Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Rohmenprofil für Brandschutzabschlüsse, wie Türen, Fenster, Glas- oder Paneelwände, bei welchem an einem hohlen Kernprofil beidseits Kammern angeordnet sind, in welche Brandschutzplatten eingelegt sind.The invention relates to a Rohmenprofil for fire protection closures, such as doors, windows, glass or panel walls, in which chambers are arranged on both sides of a hollow core profile, in which fire protection panels are inserted.
Bei bekannten Ausbildungen dieser Art sind an dem Kernprofil U-Profile befestigt, und zwar mit ihrem die Schenkel verbindenden Steg, so daß das U-Profil nach außen zu offen ist. In dieses U-Profil werden Brandschutzplatten eingelegt, und das U-Profil durch ein entgegengesetzt gerichtetes U-Profil abgeschlossen. Derartige Ausbildungen haben den Nachteil, daß bei Auftreten höherer Temperaturen das äußere U-Profil abspringt und damit die Brandschutzplatten aus der Schutzzone herausfallen können, wodurch das Kernprofil, also das tragende Profil, den hohen Temperaturen ausgesetzt ist, so daß das Rahmenprofil seine Tragkraft verliert.In known designs of this type, U profiles are fastened to the core profile, specifically with their web connecting the legs, so that the U profile is too open to the outside. Diese Ausbildung vermeidet zwar den Nachteil, daß die Abdeckung und Halterung der Brandschutzplatten bei höheren Temperaturen abspringen und damit der Kern freigelegt wird, jedoch hat diese Ausbildung den Nachteil, daß die Hakenverbindung besondere Sicherungsorgane benötigt, um nicht bei höheren Temperaturen abzuspringen. Auch in diesem Falle würde nämlich dann der Kern schutzlos den hohen Temperaturen ausgesetzt sein. Dadurch wird erzielt, daß die Brandschutzplatten immer in optimaler Lage zur Hitzeabdämmung gehalten werden. Dabei können die Anschlagflächen durch Abstufungen und/oder Nasen gebildet sein. Mit 1 bzw. 2 sind die Kernprofile eines Türrahmens bzw. eines Türflügels bezeichnet. An die Kernprofile 1 bzw. 2 sind äußere Kammern 3, 4 bzw. 5, 6 einstückig angeformt, wobei die Begrenzungen der Kammer 4 und 6 Halterungen 7, 8 für die Anschlagdichtungen von Glasscheiben 9, 10 enthalten. Die Glasscheiben 9, 10 sind vorliegend über Winkel 11, 12 mit dem Profil verbunden, welche Winkel an dem Kernprofil angeschraubt sind. An den Kammern 3, 5 sind Hakenverbindungen 13, 14 vorgesehen, mit welchen Glashalteleisten bzw. Abdeckleisten 33, 34 eingehängt sind, die ihrerseits Halterungen 15 bzw. 16 aufweisen, in welche Fensterabschlußdichtungen eingelegt werden. In die Kammern 3, 4 bzw. 5, 6 sind Brandschutzplatten 17, 18, 19, 20 eingelegt, die sich an Abstufungen 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26 bzw. an Nasen 27 und 28 abstützen. Durch diese Abstufungen bzw. Nasen werden die Brandschutzplatten 17 an den dem Kernprofil 1 bzw. 2 abgewandten Wandungen der Kammern 3, 4 bzw. 5, 6 in Anlage gehalten. Im Bereich des Türfalzes sind die Türdichtungen 29, 30 sowie Brandschutzlaminate 31 und 32 vorgesehen, welch letztere bei erhöhter Temperatur aufquellen und so für einen rauchdichten Abschluß sorgen.The core profiles of a door frame or of a door leaf are designated by 1 or 2.
Derartige Profile bzw. aufgebaute Brandschutztüren bzw. -fenster oder -wände eignen sich für alle Typen von Brandschutztüren, da sie einerseits eine hohe Brandresistenz und andererseits aufgrund der eingesetzten Brandschutzlaminate 31 und 32 Rauchdichtheit erzielen können.
