Claims (5)

  1. Finisseur avec une plaque de damage pour la préparation de revêtements routiers qui est mobile dans une direction (C) et est susceptible de distribuer, poser et compacter des matériaux de revêtement routier, la plaque de damage étant composée d'une première structure portante (3) et d'une seconde structure (7) en liaison avec la première structure portante (3),
       la seconde structure consistant en une tôle d'égalisation (7) qui est susceptible de déterminer l'épaisseur (X) du revêtement routier,
       la plaque de damage présentant des moyens d'oscillation destinés à créer des oscillations verticales de la tôle d'égalisation (7) au cours des mouvements du finisseur et des moyens de réglage (8, 9, 10) destinés à régler l'ampleur des oscillations et à amortir les oscillations qui se transmettent à la première structure portante (3),
       et un dispositif de protection (5, 12) étant disposé devant un moyen de connexion (6) reliant la première structure portante (3) à la tôle d'égalisation (7), pour empêcher que des matières du matériau de revêtement routier ne pénètrent dans le moyen de connexion (6), le dispositif de protection (5, 12) s'étendant au moyen de connexion (6) au moins sur toute la longueur du moyen de connexion (6),
       le moyen de connexion (6), observé dans la direction de travail (C), étant disposé dans la partie avant de la plaque de damage et la structure portante (3) étant de cette manière reliée à la tôle d'égalisation (7) et un moyen d'oscillation (1) étant disposé dans la partie arrière de la plaque de damage et le moyen de connexion (6) consistant en une charnière qui s'étend dans le sens de la largeur de la plaque de damage, transversalement à la direction de travail,
       et la tôle d'égalisation (7) et la première structure portante (3) présentant, dans la partie arrière de la plaque de damage, une connexion élastique, caractérisé en ce que la connexion élastique arrière comporte des moyens de réglage (8, 9, 10) sous forme de deux paires de ressorts (8, 9) pouvant être tendus, destinés au réglage de l'ampleur des oscillations.
  2. Finisseur suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'oscillation comportent un dispositif de secousse (1) équipé d'une masse excentrique (29).
  3. Finisseur suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, dans les moyens de réglage (8, 9, 10), une paire d'écrous (10) agissent sur les seconds ressorts pour régler la tension des premiers ressorts (9), afin de déterminer l'ampleur des oscillations de la tôle d'égalisation (7).
  4. Finisseur suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de connexion (6) consiste en une charnière élastique.
  5. Finisseur suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un pilon (11) qui est relié, par l'intermédiaire d'un élément de connexion (28) à un rotor excentrique (27), le rotor (27) entraînant le pilon (11) alternativement vers le haut et vers le bas pour commencer l'opération d'égalisation du revêtement routier qui est réalisée par la tôle d'égalisation.
