Claims (15)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Sortierung von Erzeugnissen länglicher Gestalt, wie grünen Bohnen, derjenigen Gattung mit einer drehbaren Trommel (1) mit abwechselnd feststehenden und bewegbaren Stäben (9) und (10), deren relative Stellung durch Betätigungsmittel einstellbar ist, um den Siebungszwischenraum zwischen benachbarten Stäben (9, 10) auf eine gewünschte Grösse zu bringen, wobei die Trommel (1) durch Längsgitter (8) gebildet ist, deren feststehenden und beweglichen Stäbe (9) und (10) quer zur Längsachse (X-X') der Trommel (1) angeordnet sind und wobei die bewegbaren Stäbe (10) jedes Gitters (8) in ortsfester Stellung in bezug aufeinander mit konstanten gleichen Abständen durch einen Rahmen (17) gehalten werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (17) gegenüber den feststehenden Stäben (9) in einer zur Längsachse (X-X') der Trommel (1) parallelen Richtung durch die eine Zugkraft unmittelbar an dem einen der Enden des Rahmens (17) ausübenden Betätigungsmittel zur Einstellung des Siebungszwischenraumes d verstellt werden kann und dass die Betätigungsmittel zur Einstellung der relativen Stellung der bewegbaren Stäbe (10) der Gitter (8) eine gewisse Anzahl von radial verlaufenden Hebeln (21) umfassen, welche ausserhalb der Trommel (1) durch mit der einen (2) der ringförmigen Endscheiben (2, 3) der Trommel (1) fest verbundene Gelenkbügel (22) schwenkbar angeordnet sind und jeweils mit dem einen (21a) ihrer Hebelarme durch eine Querleiste (17) zur Verbindung der Winkelprofile (19) eines Rahmens mechanisch verbunden sind ; einem während der Einstellung der Siebungszwischenräume (d) axial translationsbeweglichen nicht drehbaren Glied (29), das gleichzeitig auf die Enden derjenigen Hebelarme (21b), die den mit den Querleisten der Rahmen verbundenen Hebelarmen (21a) entgegengesetzt sind, einwirkt und gegen Translationsbewegung festgehalten wird, ist einmal die Einstellung durchgeführt worden ; und einer Betätigungsanordnung (34, 35) für das bewegbare Glied (29).
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die feststehenden Stäbe (9) der vorgenannten Gitter (8) durch ihre Enden mit ortsfesten parallel zur Achse (X-X') der Trommel (1) verlaufenden und zwischen den beiden ringförmigen Endscheiben (2, 3) der Trommel (1) in Umfangsrichtung angeordneten Halterungsstäben (11) fest verbunden sind, wobei zwei Stäbe (11) eines Gitters (8) jeweils eine Längsreihe von nicht kreisförmigen Öffnungen (15) zum Durchlass und zur axialen Führung jeweils von komplementären nicht kreisförmigen Ansätzen (10b) der beweglichen Stäbe (10) aufweisen, deren die Ansätze (10b) verlängernden freien Enden (10c) mit dem vorgenannten Rahmen (17) fest verbunden sind.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorgenannten nicht kreisförmigen Ansätze (10b) der bewegbaren Stäbe (10) einen quadratförmigen Querschnitt haben und in ihren jeweiligen Öffnungen (15) mit einem sehr kleinen Spiel geführt werden.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zur Führung der Ansätze (10b) dienenden Flächen der vorgenannten Öffnungen (15) einen Überzug aus einem verschleißfesten Werkstoff, wie Chrom, aufweisen.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder vorgenannte Halterungsstab (11) aus einer Grundstange (12) besteht, auf welcher eine sich entlang der Stange (12) erstreckende längliche Platte (13) über Abstandshalterklötze (14) angeordnet ist, welche die Platte (13) im Abstand von der Stange (12) halten und somit die vorgenannten nicht kreisförmigen Öffnungen (15) jeweils zwischen den verschiedenen Klötzen (14) abgrenzen.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie in Umfangsrichtung angeordnete und jeweils als sechseckiges Prisma gestaltete Abstandslängsstreben (4) zur Zusammenfügung der beiden ringförmigen Endscheiben (2, 3) der Trommel (1) aufweist, wobei jede Strebe zwei parallele Flächen, und zwar jeweils eine breite Fläche (4b) und eine schmale Fläche (4c) aufweist, wobei zwei benachbarte Stangen (12) jeweils von zwei benachbarten Gittern (8) jeweils durch zwei an die schmale Fläche (4c) einer Längstrebe angrenzenden Prismaflächen (4d, 4e) getragen werden.

Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder feststehende Stab (9) einen flachen Oberteil (9a) umfasst, der mit seinen beiden Enden jeweils an zwei länglichen Platten (13) von zwei Halterungsstäben (11) eines Gitters (8) durch zwei jeweils die längliche Platte (13), einen Abstandsklotz (14), eine Grundstange (12) durchsetzende und sich in ein Gewindesackloch der entsprechenden Abstandslängsstrebe (4) schraubenden Befestigungsschrauben befestigt ist, und wobei jeder ortsfeste Stab einen trogförmigen Teil (9b) umfasst, der seitwärts zu der Seitenwand (9c) hin des trogförmigen Teiles (9b) des angrenzenden feststehenden Stabes (9) offen ist, damit ein bewegbarer Stab (10) zwischen einer Stellung innerhalb des trogförmigen Teiles (9b) eines ortsfesten Stabes (9) und einer Stellung in der Nähe der Seitenwand (9c) des trogförmigen Teiles (9b) des angrenzenden orsfesten Stabes (9) verstellt werden kann.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass gewisse Stäbe der ortsfesten Stäben (9) jeweils mit den Böden der Tröge (9b) fest verbundene Ablenker (9d) aufweisen, welche sich zu der vorgenannten Achse (X-X') hin etwa senkrecht zu dieser erstrecken.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorgenannten freien Enden (10c) der bewegbaren Stäbe (10) zwei parallele Schenkel (19a) jeweils der beiden Längswinkelprofile (19) des Rahmens (17) durchsetzen und mit diesen durch auf diese freien Enden (10c) aufgeschraubte Befestigungsmuttern (21) fest verbunden sind.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bewegbare Glied (29) eine Mutter mit mikrometrischen Verschiebungen auf einer an einem zylindrischen Stück (32) drehbar gelagerten Muffe (31) ist, welches Stück mit der ringförmigen Endscheibe (2) koaxial zur Längsachse (X-X') der Trommel (1) fest verbunden ist und einen Flansch (29a) aufweist, und als Laufbahn für Rollen (28) dient, die parallel zur Achse (X-X') und mit den freien Enden der Hebelarme (21b) der Hebel (21) fest verbunden sind.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorgenannte Betätigungsanordnung einen ortsfesten Getriebemotor (35) umfasst, dessen Ausgangswelle ein, einen mit der Muffe (31) fest verbundenen Zahnkranz (34) antreibendes Ritzel (36) trägt.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bewegbare Glied (29) eine gewisse Anzahl von Knaggen (33) umfasst, die an ortsfesten Punkten durch Langlöcher (33d) der besagten Knaggen (33) durchsetzende Befestigungsschrauben oder mit Bund versehenen Bolzen befestigt sind, um das bewegbare Glied (29) gegen Drehung festzuhalten, wobei diesem eine Translationsbewegung durch die vorgenannten die Einstellung betätigenden Mittel gestattet wird.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass elastische Rückstellglieder, wie Federn (30) mit Vorspannung zwischen der ringförmigen Entscheibe (2) der Trommel (1) und den Hebelarmen (21b) der Hebel (21) angeordnet sind.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flansch (29a) des beweglichen Gliedes (29) einen nockenförmigen Teil (29b) aufweist, der es gestattet, den Abstand der bewegbaren Stäbe (10) in bezug auf die feststehenden Stäbe (9) in dem oberen Teil des Hubes (9, 10) zu vergrössern, um gegebenenfalls zwischen den Stäben (9, 10) eingeklemmte Erzeugnisse freizugeben.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine innere koaxial zur Trommel (1) verlaufende und mit dieser drehfest verbundene Trommel umfasst, die mit wenigstens einem in der Art eines Schraubengewindes um ihre Achse wendelförmig gewickelten Streifen und mit sich parallel zur Längsachse der Trommel erstreckenden Radialtrennwänden versehen ist, wobei diese Trennwände in Winkelabständen voneinander angeordnet sind, um mit den Windungen des wendelförmigen Streifens Transporträume zur Aufnahme der Erzeugnisse (H) abzugrenzen.
