Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Lichtelement für geschäumte Polyurethan-Dachelemente vorzugsweise in Traperquerschnittsform mit oder ohne Deckschicht gemäß DIN 18 164 und DIN 4102.The invention relates to a light element for foamed polyurethane roof elements, preferably in cross-sectional shape with or without a top layer according to DIN 18 164 and DIN 4102.
Derartige Dachelemente werden aus Hart- oder Weichschaum hergestellt und können mit einer Aluminium-, Stahl- oder Kunststoffabdeckung versehen sein. Für das Einbringen lichtdurchlässiger Bereiche werden diese Dachelemente an der gewünschten Stelle ausgeschnitten und darin profilierte Lichtplatten zur Regenabdichtung und Doppelstegplatten zur Wärmedämmung eingesetzt.Such roof elements are made of hard or soft foam and can be provided with an aluminum, steel or plastic cover. Bei der Anwendung dieser Methode hat sich gezeigt, daß im Fugenbereich Undichtigkeiten auftreten. Auch bei der Verwendung zusätzlicher Dichtungsmaterialien können nach einiger Zeit durch Kapillarkräfte geringe Wassermengen eintreten. Ferner besteht der Nachteil, daß die profilierten und gedämmten Lichtelemente aus zwei Teilen bestehen.When using this method, it has been shown that leaks occur in the joint area. Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, die erwähnten Nachteile zu vermeiden und ein Lichtelement mit hoher Isolierwirkung und gleichzeitig absoluter Regendichtigkeit herzustellen.The object of the present invention is to avoid the disadvantages mentioned and to produce a light element with a high insulating effect and at the same time absolute rainproofness.
Die Aufgabe wird durch die in den Patentansprüchen angegebenen Merkmale gelöst. Es hat sich gezeigt, daß ein dreischichtiges profiliertes Lichtelement die Anforderungen an die Wärmedämmung einerseits und durch entsprechende konstruktive Ausbildung mittels Dichtlippe die Anforderungen an die Regendichtigkeit andererseits erfüllt. Im folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand mehrerer Ausführungs-beispiele näher erläutert. Es zeigen:
- Fig. 1 = Lichtelement in dreischichtigem Aufbau mit einseitiger Profilierung,
- Fig. 2 = Querschnitt in der Längsfuge zweier benachbarter Lichtelemente.

In Fig. 1 sind die drei horizontal verlaufenden Schichten 1, 2, 3 eines trapezförmigen Lichtelementes dargestellt. Sie werden durch eine Vielzahl von vertikalen Stützrippen 9 (a - x) auf Abstand gehalten. Mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Lichtelement sind Eindeckungen mit hoher Spannweite in selbsttragender Ausführung möglich. Ein typischer Anwendungsfall besteht darin, daß 5 Stützrippen auf 600 mm Spannweite angeordnet sind.With the light element according to the invention, covers with a wide span are possible in a self-supporting design.
