The bars bend the self adhesive side of the film edges towards the self adhesive side of the film and the fold thus formed is pressed together when the film is stretched around the stretch rollers. Nip rolls are not necessary since the self adhesiveness is sufficient to overcome the internal material resilience.

Claims (12)
- Ein Ladegut (2), welches aus einer Mehrzahl von Einheiten (21) gebildet, auf einer Palette (3) zusammengestellt und mit einer dehnbaren Folie (1) spiralförmig umhüllt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
beide Ränder (111, 211, 112, 212) der genannten Folie (1) eingeschlagen oder gerollt sind, wo die genannte Folie (1) um das genannte Ladegut (2) herumführt, und dadurch, daß
der untere Rand (11) der genannten Folie (1), die die Umreifungen am unteren Teil (123) des Ladegutes (2) bildet, zu einem Seil ausgebildet ist, wobei der genannte zu einem Seil ausgebildete untere Rand (115) von mehr Folie (1) gebildet ist als der genannte eingeschlagene oder gerollte untere Rand (112, 212). - Ein palettiertes Ladegut (2) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die eingeschlagenen oder gerollten Ränder (111,211, 112, 212) der genannten Folie (1) durch Falten oder Rollen von weniger als 30 mm, vorzugsweise 10 bis 20 mm, der Breite der genannten Folie (1) ausgebildet sind.
- Ein palettiertes Ladegut (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der genannte zu einem Seil ausgebildete untere Rand (115) der genannten Folie eine Folienmenge vom Zwei- bis Zehnfachen der Menge des genannten eingeschlagenen oder gerollten unteren Folienrandes (112, 212) umfaßt.
- Ein palettiertes Ladegut (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der genannte zu einem Seil ausgebildete untere Folienrand (115) die Öffnungen (31) in der genannten Palette (3) unbedeckt läßt.
- Ein palettiertes Ladegut (2), welches von einer Mehrzahl von Einheiten (21) gebildet ist, auf einer Palette (3) zusammengestellt und spiralförmig mit einer dehnbaren Folie (1) umhüllt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
ein Rand (111, 211, 112, 212) der genannten Folie (1) eingeschlagen oder gerollt ist, wo die genannte Folie (1) das genannte Ladegut (2) umgibt;
mindestens eine Z-Falte (113) im mittleren Abschnitt der Folie (1) vorgesehen ist; und
der untere Rand (115) der genannten Folie (1), die die Umreifungen am unteren Teil (123) des Ladeguts (2) bildet, zu einem Seil ausgebildet ist, wobei der genannte zu einem Seil ausgebildete untere Rand (115) durch mehr Folie (1) als der genannte eingeschlagene oder gerollte Rand (111, 211, 112, 212) gebildet ist. - Ein Verfahren, welches geeignet ist, um palettiertes Ladegut (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche herzustellen, welches umfaßt- Abrollen und Dehnen der genannten dehnbaren Folie (1) und- Anbringen der genannten Folie (1) an ein palettiertes Ladegut (2) in einer spiralförmigen Konfiguration durch Rotieren des genannten palettierten Ladegutes (2) in bezug auf die genannte abrollende und sich dehnende Folie und gleichzeitiges- vertikales Auf- und Abbewegen der genannten Foliedadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
entlang der Bahn der genannten Folie (1), vorzugsweise vor dem genannten Dehnungsvorgang, die Ränder der genannten Folie (111, 211, 112, 212) eingeschlagen oder gerollt werden und der untere Rand (115) der genannten Folie zu einem Seil geformt wird, wenn Umreifungen um den unteren Teil (123) des genannten Ladegutes (2) und um den oberen Teil der Palette (3) angebracht werden. - Ein Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannten eingeschlagenen oder gerollten Folienränder (111, 211, 112, 212) oder der zu einem Seil ausgebildete Folienrand (115) in einem zusätzlichen Schritt durch Zusammenpressen der Falten oder Rollen oder des Seils stabilisiert werden.
- Eine Vorrichtung zum Ausführen des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 7, welche ein Ladegutgestell, eine Folienabrolleinrichtung, eine Foliendehneinrichtung, einen Antrieb, um das genannte Ladegutgestell zu rotieren, oder einen Antrieb, um die genannte Abroll- und die genannte Dehneinrichtung um das genannte Ladegut (2) zu rotieren, umfaßt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie weiters umfaßt
Führungsmittel (51, 52), um die Ränder (111, 211, 112, 212) der genannten Folie (1) einzufalten oder zu rollen, und
Führungsmittel (6), um den unteren Rand (115) der genannten Folie (1) zu einem Seil zu formen, welche von einer Steuereinrichtung betätigt werden, sodaß der genannte zu einem Seil ausgebildete Rand (115) nur um die genannte Palette (3) geführt wird. - Eine Maschine nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannten Führungsmittel (51, 52) zum Falten oder Rollen oder das genannte Führungsmittel (6) zum Seilbilden Faltstangen, Falzwalzen oder Falzplatten sind.
- Eine Maschine nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannte Steuereinrichtung eine mechanische Stoppeinrichtung ist.
- Eine Maschine nach Anspruch 8,9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannten Führungsmittel, welche die eingeschlagenen oder gerollten Ränder (111, 211, 112, 212) bilden, an Tragarmen montiert sind, welche gestatten, die genannten Führungsmittel (51, 52, 6) zu ergreifen oder freizugeben.
- Eine Maschine nach den Ansprüchen 8,9, 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Quetschwalzen nach den genannten Führungsmitteln, welche die eingeschlagenen oder gerollten Ränder (111, 112) bilden, montiert sind.
