Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Kochfeld gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a hob according to the preamble of claim 1.
Bei Glaskeramik-Kochfeldern ist es üblich, auf der ebenen Stellflache ein Dekor aufzudrucken, insb. zum Zwecke der Markierung der einzelnen beheizbaren Kochflächen. Hierbei besteht das Problem, daß durch verschieben von Geschirr oder Töpfen mit rauhen Boden das Dekor nach und nach abgerieben wird. Diese Nachteile werden gemaß einem anderen Vorschlag (DE-GM 88 01 334.0) dadurch weitgehend vermieden, daß in der Stellfläche der Platte an den Stellen des vorgesehenen Dekors Vertiefungen vorgesehen sind, die mit einem Dekormaterial, z.B. mit einer druckfähigen Dekorfarbe ausgefüllt sind.In the case of glass ceramic hobs, it is customary to print a decor on the flat surface, especially for the purpose of marking the individual heated cooking surfaces. In einfacher Weise sind diese Markierungen hergestellt durch Einarbeitung von geringfügigen Vertiefungen in die Plattenoberfläche, z.B. durch Laser-Technik derart, daß die Oberfläche der Vertiefungen eine größere Rauhigkeit (Mattierung) besitzt als die übrige Plattenoberfläche. In jedem Falle ist durch die unterschiedliche Oberflächenstruktur gleich welcher Art gewährleistet, daß aufgrund des gegenüber dem übrigen Plattenmaterial unterschiedlichen optischen Reflexionsverhaltens bzw. des unterschiedlichen optischen Brechungsquotienten die Markierungen deutlich erkennbar sind. Solche optisch gut erkennbare Materialstrukturen können nicht nur an der die Stellfläche des Kochfeldes bildenden Plattenoberfläche, sondern auch an jeder anderen Stelle der Plattenoberfläche vorgesehen sein.These markings are produced in a simple manner by incorporating slight depressions into the surface of the plate, e.g. by laser technology in such a way that the surface of the depressions has a greater roughness (matting) than the rest of the plate surface. Das in den Figuren dargestellte Kochfeld besitzt eine Platte 1 aus glaskeramischem Material, die eingefaßt ist von einem Rahmen 2. Ein solches Kochfeld ist einsetzbar in einen entsprechenden Ausschnitt einer Küchen-Arbeitsplatte. Unterhalb der Platte 1 sind mehrere, nicht weiter dargestellte elektrische Heizkörper, z.B. Strahlungsheizkörper, angeordnet. Zur Markierung oder Kennzeichnung der entsprechenden Kochflächen unmittelbar oberhalb dieser Heizkörper besitzt die Platte 1 Markierungen 3 in Form von kreisrunden oder ovalen Linien, die kreisrunde bzw. konzentrische Kochflächen 4, 5, 6, 7 sowie eine ovale Kochfläche 8 in ihren Umrissen kennzeichnen. Wie insb. die Schnittdarstellung gemäß Fig. 2 zeigt, werden diese Markierungen 3 bzw. 3' gebildet durch linienförmige Material- bzw. Oberflächenstrukturen, die von der Material- bzw. Oberflächenstruktur des angrenzenden Plattenmaterials unterschiedlich ist. In Fig. 2 ist angedeutet, daß in die Plattenoberfläche eingearbeitete Vertiefungen 9 vorgesehen sind mit einer Oberflächenstruktur, die eine größere Rauhigkeit hat als die Oberflächenstruktur der Platte 1. Es genügt, wenn diese Vertiefungen 3 eine Tiefe von wenigen hundertstel Millimeter besitzen; gegebenenfalls genügt ein leichtes, linienförmgies oder auch punktförmiges Aufrauhen der Plattenoberfläche, wie an der Stelle 3' in Fig. 1 verdeutlicht. Claims (2)
- Cooking field with a planar crockery support surface which is formed by a plate of glass or glass-ceramic material and which in particular for the identification of the heatable cooking surfaces displays markings which formed by line-shaped interruptions, which are formed by removal of material, of the otherwise smooth surface, characterised thereby, that the line-shaped interruptions (3) are formed exclusively by depressions (9), which are worked into the plate surface and the surfaces of which are structured to be rough.
- Cooking field according to claim 1, characterised thereby, that the markings (3) are formed by a depression (9), which is worked into the plate surface and the surface structure of which differs from that of the surfaces surrounding it, for example due to frosting.
