Rotative selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de commande (10) comportent un premier groupe moteur (11) relié audit cylindre à imprimer (3) et lesdits moyens de contrôle (12) comportent: - un dispositif de détection (15) destiné à détecter des déphasages entre lesdites zones à surimprimer et lesdites zones imprimantes, - un cylindre de traction (13) disposé en amont du cylindre à imprimer (3), - un deuxième groupe moteur (14) relié audit cylindre de traction (13), et - une unité de traitement de signaux (16) destinée à recevoir des signaux de déphasage dudit dispositif de détection (15) et à envoyer des signaux d'activation audit deuxième groupe moteur (14).
