Claims (11)

1. Device for the maintenance of asphalted roads or pathways, in particular for applying a bituminous binder from a pressurized container (16) and a grit container (50) having a bottom plate (54) which is inclined in the direction of the outlet openings (66), both containers being mounted on a frame (12) with at least one drive axle (14), whereby nozzles (34) for spraying out the bitumen are arranged behind the rear drive axle (14) and below the grit container (50) in the driving direction before a grit extractor funnel (60) which has at least one outlet opening (66) to be adjusted by means of hand lever (64), whereby the nozzles (34) are provided individually or in groups along the width of the device (10) and they correspond with the outlet openings (66) which are likewise arranged along the entire width of the device in the same manner and which may each be operated separately, and whereby a platform (70) is provided behind the grit extractor funnel (60) characterized in that the bottom plate (54) of the grit container (50) consists of two plate parts, the first plate part being inclined at a flat angle from the horizontal, whereas the second plate part, which is installed in the direction of the at least one outlet opening (66) of the container, is inclined at a very steep angle and it forms an elongated grit extractor funnel (60) together with several pivotably mounted doors (62) which are installed in the rear wall (58) of the grit container (50) and which are opposite this second plate part and may be adjusted via a hand lever (64), whereby the elongated funnel is formed in such a manner that at least one outlet opening (66) for measuring out the proper amount of grit (27) is formed by the edge areas of the second plate part of the bottom plate (54), which are inclined towards the ground, and at least one movable door (62).
2. Device according to claim 1 characterized in that the angle of inclination of the bottom plate (54) is 10°.
3. Device according to claims 1 and 2 characterized in that the grit container (50) mounted on the frame (12) is made of aluminium.
4. Device according to claim 3 characterized in that the container (50) is widened at its upper sides.
5. Device according to claim 1 characterized in that at least one control unit (26, 26A) which is situated in the vicinity of an operating person is provided for the control of the binder exiting from the nozzle (34).
6. Device according to claims 1 and/or 5 characterized in that via a valve (38) a conventional manual spraying rod (44) with a feed hose (42) is connected with a feed line (32) to the nozzle (34).
7. Device according to one or several of the preceding claims characterized in that the nozzles (34) are arranged at a distance of 240 mm from the road surface (40).
8. Device according to one or several of the preceding claims characterized in that the opening (66) in the funnel (60) has a slit opening of 18 mm.
9. Device according to one or several of the preceding claims characterized in that the nozzles (34) and the opening (66) in the funnel (60) are provided for a maximum working width of 0.64 m.
10. Device according to one or several of the preceding claims characterized in that at the front, in the driving direction, the frame (12) is provided with a driver cabin and a drive unit so as to form a self-propelling vehicle.
11. Device according to one or several of the preceding claims characterized in that at the front, in the driving direction, the frame (12) is provided with a trailer to rest upon it or with a coupling for a connection with a tractor.
