Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Zerkleinerung des bei der Innenentgratung längsnahtgeschweißter Rohre entstehenden Innenspans.The invention relates to a device for comminuting the inner chip produced during the internal deburring of longitudinally welded pipes.

Bei der Herstellung von längsnahtgeschweißten Rohren, insbesondere bei Stahlrohren, welche mittels z. B. eines Formrollen- oder -käfigsystems vom Band zu einem Schlitzrohr geformt und darauffolgend verschweißt werden, entsteht durch den im Schweißpunkt vorhandenen Druck auf die Bandkanten ein Innen- und ein Außenwulst von ausgestauchtem schmelzflüssigen Material.
Dieses Material wird regelmäßig hinter dem Schweißpunkt auf der Innen- und der Außenseite durch Entgratwerkzeuge abgeschabt. Der hierbei durch die Außenentgratung entstehende Außenspan ist relativ leicht zu handhaben und kann aufgrund seiner Zugänglichkeit und des zur Verfügung stehenden unbegrenzten Arbeitsraumes in Schrottkübel geleitet und abgeführt oder auch über z. B. Führungsrinnen einer Zerhackerstation zugeleitet werden.

Beide genannten offenbarten Vorrichtungen zeigen aber als gravierenden Nachteil, daß sie aufgrund der konstruktiv nötigen Baugröße der Kerbrollen oder auch des drehbaren Werkzeugträgers nur in Rohren eingsetzt werden können, die einen Innendurchmesser von ca. 160 mm nicht unterschreiten. Bei der Fertigung von Präzisrohren im Durchmesserbereich von z. dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß unmittelbar hinter dem Rohrende (6) aneinander anschließend eine verfahrbare Spanfangeinrichtung (1), eine Spanführungseinrichtung (8), eine Spanschneideinrichtung (10) und eine Spanschrott-Auffangeinrichtung (14) angeordnet sind.
