Claims (5)

  1. Gießvorrichtung für einen siderurgischen und metallurgischen Behälter mit einem einen Gießkanal aufweisenden inneren Gießrohr, mit einer festen feuerfesten Platte (21), die unter dem Boden des Behälters angebracht und von einer zu dem Gießkanal (13) koaxialen Gießöffnung (14) durchsetzt ist, einem Schiebeverschluß (22), der von einer Öffnung durchsetzt und derart an der Unterseite der festen Platte (21) montiert ist, daß er zwischen einer Position, in der den Durchfluß von in dem Behälter enthaltenem flüssigem Metall freigibt, und einer Position verschiebbar ist, in der er den Schmelzgutdurchgang sperrt, einer Anordnung aus Sokkel und externem Gießrohr (25) und einer Einrichtung zum Halten der Anordnung (24-25) aus Sockel und externem Gießrohr,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß sie eine feste Bezugsplatte (23) aufweist, die fest in einer am Behälter angebrachten Aufnahme (20) montiert ist, wobei die feste Bezugsplatte (23) zwischen dem Schiebeverschluß (22) und der Anordnung (24-25) aus Sockel und externem Gießrohr angeordnet und von einer zum Gießkanal (17) des externen Gießrohrs (25) koaxialen Gießöffnung (16) derart durchsetzt ist, daß sie mit der Gießöffnung (15) des Schiebeverschlusses (22) in Verbindung ist, wen sich dieser in der den Durchfluß des flüssigen Metalls freigebenden Position befindet, und
    Klemmeinrichtungen (28-33) zum Drücken der festen Platte (21) und des Schiebeverschlusses (22) in Richtung auf die feste Bezugsplatte (23) und zum Halten des Schiebeverschlusses (22) in gegen die Oberseite der festen Bezugsplatte (23) geklemmter Stellung vorgesehen sind.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die feste Platte (21) in einem Tragkranz (28) befestigt ist und daß Klemmeinrichtungen (35, 36) zum Aufbringen einer vertikalen Druckkraft auf den Tragkranz (28), derart, daß die feste (21) und die bewegbare Platte (22) gegen die Bezugsplatte (23) gedrückt werden.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Tragkranz (28) eine schräge Seitenflanke (30) aufweist, auf die eine Einrichtung (31) eine Druckkraft, die eine in Richtung auf die Bezugsplatte (23) gerichtete vertikale Komponente aufweist, aufbringt, um den Tragkranz (28) und die feste Platte (21) während der Bewegung des Verschlusses (22) zu stabilisieren.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmeinrichtungen (28-33) fest an einer die Vorrichtung umgebende Aufnahme (20) angebrachte Arme (33) aufweisen, die die Anordnung (24-25) aus Sockelplatte und externem Rohr stützen und gegen die Unterseite der Bezugsplatte (23) drücken.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achse (B-B) des die Bezugsplatte (23) und die Anordnung (24-25) aus Sockelplatte und externem Rohr durchquerenden Gießkanals horizontal in bezug auf die Achse (A-A) des Gießkanals (13) des Innenrohrs (12) des Behälters versetzt ist.
