Known for packaging individual goods combined into a shipping unit, the packaging being assembled from a bottom part and from a lid part closed by the bottom part on an opening side in a full seat, the bottom part consisting of an erected bottom cut with side walls articulated on a bottom section via fold lines and with these connecting corner flaps and the cover part consist of a cover blank erected into a box-shaped part with side walls articulated on a cover section via fold lines. In this packaging, the bottom part is designed as an insert receiving the individual goods in the form of a tray, stub flaps forming hinged flaps being articulated on the opening side of the lid part receiving the bottom part on opposite side walls of the lid blank, which flaps forming a bottom part between the bottom part and bearing against the bottom part self-contained edging. In this packaging, the lid part is designed so that it is held by means of insertion tabs on the tray and by means of edge tabs encompassing the bottom of the tray, the latter in the latter If adhesive connections are provided, by means of which the edge tabs are attached to the bottom of the tray. Instead of lateral slide-in tabs, the cover part can also have edge tabs engaging under the bottom of the tray, these edge tabs then being attached to the outer wall surface of the bottom blank of the tray by adhesive connections. Such fastening of the side walls of the lid part via edge flaps glued to the bottom of the tray makes it difficult to open such packaging insofar as the entire packaging has to be raised for lifting off the glued edge flaps and if the entire packaging is handled carelessly during the opening process, the packaging falls out the tray arranged individual pieces can come.

According to DE-U-87 11 991, packaging for containers located on trays is known, which overlaps the containers and can be attached to the tray. The packaging consists of a blank with a roof surface which preferably rests on the containers and has adjoining side surfaces and wings that extend down to the tray edges, the wings and / or the side surfaces being arranged parallel to the tear edges and have recesses assigned to them and the connection between the tray and the outer packaging folded from the blank can be produced with the aid of point adhesives or one or more tear-open adhesive tapes. The packaging is opened by means of four tear-open tabs, of which two tear-open tabs are arranged on opposite side walls of the package and run parallel to the tray edges in these. The four pull tabs are not opened by suddenly lifting them from below upwards, but by pulling sideways, the two tabs of each side wall being pulled apart in horizontal and opposite directions, which is done in such a way that the free ends of the two tabs must be grasped with the fingers of both hands, and only the two Tabs on one side of the packaging and then the two tabs on the other side of the packaging, for which the package must be rotated by 180 °. It is not possible to open the pull tabs at the same time. Before opening the packaging, the four tabs must be torn up and down one after the other by hand or by means of an object. In a further operation, the outer packaging can only be removed from the tray and the contents. In addition, another operation must be carried out to dispose of the outer packaging lying flat. To do this, the long sides of the overlapping side flaps must be detached from the cross flaps that are glued together. The outer packaging is lifted from the tray in an edge shape. When the tabs are torn off the tray, cardboard residues can stick. The outer packaging is not so supportive that sensitive contents can be fully protected. The contents are tight-fitting on all sides within the outer packaging. A quick, easy opening and disposal of the outer packaging in the shortest possible time is not possible. A cumbersome handling causes time-consuming work when opening larger units. Since the two tabs on each side of the packaging are not connected to each other at the opposite ends, there is a risk that the tab ends will be lifted off and bent off from their contact surface during improper transport, so that later detection for the purpose of opening the packaging could lead to difficulties. In addition comes that the packaging is folded from a blank such that the overlapping flaps of the upper cover parts only partially close with the side wings. As a result, double support of the filling material by the outer packaging is not possible. Furthermore, there is no dust protection, since there is no overlap of the side flaps in the lower area of the packaging.

The invention has for its object to provide a shipping and logistics-appropriate shipping packaging according to the type mentioned in order to place the contents of the packaging in certain quantities as a whole unit on the shelves in minimized handling in the stores and sales markets, in addition to a light When the outer packaging is opened, the package, when closed, has a high stability and at the same time should secure the contents against dust.

In the case of such a packaging designed in accordance with the invention, the upper part, which forms the outer packaging, is shaped over the tray and is point-bonded to it in a targeted manner. The point gluing of the two long side walls of the upper part on the side flaps and on the long side walls of the bottom part ensures quick, unproblematic opening. There is no need to glue parts of the upper part to the floor. The targeted point gluing ensures on the one hand a high stability of the overall packaging and on the other hand also easy opening by pulling off the longitudinal side walls of the upper part by means of the handle flaps formed in the longitudinal side walls, which can only be folded out of the longitudinal side walls and can thus be easily grasped in order to detach the point bonds. to open the top part and remove it from the bottom part.

The shipping packaging created is suitable for the store and logistics. With minimal handling, it is possible to arrange the contents of the packaging in certain quantities as a whole unit on the shelves in stores and sales markets. The goods are not only easy to handle for sales, but also easy to handle for the entire logistics process, namely from the manufacturer to the retailer.

The bottom part, in which the contents are located, also consists of a folding blank and is glued to the face on both ends. This ensures a tight fit of the contents or the individual pieces in the stable base part. Since the point gluing of the long side walls on the long side walls of the bottom part is released when the top part is opened and removed, the bottom part is retained as a goods carrier and is thus arranged on the shelf or on a sales area. The upper part detached from the bottom part is disposed of flat without using tools such as cardboard knives or scissors.

The notches provided in the end region of the handle straps in the longitudinal side walls of the upper part simplify the location of the handle straps without the need for eye contact. Insofar as the side flaps folded on the narrow side walls of the upper part have rounded corner regions, better straightening and gluing of the upper part is thereby achieved during machine assembly. Beveled edges of the longitudinal surfaces on the longitudinal side walls serve to protect against hooking and canting when packing and stacking the sales units.

Advantageous embodiments of the invention are characterized in the subclaims.

Here, the configuration of the packaging according to claim 6 is particularly advantageous, according to which each point bonding is formed by a surface section made of a self-adhesive which adheres to the inner wall surface of the side wall and to the outer wall surface of the side flaps and the outer wall surface of the bottom part side wall and which is made of one in the material of the Wall surfaces on which the surface section from the self-adhesive adheres, formed separating perforation or separating punch is surrounded in the adhesive area of the surface section, the separating perforation or separating punch being recessed so deeply in the surface of the side wall material that when the wall parts are detached or the point is bonded to the wall surface the side wall or side flap adhering surface section with the material section separated from the rest of the side wall material by the separating perforation or punching while maintaining a thin wall section h is removed. This configuration has the advantage that when the point bonding is opened by pulling, the upper part is destroyed, i.e. the outer carton, or the bottom part is prevented.

The cuboid packaging 100 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 for individual pieces 90 combined to form a shipping and sales unit (FIG. 6) consists of a bottom part 10 receiving the individual pieces in the form of a tray and an upper part 30 in the form of an outer packaging, which is the Overlaps base part 10.

The base part 10 is formed by a rectangular base cut 11, two longitudinal side walls 12, 13 and two narrow side walls 14, 15. This bottom part 10 can be produced as a one-piece molded body from plastics or other suitable materials; It is also possible to manufacture the base part using the deep-drawing process. The material used for the production of the base part 10 should be chosen so that the base part 10 has sufficient inherent rigidity and stability.

In the exemplary embodiment shown in FIGS. 1, 2, 5 and 6, the base part 10 consists of a folding blank made of cardboard, cardboard or other suitable materials, the longitudinal side walls 12, 13 of the base part 10 via fold lines 12a, 13a and the narrow side walls 14, 15 are attached to the bottom blank 11 via fold lines 14a, 15a. The longitudinal side walls 12, 13 and the narrow side walls 14, 15 have the same heights. The longitudinal side walls 12, 13 carry tabs 16, 17 and 18, 19 at the end, which are folded over the folding lines 16a, 17a and 18a, 19a on the longitudinal side walls 12, 13 (FIG. 3). The tabs 16 to 19 are fastened to the narrow side walls 14, 15 by means of FIG. 6 with 20 surface bonds indicated. Self-adhesive or other suitable adhesives can be used as the adhesive.

On the face side, the base part 10 can carry a holder 80 on one of its two folded-up side walls 14, 15, for the inclusion of a price tag, advertising notice or the like. 81 serves (Fig. 2). This holder 80 can be obtained by appropriately folding a suitable folding blank made of cardboard, cardboard or another suitable material and can be attached to the outer wall surface of the side wall 14 of the base part 10 by means of adhesive. However, a different design of the holder 80 for receiving a price tag 81 can also be provided. There is also the possibility, for example, of forming a viewing window in the side wall 14 or 15, in the area of which then a price tag or the like. 81 is arranged, which can then also be arranged and fastened in the region of the viewing window by means of an adhesive connection.

The upper part 30 is formed by a rectangular upper blank 31, which corresponds approximately to the dimensions of the bottom blank 11 of the bottom part 10, by two longitudinal side walls 32, 33 and two narrow side walls 34, 35, to which side flaps 36, 37 and 38, 39 are folded (Figs. 5,7,8 and 9).

The upper part 30 also consists of a folding blank made of cardboard, cardboard or another suitable material. The longitudinal side walls 32, 33 are folded onto the upper blank 31 of the upper part 30 at the longitudinal edges 31a, 31b thereof and the side walls 34, 35 are folded onto the edges 31c, 31d of the narrow sides of the upper blank 31. In the folding blank shown in FIG. 4, the folding lines over which the longitudinal side walls 32, 33 are folded on the upper blank 31 are 31a 'and 31b' and the folding lines over which the side walls 34, 35 are folded on the upper blank 31 are denoted by 34a, 35a. The edges 32b, 32c and 33b, 33c running transversely to the longitudinal edges 32a, 33a of the two longitudinal side walls 32, 33 of the upper part 30 are to the longitudinal edges 32a, 33a formed obliquely. These bevelled edges 32b, 32c, 33b, 33c of the longitudinal side walls 32, 33 are provided to protect against hooking and canting when packaging and stacking the sales units.

The side flaps 36, 37 and 38, 39 are also folded on the side walls 34, 35 via fold lines 36a, 37a and 38a, 39a. The longitudinal edges 36b, 37b, 38b, 39b of the four side flaps 36 to 39, which extend to the fold lines 36a, 37a, 38a, 39a, are designed to run in a circular arc. However, there is also the possibility of running these longitudinal edges 36b, 37b, 38b, 39b parallel to the fold lines 36a, 37a, 38a, 39a and only the respective corner areas 36 ', 36' ', 37', 37 '', 38 ', 38' 'and 39', 39 '' rounded form. These rounded corners of the side flaps 36 to 39 serve to better align and glue the upper part 30 in a machine assembly (FIG. 4).

The free longitudinal edges of the two longitudinal side walls 32, 33 of the upper part 30 are designated 32a, 33a.

In the region of these free longitudinal edges 32a, 33a, the longitudinal side walls 32, 33 have grip tabs 40, 140 which run in the longitudinal direction of the side wall and are held in or on the longitudinal side walls 32, 33 via fold lines 41, 141. The length of the grip tabs 41, 140 is smaller than the length of the longitudinal side walls 32, 33. In order to transfer the tabs 40, 140 laterally into a position within easy reach (FIG. 8), the length of each tab 40, 140 is limited at the end by notches 42, 42a and 142, 142a extending transversely to the side wall longitudinal direction, the ends of these notches 42, 42a, 142, 142a are connected to one another via the fold lines 41, 141 (FIGS. 4 and 5).

The longitudinal side walls 32, 33 of the upper part 30 are firmly connected to the side flaps 36, 37 and 38, 39 by means of point bonds 50, 51, which consist of self-adhesive applied in a punctiform manner. The upper part 30 is obtained by appropriately folding the individual sections of the folding blank forming the upper part 30 around the corresponding folding lines, and by attaching the longitudinal side walls 32, 33 to the folded-in side plates 36 to 39, the longitudinal side walls 32, 33 are then attached to these side plates 36 to 39 by means of the point bonds 50, 51, so that a hood-shaped upper part 30 is obtained with dimensions due to which the individual pieces 90 arranged in the base part 10 can be covered. If the upper part 30 is placed on the base part 10, then the longitudinal side walls 32, 33 and the narrow side walls 34, 35 of the upper part 30 overlap the outer wall surfaces of the longitudinal side walls 12, 13 and the narrow side walls 14, 15 of the base part 10 (FIGS. 1 and 7).

The upper part 30 is also fastened to the base part 10 by means of point gluing on both sides, which is indicated at 52 in FIG. 6. This point bond is also a point coating made of a self-adhesive. The point adhesive 52 is provided on the outer wall surfaces of the longitudinal side walls 12, 13 of the base part 10, approximately in the middle of the longitudinal side walls, and is attached in such a way that in the glued state the point adhesive comes to lie above the handle straps 40, 140, so that the handle straps in a bond-free section on the outer wall surfaces of the longitudinal side walls 12, 13 of the base part 10. The width of each grip tab 40, 140 is dimensioned such that the grip tab comes to rest below the point bond 52 on the bottom part side wall 12 and 13, respectively. In addition to three-point gluing, as shown in Fig. 5 and 6, a four or five-point gluing can also be provided. It is essential that the longitudinal side walls 32, 33 of the upper part 30 are held firmly on the side flaps 36 to 39 and on the longitudinal side walls 12, 13 of the bottom part 10, so that a dustproof packaging of the individual pieces 90 in the bottom part 10 is achieved. After the handle straps 40, 140 have been transferred to a slightly outwardly spread position, the packing parts are released by bending the handle straps out of the longitudinal side walls 32, 33 of the upper part 30 in the direction of the arrow X (FIG. 8). Due to this lateral exposure of the handle bottles 40, 140, they can be securely grasped for opening the packaging. By suddenly pulling apart the longitudinal side walls 32, 33 in the direction of arrow X1, the point bonds 50 to 52 are released; the upper part 30 can thus be removed from the bottom part 10 and all parts of the upper part 30 are then bent back into the folding blank plane, so that a flat lying upper part 30 is obtained, which simplifies disposal. The upper parts 30 unfolded in this way can be stacked on top of one another in a space-saving manner, transported and destroyed or can be recycled. Since the detachment of the side parts from the base part 10 and the upper part 30 takes place by jerky pulling apart of the longitudinal side walls 32, 33, point gluing offers itself, so that there are no excessive forces to be used for releasing the connected wall parts.

In accordance with a further embodiment according to the invention, each point bond 50, 51, 52 is formed by a surface section 60 made of a suitable self-adhesive, which is attached to the inner wall surface 132 of the longitudinal side wall 32 of the upper part 30 and to the outer wall surface of the side flaps 36 to 39 and also to the outer wall surface 112 of the bottom part side wall of the bottom part 10 adheres. 13 shows, as an exemplary embodiment, the point gluing 52 in the region of the longitudinal side wall 12 of the base part 10 and the longitudinal side wall 32 of the upper part 30.

This surface section 60, which forms the point bond 52 (FIG. 10), is surrounded by a separating perforation or cut-out punch 61 formed in the material of the wall surface of the longitudinal side wall 12 of the base part 10, which is formed in the adhesive area of the surface section 60, in each case on the wall surface , to which the surface section 60 from the self-adhesive adheres, this configuration being able to be provided both on the longitudinal side wall 12 of the base part 10 and on the longitudinal side wall 32 of the upper part 30 (FIG. 12). The separating perforation or separating punch 61, which surrounds the surface section 60 made of the self-adhesive, is recessed in the material of the longitudinal side wall 12 of the base part 10 so deeply and in such a way that when the point bonding is released, the surface section 60 adhering to the wall surface 112 of the longitudinal side wall 32 with the material section 62 separated from the rest of the side wall material by the separating perforation or punching 61 is separated from the wall material, so that a thinner wall section 63 is obtained in the region of the recess 64, which is obtained by the separated material section 62 (FIGS. 13 and 14). After the longitudinal side wall 32 has been detached from the longitudinal side wall 12 of the base part 10, only the recess 64 then remains in the outer wall surface 112 of the longitudinal side wall 12, whereas the entire surface section 60 made of the self-adhesive remains on the inner wall surface 132 of the longitudinal side wall 32 (FIG. 11). This has the advantage that an outer wall surface on the base part 10 is obtained as a perfect visible surface, which is in no way marred by adhesive residues remaining on the outer wall surface 112 of the longitudinal side wall 12 of the base part 10.

All of the point bonds 50 to 52 used can be designed in the same way as described above. If the point bonds 50, 51 are designed accordingly, the advantage is achieved here that self-adhesive with high adhesive strength can be used, with only small forces then having to be used to detach the longitudinal side walls 32, 33 from the side flaps 36 to 39 of the upper part 30, since the point bonds 50, 51 are released only by removing material from the side flaps 36 to 39 and not by releasing the adhesive connection.

The design of an upper part 30 with handle tabs 40, 140 formed in the longitudinal side walls 32, 33 provides the advantage that, despite the firm adhesion of the upper part 30 to the bottom part 10, easy opening of the packaging is ensured. For opening and lifting the top part 30 from the bottom part 10, it is therefore no longer necessary to lift the entire packaging in order to have to detach any wall elements from the standing surface of the packaging. For transportation purposes, the grip tabs 40, 140 lie in the plane formed by the longitudinal side walls 32, 33 of the upper part 30. By laterally unfolding the grip tabs, they are brought into a position within easy reach to release the longitudinal side walls 32, 33 not only from the side tabs 36 to 39, but also from the longitudinal side walls 12, 13 of the bottom part 10. This makes it possible to remove the hood-shaped upper part 30 unfold.

In the closed state of the entire packaging 100, this shows due to the point bonding used, a high stability, so that packs with larger dimensions or with individual pieces of higher weight can also be used.
