Claims (4)
- Kompressor für Haushaltskühl anlagen, umfassend ein Gehäuse (A), das aus einer unteren Gehäusehälfte (4) und einer mit dieser dicht verbundenen oberen Geäusehälfte (3) besteht, einen in der unteren Gehäusehälfte (4) federnd montierten Elektromotor (1), der eine nach oben gerichtete Welle (5) mit einer Öffnung zur Überleitung des Öls aus der unteren Gehäusehälfte (4) in die obere Gehäusehälfte (3) besitzt, und eine Einheit, die aus einem auf dem Motor (1) montierten Zylinderblock (2) und einem Kolben (7) besteht, der mit einem sich hin- und herbewegenden Exzenter (h) verbunden ist, wobei der Zylinderblock (2) an einem seiner Enden mit einer Einlaßöffnung (i) versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet,- daß an dem mit der Einlaßöffnung (i) versehenen Ende des Zylinderblocks (2) ein Saugkörper (B) mit einer nach unten gerichteten Durchgangskammer (t') vorgesehen ist,- daß der Saugkörper (B) längs des Motors (1) nach unten verlängert ist und in seinem unteren Teil eine Saugöffnung (b') besitzt, die auf eine andere Öffnung (b) zu gerichtet ist, die in der Wand der unteren Gehäusehälfte (4) in einem gewissen Abstand von dieser, jedoch koaxial zu ihr vorgesehen ist,- daß an die in der unteren Gehäusehälfte (4) vorgesehene Öffnung (b) ein Rohr (24) angeschlossen ist, durch das das Kühlmittel infolge der Hin- und Herbewegung des Kolbens (7) im Inneren des Zylinderblocks (2) in den Saugkörper (B) gesaugt wird,- daß der Saugkörper (B) eine gewisse Anzahl von durch vertikale (j', k', l', m', n') und horizontale (x', w') Wände abgegrenzte Kammern (q', r') besitzt, wobei die Durchgangskammer (t') zwischen diesen Kammern (q', r') angeordnet ist,- daß der Saugkörper (B) außen mit einer abgeflachten, tropfenförmigen Erhebung (a') versehen ist, die die Saugöffnung (b') abgrenzt,- daß vom Saugkörper (B) in dem über der tropfenförmigen Erhebung (a') gelegenen Teil auf die Wand der unteren Gehäusehälfte (4) zu ein Paar von parallelen Rippen (z) ausgeht,- daß der Zylinderblock (2) einen Zylinderkopfdeckel (11) besitzt, der mit einem inneren Hohlraum und einer axialen Nut versehen ist, in die der Hals (y) eines zum Saugkörper (B) gehörenden Teils (12) eintritt, das mit einem am Saugkörper (12) dicht angebrachten Deckel (13) versehen ist, auf dem die bezüglich der Symmetrieachse des Saugkörpers (B) symmetrisch angeordneten Längsrippen (z) vorgesehen sind, wobei der untere Teil der Rippen in der Verlängerung der tropfenförmigen Erhebung (a') liegt,- daß das Saugkörperteil (12) zur Herstellung der Verbindung zwischen dem Hals (y) umd dem Deckel (13) mit einem Kragen (e') versehen ist, der in eine im Deckel vorgesehene Nut (f') teilweise eintritt,- daß im Saugkörperteil (12) ein oberes Loch (g') vorgesehen ist, unter dem sich eine Erhebung (h') befindet, die zur Positionierung der Saugöffnung (b') bezüglich der Öffnung (b) in der Wand der unteren Gehäusehälfte (4) dient, und- daß in dem dem Kragen (e') entgegengesetzten unteren Teil des Saugkörperteils (12) zwei gebohrte Löcher (a'') für den Ölablauf vorgesehen sind.
- Kompressor nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er außerdem eine aus einem Rotationskörper (14) bestehende Ölpumpe (C) besitzt, die einen oberen zylindrischen Abschnitt (b'') und einen unteren ogivalen Abschnitt (c'') aufweist, wobei in Höhe des ogivalen Abschnitts (c'') radiale Rippen (d'') vorgesehen sind, während der Körper (14) im Inneren diametral einander entgegengesetzte Längsflügel (e'') und (14) in Höhe des zylindrischen Abschnitts (b'') diametral einander entgegengesetzte Zapfen (f'') besitzt, die in in der Welle (5) vorgesehene Aussparungen (g'') eintreten, so daß der zylindrische Abschnitt (b'') teilweise in einen in der Welle (5) vorgesehenen axialen Kanal (h'') eintritt, wobei der Halt des Körpers (14) in der Welle (5) in montierter Stellung durch einen elastischen Ring (15) gewährleistet ist, der mit einer kegelstumpfförmigen Wand (i'') der Welle (5) in Kontakt ist.
- Kompressor nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zylinderblock (2) eine obere Erhebung (p) und Hohlräume (j und k), die über einen Kanal (l) miteinander in Verbindung sind, sowie zu beiden Seiten der Hohlräume (j und k) gelegene große bzw. kleine Sacklöcher (m und n) besitzt, während in Höhe einer Stirnfläche (q) des Zylinderblocks (2) Kanäle (r) mit parallelen Achsen und Sacklöcher (s) vorgesehen sind.
- Kompressor nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die obere Gehäusehälfte (3) einen unteren ovalen Teil (e) und einen oberen unsymmetrischen Teil (f) mit zu beiden Seiten seiner großen Achse angeordneten inneren Erhebungen (a) besitzt, während in der unteren Gehäusehälfte (4) eine große Öffnung (c), die der kleinen Öffnung (b) diametral entgegengesetzt und in derselben Ebene angeordnet ist, sowie ebene Flächen (d) vorgesehen sind, die auf den Ecken eines gleichschenkligen Trapezes gelegen sind, dessen Schwerpunkt auf derselben vertikalen Achse wie der Schwerpunkt der von Druckfedern (18) getragenen Masse liegt.
