Claims (4)

  1. A device for parking vehicles on platforms (1, 2, 3) on three levels arranged one above the other (Y, X, Z), with the middle level (Y) being connected to an entrance (22) and having only laterally movable platforms (1), whereas the platforms (2) are capable of being lowered and raised again from the upper level (X) to the middle level (Y) and further platforms (3) are capable of being raised and lowered again from the lower level (Z) to the middle level (Y), with lifting devices operated by hydraulic power for the platforms (2, 3) that can be raised and lowered, characterized in that each lifting device includes a scissor arrrangement (6, 23) with pairs of levers (7, 8) crossing each other as well as a hydraulic cylinder arrangement (17, 25) acting together with said scissor levers and being arranged in a vertical position in the proximity of and parallel to the end of the parking device provided opposite the entrance (22), said lifting cyclinder arrangements (17) of the platforms (3) of the lower level (Z) extending upward from the lower level and said lifting cyclinder arrangements (25) of the platforms (2) of the upper level (X) extending downward from the upper level and being laterally displaced with respect to the lifting cylinder arrangements (17) of the lower level and that the levers (7, 8) of the scissor arrangements of the platforms (3) of the lower level (Z) are in the lowered position essentially in alignment whereas the levers of the scissor arrangements (23) of the platforms (2) of the upper level (X) are essentially in alignment in the raised position.

A device according to claim 1, characterized in that the joints (10, 12) of the scissor arrangements (6, 23) maintaining the scissor arrangements in a fixed position and connecting them to the platforms are arranged at that end of the platform (2, 3) which faces away from the entrance and the levers extend in opened position approximately to the platform centre.
  3. A device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that safety blocking elements (21, 26) are provided in the guiding rails (16, 27) of the levers (7, 8).
  4. A device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized by two pairs of levers for each scissor arrangement (6, 23) which are coupled to one another by tubes coaxially arranged between the joints (10, 12).
