Schließlich ist ursprünglich im Stand der Technik gemäß Fig. 1 der Zeichnung allein aus optischen Gründen das Türblatt 3 mit einer Blechverkleidung 10 versehen worden, die - wie Fig. 1 zeigt - den Rahmen 4 und den Übergangsbereich zwischen dem Rahmen 4 einerseits und den Brandschutzelementen 7 und 8 andererseits abdeckt. Bei Brandversuchen hat sich nun herausgestellt, dass sich aufgrund des weitgehend offenen Spaltes „S" zwischen der Türzarge 2 und dem Türblatt 3 brandschutztechnisch Nachteile ergeben. Überraschenderweise hat sich nach vielen Versuchen mit anderen Lösungswegen gezeigt, dass die Nachteile in einfacher Weise dadurch behoben werden können, dass eine Blechverkleidung 11 gemäß der erfindungsgemäßen Ausführungsform der Fig. 2 der Zeichnung zargenseitig durch einen an der Zarge 2 im Schließzustand der Tür anliegenden Türfalz 12 erweitert ist, der den zwischen Türblatt 3 und Zarge 2 vorhandenen Türspalt „S" gegen Feuer und Rauch dichtend abdeckt. Der Spalt „S" ist somit zu dem einen angrenzenden Raum durch den Türfalz 12 (selbstverständlich bei geschlossener Tür) dicht geschlossen und zu dem anderen Raum hin durch eine an der Türzarge 2 angeordnete Dichtung 13, die je nach den örtlichen Gegebenheiten entweder eine standardgemäße Türdichtung sein kann oder auch als feuer- und rauchdichter Abschluss ausgebildet sein kann.Finally, in the prior art according to FIG. 1 of the drawing, the door leaf 3 was originally provided with a sheet metal lining 10 for optical reasons, which - as FIG. 1 shows - the frame 4 and the transition region between the frame 4 on the one hand and the fire protection elements 7 and 8 on the other hand.
