Claims (21)
- Palette comprenant un cadre et un fond maintenu de façon détachable dans le cadre, ledit cadre étant constitué de parois de cadre en profilés creux extrudés,
caractérisée en ce que les parois de cadre (8) présentent des rebords d'appui (14) faisant saillie vers l'intérieur dans la zone entourée par le cadre (4) et réalisés sous la forme de sections (12) de profilés creux monoblocs pour l'appui du fond (6). - Palette selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les rebords d'appui (14) présentent sur leurs côtés supérieurs tournés vers le fond (6), des rainures de maintien (24) s'étendant respectivement parallèlement aux parois (8) de cadre, le fond (6) présentant également des appendices de maintien (26) en prise dans les rainures de maintien (24), de préférence sans jeu, sur son côté inférieur reposant sur les rebords d'appui (14), les rainures d'appui (24) étant de préférence formées chacune par un profil mouluré d'une paroi supérieure (20) du rebord d'appui (14).

- Palette selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que les liaisons par rivets (34) présentent respectivement un rivet aveugle (36), qui s'étend au travers du fond (6) et à travers la paroi supérieure (20) du rebord d'appui (14) à l'intérieur d'un volume creux (18) de la section (12) en profilé creux formant le rebord d'appui (14).
- Palette selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que le fond (6) est réalisé sous la forme d'une plaque de fond continue (38) avec une forme de surface correspondant environ à la surface entourée par le cadre (4).
- Palette selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que le fond (6) est constitué d'au moins deux traverses de fond séparées (40) s'étendant sensiblement parallèlement l'une par rapport à l'autre entre des parois (8) de cadre se faisant face.
- Palette selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que le cadre (4) est réalisé sous forme rectangulaire avec quatre parois (8) de cadre.
- Palette selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce que les parois (8) de cadre sont reliées les unes aux autres de manière insépérable, en particulier par liaison de matière.
- Palette selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce que les parois (8) de cadre sont reliées les unes aux autres de manière séparable, en particulier par des éléments de connexion à emboîtement (54).
- Palette selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que dans les zones de coin du cadre (4), est respectivement disposé un élément de connexion à emboîtement (54) présentant des appendices d'emboîtement (58) en prise dans des volumes creux (44) des profilés creux (10) formant les parois (8) de cadre.
- Palette selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisée en ce que le cadre (4) est gerbable et en particuler à centrage et fixation automatique.
- Palette selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisée en ce que le cadre (4) présente des rebords de guidage (60) formées dans la zone de ses bords supérieurs et inférieurs respectivement de manière symétrique et inversé l'un par raport à l'autre.
- Palette selon la revendication 15, caractérisée en ce que les rebords de guidage (60) s'étendent dans la direction longitudinale des parois (8) de cadre, présentent respectivement une épaisseur maximale correspondant à la moitié de l'épaisseur des parois (8) de cadre, sont également disposés de manière affleurante avec le côté extérieur (48), respectivement le côté intérieur (46), des parois (8) de cadre, leurs surfaces latérales (62) se faisant face à l'état gerbé étant de préférence inclinées de telle sorte que les rebords de guidge (60) s'amincissent en direction de leurs extrémités libres en formant une pente d'introduction.
- Palette selon la revendication 15 ou la revendication 16, caractérisée en ce que les rebords de guidage (60) sont dimensionnés de telle sorte qu'un jeu latéral d'environ 1 mm est prévu entre les rebords de guidage (60) de deux cadres gerbés (4).
- Palette selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 17, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins deux parois (8) de cadre se faisant face présentent des ouvertures de poignée (52).
- Palette selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 18, caractérisée en ce que les profilés creux (10) formant les parois (8) de cadre sont divisés en plusieurs volumes creux (44) superposés par plusieurs brides de renforcement (42) s'étendant dans la direction longitudinale des profilés ainsi que parallèlement à la surface de fond, les ouvertures de poignée (52) étant de préférence formées dans la zone définie entre deux brides en reforcement adjacentes de telle sorte que les brides de renforcement (42) forment les limites supérieure et inférieure des ouvertures de poignée (52).
- Palette selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 19, caractérisée en ce que les profilés creux (10) présentent en particulier dans la zone des brides de renforcement (42), des profils de renforcement (50) s'étendant dans la direction longitudinale des profilés.
- Palette selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 20, caractérisée en ce que le cadre (4) et/ou le fond (6) est/sont constitués en matériau synthétique.
