Description

The invention relates to a system for the dewatering pressing of a solid mat from water-wetted pressed material in the course of the production of solid sheets, in particular fiberboard, with a dewatering press with upper press part and lower press part, a driven sieve belt guided through the dewatering press and over stationary arranged deflection drums for the reception the solid mat, an endlessly led slatted belt band that runs around the lower press part and runs around deflection devices, and a sealing band that runs endlessly around the lower press part that runs over deflection devices, at least the slatted belt being led through a cleaning device. - The distance between the slats in the slatted belt forms drainage gaps through which the expressed water runs off during the pressing process. The sealing tape prevents this water from running out of control. - In systems of the construction described there is a risk that solids will get stuck in the slatted frame and / or on the sealing tape and / or in the screen belt. From time to time, this necessitates cleaning work that affects the availability of the system.

In the known system from which the invention is based (DE 31 35 651), the deflection devices for the slatted belt and the deflection devices for the sealing tape are arranged on or in the press frame. For the rest, devices are provided for cleaning the slatted frame, namely the slatted frame and the sealing tape can be lifted off and work outside the area of the press plates in the free space created thereby cleaning devices in the form of spray nozzles u. The like. The sealing tape can also be cleaned in this way. Separate cleaning devices are provided on the circulation path for the sieve belt. This has proven itself, but requires cleaning devices for cleaning the slatted frame tape and / or the sealing tape, which are part of the dewatering plate press, which is expensive.

In contrast, the invention has for its object to develop a system of the structure described above so that a very effective cleaning can be carried out in a simple manner.

To achieve this object, the subject of the invention is a system of the construction described above, the deflection devices for the slatted belt and the deflection devices for the sealing tape being stored in stationary machine frames, which are arranged in front of and behind the dewatering press, and the cleaning device is arranged below the dewatering press Cleaning basin is. The two machine frames can be combined into a single frame. - According to the invention, the cleaning devices are no longer part of the dewatering press, but the subject of a special system part, so that the structure of the dewatering press can be considerably simplified. In addition, a very effective cleaning can be carried out in a simple manner without difficulty. The cleaning basin can be filled with cleaning water his. But there is also the possibility in the cleaning basin, e.g. B. cleaning nozzles and / or cleaning brushes. It is within the scope of the invention to also guide the sealing tape through the cleaning basin and to clean it in the cleaning basin. The same applies to the sieve belt. The invention particularly relates to the system according to claim 2, in which the dewatering press is designed as a dewatering plate press and operates in cycles. It is understood that in this case care must be taken to ensure that the slatted frame or the sealing tape does not experience disruptive wear due to contact with other machine parts when the open dewatering plate press moves back. For this purpose, these belts can be raised and / or lowered accordingly in the stationary machine frame. It goes without saying that they can be set up exactly to the level of the lower plate press with the aid of adjusting devices. Of particular importance is also the system according to claim 3, in which the dewatering press is designed as a circulation press and works continuously.

The systems shown in the figures are used for dewatering pressing of a solid mat M from water-wetted pressed material in the course of the production of solid sheets, in particular fiberboard.

The system according to FIGS. 1 and 2 operates intermittently with respect to the pressing process. This system initially includes a dewatering plate press 2 which can be moved back and forth along a travel section on running rails 1 or the like, with an upper press part 3 and a lower press part 4, and with an upper and lower press plate 5. The system also includes a driven, driven by the dewatering plate press 2 and stationary idler pulleys 6 Sieve belt 7 for receiving the solid mat M. This sieve belt 7 may be sprinkled further to the left of the figure with the material to be pressed and pass through a wetting station for the material to be pressed, which has not been drawn. It is also possible to see a slatted frame belt 9, which is guided endlessly around the lower press part 4 via deflection devices 8 and runs between the sieve belt 7 and the lower press plate 5. For this purpose, reference is made to the enlarged section B in FIG. 1. In this one can also see an endlessly guided around the lower press part 4, around the deflection means 10 sealing tape 11, which runs between the slatted frame 9 and the lower press plate 5. The system works in such a way that the spreading device, which covers the screen belt 7 with the pressed material, works continuously. Hence the arrangement is further made such that the dewatering plate press 2 can be moved during the pressing process in accordance with the transport speed of the sieve belt 7 and can then be moved back in the open state for pressing a following section. This was illustrated by a double arrow in the upper press part 3 of FIG. 1.

In Fig. 1 it can be seen that the deflection devices 8 for the slatted frame 9 and the deflection devices 10 for the sealing tape 11 are mounted in stationary machine frames 12, 13 which are arranged in front of and behind the travel section 14 of the dewatering plate press 2. The slatted belt 9 is guided through a cleaning basin 15, which is arranged below the rails 1 of the dewatering plate press 2. The cleaning basin 12 is filled with cleaning water and can have additional cleaning devices 16 in the form of cleaning nozzles and / or cleaning brushes, which was indicated in FIG. 1. In the exemplary embodiment, the sealing tape 11 is also guided through the cleaning basin 15. It is understood that the sieve belt 7 can also be guided through the cleaning basin 15 if necessary. It can be raised so that the slatted base belt 9 does not experience any disturbing wear stresses due to contact with other machine parts during the return movement of the dewatering plate press 2. The same applies to the sealing tape 11. With the appropriate devices, the tapes 9, 11 can also be set up at the level of the lower press plate 5.

The dewatering press 2 is a circulation press. One can see in the upper press part 3 and in the lower press part 4 endlessly guided over driven pulleys 17, driven steel bands 18. The enlarged section C in FIG. 3 makes it clear that on the steel bands 18, towards the solid mat M, the sealing band 11, the slatted frame band 9 and that Sieve belt 7 are guided. The steel strips 18 are supported on the press plates 5 via roller bars 19.
