Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Zwirnmaschine, insbesondere Doppeldraht-Zwirnmaschine, mit mehreren in mindestens einer in Maschinenlängsrichtung verlaufenden Reihe angeordneten Zwirnstellen, bestehend aus Zwirnspindeln und Aufspulaggregaten, wobei den Aufspulaggregaten ein sich in Maschinenlängsrichtung bewegender Endlosförderer für den Abtransport von bewickelten Auflaufspulen zugeordnet ist.The invention relates to a twisting machine, in particular double-wire twisting machine, with a plurality of twisting points arranged in at least one row running in the machine longitudinal direction, consisting of twisting spindles and winding units, the winding units being assigned an endless conveyor which moves in the machine longitudinal direction for the removal of wound winding packages.

Bei doppelseitigen Zwirnmaschinen, insbesondere Doppeldraht-Zwirnmaschinen, ist der Endlosförderer, vorzugsweise in Form eines Endlostransportbandes, mittig zwischen den beiden Arbeitsstellenreihen in der Maschinenmittelebene angeordnet, siehe dazu beispielsweise die DE-PS 16 85 944. Die von den in die einzelnen Doppeldraht-Zwirnstellen eingesetzten Vorlagespulen abgezogenen Fäden werden oberhalb der Spindeln 2 zu Auflaufspulen 3,3' aufgewikkelt. Die Auflaufspulen 3,3' werden in Richtung der Pfeile f,f' in den Bereich der Maschinenmitte befördert und dort auf einen Endlosförderer abgelegt, der erfindungsgemäß aus vorzugsweise runden Einzelriemen 4,4' besteht, die in seitlichem Abstand voneinander liegen. Die Einzelriemen laufen in üblicher Weise über um Horizontalachsen drehbare z.T. angetriebene Umlenkrollen 5 bzw. 5'. Im Bereich der unteren Trume der beiden Einzelriemen 4,4' ist im Bereich der Maschinenmittelebene M eine weitere Fördereinrichtung zum Abtransport von aus den Spindel 2 bzw. 2' herausgenommenen Leerspulen 7 vorgesehen. Diese Leerspulen-Fördereinrichtung besteht gemäß Fig. 1 aus einer in Maschinenlängsrichtung verlaufenden Förderrinne 8, in deren Boden 8.1 ein Längsschlitz 8.2 angeordnet ist. Durch diesen Längsschlitz ragt das Obertrum eines zweiten, vorzugsweise kreisrunden Endlos-Förderriemens 9. Dieser EndlosFörderriemen ist mit nach außen ragenden Mitnehmern 9.1 versehen, die gemäß den Figuren 1 und 3 eine sichere Mitnahme der in Richtung des Pfeiles f1 in die Förderrinne 8 eingelegten Leerhülsen 7 gewährleisten.
