matière synthétique, comportant des découpures à la matrice, en tant qu'encoche d'encliquetage (9), trou de suspension (12) et/ou, le cas échéant, ouvertures de contenant (13), et des perforations s'étendant transversalement, des charnières à film et/ou des lignes de pliage pour former les articulations à charnière (4, 40), et, le cas échéant, des bandes adhésives (18) s'étendant transversalement et associées par paires (19).
  12. Emballage selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que le flan est pourvu, dans chacune de ses deux zones d'extrémité, d'une découpure à la matrice pour les ouvertures de contenant (13).
  13. Emballage selon la revendication 11 ou 12, caractérisé par une demi-découpe (21) située directement au voisinage d'une bande adhésive (18), et dont le profil de découpe correspond à un évidement global (9a, 9b, 13) comprenant l'évidement d'encliquetage (9a, 9b) et l'ouverture de dispositif de maintien (13).
