Claims (10)

  1. Verfahren zum Versorgen mindestens eines abgeteilten Behälters einer Behandlungsmaschine mit Dosen verschiedener Behandlungsprodukte, insbesondere eines Behälters (2) einer Waschmaschine (1) für Wäsche, mit Dosen verschiedener flüssiger Wäschebehandlungsprodukte, bei dem jedes Produkt mit Hilfe einer besonderen Transfereinrichtung zugeführt wird, und bei dem die Maschine einem Betriebsprozess unterzogen wird,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verfahren darin besteht:
    - im Verlaufe des Behandlungsprozesses, in vorbestimmten Zeitpunkten, ein jedesmal identisches Steuersignal zu erzeugen;
    - der Abfolge der identischen Steuersignale ein Programm zur selektiven Steuerung der Transfereinrichtungen (17) und der volumetrischen Mengen der entsprechenden Produkte zuzuordnen; und
    - gemäß dem Programm die Transfereinrichtungen entsprechend dem Auftreten der Steuersignale im Verlaufe des Betriebsprozesses der Maschine selektiv auszulösen, wobei die Auslösung für jedes zuzuführende Produkt darin besteht, beim Auftreten des zugeordneten Signals seine Transfereinrichtung in Betrieb zu setzen; das Volumen dieses dem Behälter zugeführten Produktes zu messen; und die Transfereinrichtung zu stoppen, wenn das zugeführte Volumen des Produktes der vorbestimmten volumetrischen Menge gemäß dem genannten Programm entspricht.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es darin besteht, der Abfolge der identischen Steuersignale mehrere Programme zur selektiven Steuerung der Transfereinrichtungen zuzuordnen; eines der Programme zu wählen; und die Transfereinrichtungen selektiv, gemäß dem gewählten Programm, entsprechend dem Auftreten der Steuersignale im Verlaufe des Betriebsprozesses der Maschine auszulösen.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es darin besteht, die seit Beginn des Betriebsprozesses der Maschine aufgetretenen Steuersignale zu zählen und die Anzahl der Steuersignale zu speichern.
  4. Versorgungsvorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem beliebigen vorhergehenden Anspruch,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aufweist:
    - Einrichtungen (28, 29) zum Erzeugen eines jedesmal identischen Steuersignals, in vorbestimmten Zeitpunkten, im Verlaufe des Betriebsprozesses;
    - Speichereinrichtungen (26) für ein Programm zum selektiven Steuern der Transfereinrichtungen (17) und der volumetrischen Mengen der entsprechenden Produkte; und
    - Steuereinrichtungen (25), die an die genannten Einrichtungen (28, 29), welche ein Steuersignal erzeugen, und an die genannten
    Speichereinrichtungen (26) angeschlossen sind und selektiv das Einschalten und das Ausschalten der Transfereinrichtungen (17) gemäß dem gespeicherten Programm steuern, wobei jede Transfereinrichtung eine Kontrollvorrichtung (21) zum Messen des zugeführten Produktvolumens, die an die genannten Steuereinrichtungen angeschlossen ist, und Einrichtungen zum Vergleichen des zugeführten Volumens mit dem gespeicherten Volumen aufweist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Speichereinrichtung (26) zum Speichern mehrerer Programme ausgelegt ist, und daß sie weiter Wähleinrichtungen (27) zum Wählen eines der Programme aufweist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Einrichtungen (30) zum Zählen und Speichern der Anzahl der seit Beginn des Betriebsprozesses der Maschine erzeugten Steuersignale aufweist, wobei diese Einrichtungen an die Programmspeichereinrichtung (26) und an die vorgenannte Steuereinrichtung (25) angeschlossen sind.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen Anspruch 4 bis 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Programmiereinrichtungen (31) aufweist, die es ermöglichen, die selektiven Steuerprogramme der Transfereinrichtungen zu erstellen und die volumetrischen Mengen der zuzuführenden Behandlungsprodukte festzusetzen.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen vorhergehenden Anspruch 4 bis 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontrollvorrichtung ein Durchflußmesser ist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen vorhergehenden Anspruch 4 bis 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuereinrichtungen des Betriebsprozesses der Maschine ein perforiertes Band (4) aufweisen, wobei die Einrichtungen zum Erzeugen eines Steuersignals Einrichtungen (28) zur Erkennung der Perforationen umfassen, die im Band angebracht und, in Ablaufrichtung des Bandes in einer Flucht angeordnet sind.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen vorhergehenden Anspruch 4 bis 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuereinrichtungen des Betriebsprozesses der Maschine einen programmierten Automaten umfassen.
