Die Erfindung betrifft ein motorgetriebenes, von einem Führerhaus aus lenkbares Verlegefahrzeug für Fahrbahn- oder Wege-Beläge in kaltgemischter Asphaltdeckenbauweise, bestehend aus mehreren auf dem Fahrzeug-Chassis angeordneten Vorratsbehältern für eine Bitumenemulsion, für Mineralsplitt, bestehend aus einem Brechsand-Splittgemisch, für Wasser, für Zement und für Additive bzw. Derartige Verlegefahrzeuge sind bekannt und sie dienen dazu, auf einem vorhandenen, jedoch verschlissenen und daher sanierungsbedürftigen Fahrbahnbelag eine hochverschleißfeste flexible Auflage herzustellen. Dies geschieht bei dem gattungsgemäßen wie auch bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Verlegefahrzeug mittels der sogenannten kaltgemischten Asphaltdeckenbauweise auf der Basis von Straßenbaubitumen B 80, dem außer Mineralsplitt (einem Brechsand-Splittergemisch) einige wesentliche Komponenten beigemischt werden. Sie sind jedoch zur Herstellung von Fahrbahn- oder Wege-Belägen für Fahrrad oder Fußwege in Breiten von ca. 0,60 bis 2,00 m ungeeignet, weil zu breit und zu schwer. Diese Gewege oder Fahrbahnen sind insgesamt nicht so gut befestigt wie Fahrzeug-Verkehrsstraßen und weisen in der Regel eine bituminöse Fahrbahnschicht von 30 bis 60 mm Dicke auf. Aus diesen Gegebenheiten leitet sich die Aufgabe der Erfindung dahingehend ab, ein kleines, schmales Kompakt-Verlegefahrzeug für schmälere Fahrbahnen bzw. Fahrrad- oder Fußwege zu schaffen, mittels welchem in ähnlicher Weise wie beschrieben, ein hochverschleißfester flexibler Belag aufgebracht werden kann. Ausgehend von einem Verlegefahrzeug nach dem Gattungsbegriff ist die erfindungsgemäße Weiterentwicklung gekennzeichnet durch
- A. Anordnung des Bitumenemulsions-Vorratsbehälters unmittelbar hinter dem Führerhaus,
- B. Anordnung des Wasservorratsbehälters unmittelbar hinter dem Führerhaus,
- C. im mittleren Teil des Chassis angeordneten Vorratsbehälter für Mineralsplitt,
- D. eine unterhalb des Vorratsbehälters für Mineralssplitt angeordneten, längs des Chassis verlaufenden Transportvorrichtung, bestehend aus einer Transportrinne mit darin längsverlaufender, motorgetriebener Transportschneckenspindel,
- E. Anordnung der Mischvorrichtung, bestehend aus zwei parallel angeordneten, ineinander greifenden Knetschneckenspindeln im Bereich des Austritts der Transportvorrichtung und mit diesem verbunden, sowie mit einer nach unten gerichteten Austrittsöffnung versehen,
- F. Anordnung je eines Vorratsbehälters für Zement und für Additive bzw. Netzmittel seitlich neben der Mischvorrichtung und hinter dem Vorratsbehälter für Mineralsplit,
- G. in die Mischvorrichtung mündende, jeweils mit Dosiervorrichtungen versehene Zuleitungen für Bitumenemulsion, Wasser, Zement, Additive bzw. Netzmittel,
- H. einen am Fahrzeugheck angebrachten Steuerstand für eine oder zwei Bedienungspersonen mit an einem Steuer-Tableau angeordneten Steuer- und Dosierschaltern für die elektro-hydraulisch betätigbaren Dosiervorrichtungen,
- I. im Bereich des Fahrzeughecks unterhalb der Austrittsöffnung der Mischvorrichtung mit dem Fahrzeug mittels Zugmitteln verbundener, auf der zu belegenden Trasse liegend nachgeschleppter Verteil- und Aufgabekasten, der einen waagrechten Austrittsschlitz für den aufzulegenden Belag aufweist.
