Description

The invention relates to a window according to the preamble of the main claim.

In the same way, the invention also relates to balcony doors or the like acting as windows.

Bei einer in dieser Literaturstelle dargestellten Abbildung ist nicht erkennbar, wie die durch die Belüftungsöffnungen in der Regenschutzschiene geführte Luft in den Innenraum gelangen kann.DE-A1-37 43 572 describes a window, a door or the like, which is equipped with a ventilation device, ventilation openings being provided in supporting bars provided on a rain gutter, which provide continuous ventilation from the inside to the outside, ie from allow the outside of the building to the inside of an interior. In this case, a separate additional space for ventilation is formed in the profile of the rain protection rail and the ventilation opening provided in the rain protection rail can be opened and closed via a slide which can only be actuated when the window sash is open. The arrangement is such that the metallic profile in the area between the frame and the sash frame only a small wooden part of the sash frame lies opposite, so that thermal bridges or cold bridges are formed here, which make the arrangement of such ventilation impossible. In addition, the ventilation openings open towards the interior in small openings, so that high flow velocities, which are perceived as unpleasant, occur. The ventilation device can only be operated when the entire sash is opened, so that a considerable amount of cold is led into the interior of a room. In the case of a figure shown in this literature reference, it is not recognizable how the air guided through the ventilation openings in the rain protection rail can get into the interior.

A generic device is described in DE-C-30 48 961. In this known arrangement there are visible ventilation slots in the casement which were perceived as a negative design element. It was also difficult to keep the windows clean in this area. Since the air inlet from the outside to the inside was limited to slots arranged at a distance from one another, relatively high flow velocities occur in the area of the slots, the individual air flows being clearly directional.

The invention has for its object, while maintaining the advantageous features of the known device - in particular the good thermal arrangement of the ventilation device within the frame and sash - to improve this device in that the ventilation slots are not are more visible in the interior, the pressure distribution of the incoming air is improved and a lower and more uniform flow speed can be achieved.

This object on which the invention is based is achieved by the teaching of the main claim.

Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen sind in den Unteransprüchen erläutert.Advantageous configurations are explained in the subclaims.

In other words, it is now proposed that the air entering the outer rebate from the outside is now diverted into the inner rebate. On the inside of the window, a circumferential, conscious gap of about 5 mm is provided between the frame and the sash. As in the prior art according to DE-C-30 48 961, the outside air can initially enter the outer rebate area of the double rebate in the window completely unhindered. In contrast, in the prior art according to DE-A-37 43 572, the outer folding space is not connected to the inner folding space. If the passage means between the outer and inner rebate space is open, the air then passes from the outer rebate space into the inner rebate space with the window closed and from there directly into the interior via the circumferential gap provided between the frame and the sash frame. The driving force is, as in the prior art, the pressure difference between inside and outside and / or the wind on the facade, e.g. B. by windward and leeward side.

In the drawings, a sash 1 is drawn, which carries a glass pane 2, which is fixed to the sash 1 in a manner known per se, the fixing being made in the exemplary embodiments shown in the drawings via an additional profile 3 with the use of appropriate seals 20. The sash 1 can be opened into an interior I.

A frame 4 interacts with the sash 1 and in the embodiments shown in FIGS. 1 and 3 carries an additional profile 5 towards the outside A. This additional profile 5 interacts with the additional profile 3 and creates an outer profile Folding room 8.

The outer rebate 8 can also be formed by other means and designs of sash and frame 1 or 4, as shown for example in FIG. 2, the outer rebate 8 by the interaction of the additional profile 3 and a corresponding shape of the frame 4a he follows. Additional profile 5 is then omitted here.

In order to prevent driving rain from penetrating into the outer folding space 8, a driving rain brake seal 28 is provided in the outer folding space 8. In the embodiments according to FIGS. 3 and 4, these driving rain brake seals are not necessary, since the outer rebate space 8 is not so open to the outside.

As shown in FIG. 4, the frame 4c can also be embodied in a fundamentally different embodiment without leaving the principle of the invention.

In addition to the outer rebate 8 there is an inner rebate 18 between the frame 4 and the sash 1. The outer rebate 8 is separated from the inner rebate 18 by a rebate seal 9, so that the two spaces 8 and 18 have no connection with each other when the window is closed. The rebate seal 9 also forms the basis for the watertightness and airtightness of the window.

The sash 1 does not close to the interior I and is sealed to the frame 4, but between the sash 1, the inner rebate 18 and the frame 4 is a passage 19, which is preferably designed as a circumferential, about 5 mm wide gap.

In order to create a connection between the outer rebate space 8 and the inner rebate space 18 and thus with the actual interior space I, a ventilation duct 21 is provided in the casement 1 in the embodiments according to FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, which is from the outer rebate space 8 leads via the ventilation openings 30 provided in the additional profile 3 or 3a to the inner rebate space 18 bypassing the rebate seal 9.

This ventilation duct 21 is closed by an adjustable passage means 15 arranged in the outer rebate space 8, this adjustable passage means 15 being, for example, a slide 31 cooperating with the additional profile 3, as is known from the generic DE-OS 30 13 340. is. This slide 31 can, as shown in FIG. 4, be actuated via an actuating handle 15a in the wall area of the respective wing 1 or 1b, i. H. can be opened or closed, so that an effective connection between the outer and inner rebate space 8, 18 or outside air and the interior can be made without having to open the sash of the window. For this purpose, the ventilation openings 30 are provided in the additional profile 3 or 3a and ventilation openings 300 are provided in a slide bar 33, which can be brought to coincidence by adjusting the slide bar 33.

The diagram in Fig. 7 clarifies the mode of operation of the actual slide 31, ie the passage means 15 in connection with the additional profile 3a shown in FIG. 4. This diagram shows the mode of operation of the passage means 15.

The slide 31 consists essentially of the elongated slide bar 33, which is arranged in a receiving space 32 which is formed in the additional profile 3 or 3a. The receiving space 32 has the ventilation openings 30 and the slide bar corresponding ventilation openings 300, which are chosen in size and spacing from each other as the ventilation openings 30 in the receiving space 32. On the side of the slide bar 33 facing away from the metal profile are seals 34 arranged, which are designed as brush seals, d. H. when installed, the inFig. 7 brushes shown individually upright relatively flat and thus seal the individual rooms. At the same time, these brush seals 34 serve for good guiding of the slide bar 33. B. the plastic slide bar relatively easy on the metal of the receiving groove 32 and the brush seals 34 are supported on the wooden frame 1 and lead here the slide bar, as shown in Fig. 4. Fig. 1 to 3 show that the reverse installation is also possible.

Since definable supply and exhaust air flows occur in an interior due to the vertically pronounced pressure differences within the room with vertically arranged ventilation, it is preferably provided that that the ventilation on the right and left is placed upright in the window. It is, of course, also within the scope of the invention to provide ventilation arranged at the top and bottom, that is to say to use transverse ventilation or even completely all-round ventilation, which can also be opened and closed individually as required by the adjustable passage means 15.

Due to the arrangement of the rebate seal 9, the joint passage coefficient "a" and the tightness against driving rain of the window are fully preserved in their values in accordance with the requirements of the thermal insulation regulation with closed and open ventilation.

The embodiment according to FIG. 2 shows to clarify the consideration that the ventilation according to the invention can be used in a wide variety of window constructions, an alternative to the arrangement shown in FIG. 1, flush and working with two aluminum elements.

The embodiment according to FIG. 3 shows the arrangement of the new ventilation in a staggered window construction. Here, the sash has the reference number 1a, the window frame has the reference number 4b. Otherwise, the reference numerals are the same.

In the embodiment according to FIG. 4, this shows an integral construction with the new ventilation. The sash has the reference number 1b, the frame-like part, here forming a post, the reference number 4c. This integral construction shows the typical combination of fixed glazing, which is arranged on the left with pane 2a and a concealed wing 1b. In this construction, the angled ventilation duct 21 is dispensed with, corresponding recesses being provided at 22 in a corresponding additional profile 3a. The fold seal 9 also closes the inner fold space 18 from the outer fold space 8 when the adjustable passage 15 is closed. The air access to the outer rebate 8 takes place through the air inlet gap 23, which results from the use of the seal 24 shown in FIG. 6. Receives the integral construction on any wing side, e.g. B. in the area of the cross pieces, no ventilation, a seal 24a is used here, which then closes the air inlet gap 23.

In Fig. 4, the operating handle 15b is shown, with which the adjustable passage 15 can now be opened.

In Fig. 5 the actuating handle 15a can be seen in a partial representation and the slider 31 which is firmly connected to the actuating handle 15a and which interacts with the stationary additional profile 3 and 3a, as already described in DE-C-30 48 961.
