Abstract
Description
- La présente invention concerne un four à micro-ondes à plateau tournant.
- Un four à micro-ondes comprend habituellement un compartiment servant d'enceinte de traitement et un compartiment destiné à loger un système à magnétron de production de micro-ondes. Les micro-ondes produites par le système de production sont amenées par un guide d'ondes dans l'enceinte de traitement où est entreposé un article ou produit alimentaire soumis à un traitement de cuisson ou de réchauffage ou de décongélation. Si cet article ou produit alimentaire reste immobile à l'intérieur de cette enceinte au cours de ce traitement, les micro-ondes dans leur régime d'ondes stationnaires dans cette enceinte entraînent un traitement non uniforme dans la masse de cet article ou produit autrement dit dans la masse de cet article ou produit alimentaire existent des zones plus cuites ou bien réchauffées ou correctement décongelées qui alternent avec des zones moins cuites ou encore froides ou mal décongelées. Pour rendre uniforme ce traitement dans la masse de cet article ou produit alimentaire, plusieurs solutions ont été proprosées. Une de ces solutions connues consiste à monter dans le four à la sortie d'un guide d'ondes, un dispositif de brassage des micro-ondes afin d'obtenir un régime complexe d'ondes stationnaires de micro-ondes dans l'enceinte de traitement. Cette solution apporte une amélioration dans le résultat obtenu mais le traitement est encore loin d'être uniforme dans toute la masse de l'article ou produit soumis à ce traitement. Une autre solution connue prévoit dans l'enceinte de traitement du four, un plateau tournant à axe concentrique fixe de rotation pour recevoir un article ou produit soumis à un traitement. Au cours de ce traitement, le plateau tournant à axe concentrique de rotation permet de changer continuellement la position de l'article ou produit dans l'enceinte en le présentant aux micro-ondes. Le résultat obtenu révèle que dans la masse de l'article ou produit soumis à ce traitement, existent des zones concentriques bien cuites ou bien réchauffées ou correctement décongelées alternant avec des zones concentriques moins cuites ou encore froides ou mal décongelées. Ces zones sont toutes concentriques à l'axe fixe de rotation du plateau tournant.
- La présente invention vise à éviter les inconvénients des solutions connues rappelées ci-dessus, permet de réaliser un four économique et efficace à micro-ondes donnant un traitement uniforme dans la totalité de la masse de l'article ou produit soumis à un traitement dans son enceinte.
- Selon l'invention, un four à micro-ondes muni dans son enceinte d'un plateau tournant destiné à recevoir des articles ou produits soumis à un traitement est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend comme plateau tournant, un plateau qui, au cours de ce traitement, réalise une mise en mouvement de ces articles ou produits suivant un trajet non circulaire dans cette enceinte de traitement.
- Pour mieux faire comprendre l'invention, on en décrit ci-après un certain nombre d'exemples de réalisation illustrés par des dessins ci-annexés dont :
- la figure 1 représente une vue schématique et partielle de face d'un four à micro-ondes selon un premier exemple de réalisation de l'invention ;
- la figure 2 représente une vue partielle schématique en coupe horizontale suivant II-II du four à micro-ondes de la figure 1 ;
- la figure 3 représente une vue schématique partielle, en coupe verticale du four à miroondes selon un deuxième exemple de réalisation ;
- la figure 4 représente une vue schématique partielle en coupe horizontale suivant IV-IV des fours à micro-ondes de la figure 3, et
- la figure 5 représente une vue partielle schématique en coupe verticale d'un four à micro-ondes selon un troisième exemple de réalisation.
- Un four à micro-ondes 1 selon un exemple de réalisation illustré dans les figures 1 et 2, comprend deux compartiments 2, 3, un compartiment 2 destiné à loger un système de production de micro-ondes non représenté et un compartiment 3 servant d'enceinte de traitement. Le compartiment 3 est fermé par une porte 5. Les micro-ondes produites par le système logé dans le compartiment 2 sont amenées dans l'enceinte de traitement 3 par un guide d'ondes non représenté. Les micro-ondes y entretiennent un régime d'ondes stationnaires, pénètrent les articles ou produits alimentaires entreposés dans cette enceinte 3 et effectuent un traitement de cuisson, de réchauffage ou de décongélation.
- Selon l'invention, un four à micro-ondes comprend dans son enceinte de traitement comme plateau tournant, un plateau qui reçoit des articles ou produits soumis à un traitement et réalise au cours de ce traitement une mise en mouvement de ces articles ou produits suivant un trajet non circulaire dans cette enceinte de traitement.
- Le trajet suivi par ces articles ou produits soumis à un traitement est soit une courbe complexe dans un plan horizontal soit une courbe gauche dans l'espace.
- Grâce à ce trajet, toutes les parties des articles ou produits alimentaires soumis au traitement sont présentées par ce plateau tournant aux micro-ondes dans l'enceinte de traitement 3. De ce fait, la cuisson, le réchauffage ou la décongélation est faite d'une manière uniforme dans toute la masse de ces articles ou produits.
- Selon un premier exemple de réalisation illustré dans la figure 2, le four à micro-ondes 1 comprend dans son enceinte de traitement 3 comme plateau tournant, un plateau horizontal tournant autour d'un axe vertical excentrique 9, le centre du plateau étant indiqué en 10.
- A cause de l'excentricité de son axe de rotation 9, le plateau horizontal 8 se met à chaque fois dans une nouvelle position différente de la précédente position, dans l'enceinte de traitement 3. Trois positions successives suivant lesquelles se met le plateau horizontal 8 dans l'enceinte de traitement 3 après trois rotations d'un angle de 90° chacune sont respectivement représentées à titre d'exemple en 8a, 8b, 8c en traits discontinus dans la figure 2. Le trajet des articles ou produits qui sont mis en mouvement dans l'enceinte 3 par ce plateau horizontal 8 est un trajet non circulaire dans un plan horizontal.
- Grâce à leur trajet non circulaire les différentes parties des articles ou produits non représentées posées sur ce plateau 8 sont toutes présentées par ce plateau 8 aux micro-ondes dans l'enceinte de traitement 3.
- Selon un deuxième exemple de réalisation illustré partiellement et schématiquement dans les figures 3 et 4, le four à micro-ondes 1 comprend dans l'enceinte de traitement 3 d'une part un fond horizontal creux circulaire fixe 11 et un disque entraîneur horizontal mobile 12, monté tournant concentriquement à ce fond dans une ouverture centrale de ce dernier, autour d'un axe vertical fixe 13 et pourvu sur le pourtour de sa surface supérieure, d'un frotteur circulaire à haut coefficient de friction 14, et d'autre part comme plateau tournant, un plateau libre 15 à rebord circulaire 16 posé, libre de toute attache, dans le fond horizontal creux circulaire fixe 11 et à cheval sur ce disque entraîneur mobile 12.
- Lors d'une rotation du disque entraîneur horizontal 12 autour de son axe 13, le frotteur circulaire à haut coefficient de friction 14 tend à déplacer le plateau libre 15, le repousser vers la périphérie du fond creux circulaire 11 contre le rebord 18 de ce dernier et l'obliger à tourner en roulant sur le rebord 18 et en glissant sur la surface de ce fond horizontal creux 11. Plusieurs positions de ce plateau libre 15 sur le fond horizontal creux 11 sont indiquées en traits discontinus 15a, 15b, 15c dans la figure 4. Le trajet des articles ou produits soumis à un traitement dans l'enceinte 3 et portés par le plateau libre 15 qui est tourné et déplacé sur le fond horizontal creux 11 par le disque entraîneur 12, est un trajet non circulaire dans un plan horizontal. Grâce à leur trejat non circulaire les différentes parties des articles ou produits non représentés posés sur ce plateau libre 15 sont toutes présentées par ce plateau 15 au micro-ondes dans l'enceinte de traitement 3.
- Selon un troisième exemple de réalisation illustré schématiquement et partiellement dans la figure 5, le four à microonde 1 comprend dans l'enceinte de traitement 3 d'une part, comme plateau tournant un plateau horizontal circulaire 20 tournant autour d'un axe vertical concentrique21, monté libre en déplacement sur cet axe vertical 21 et pourvu sur le pourtour de sa surface inférieure circulaire, d'au moins trois roulettes à axes horizontales de rotation 24, angulairement espacées et alignées sur une ligne circulaire, et d'autre part, sur la paroi de fond 27 de cette enceinte 3, une voie circulaire de roulement 29 pour des roulettes 24, concentriques à l'axe vertical de rotation 21 du plateau horizontal circulaire 20, ayant un diamètre égal à celui de la ligne circulaire d'alignement de ces roulettes 24 et formées d'une succession alternée d'un nombre de bossages 30 et de creux 31 angulairement espacées qui est le même nombre ou un multiple du nombre de ces roulettes 24 du plateau 20.
- Dans une rotation du plateau 20 quand toutes les roulettes 24 sont sur les sommets des bossages 30 de la voie de roulement 29, le plateau 20 atteint sa position haute maximale représentée en traits pleins dans la figure 5 et lorsque les roulettes 24 sont dans les fonds des creux 31 de la voie de roulement 29, le plateau 20 descend à sa position basse maximale représentée en traits discontinus dans la figure 5.
- Dans sa rotation, le plateau horizontal 20 oscille verticalement entre sa position haute maximale représentée en traits pleins et sa position basse maximale représentée en traits discontinus dans la figure 5.
- Le trajet des articles ou produits portés par ce plateau 20 est un trajet non circulaire formant une courbe gauche dans l'espace.
- Grâce à leur trajet non circulaire, les différentes parties des articles ou produits non représentés posés sur ce plateau tournant 20 sont toutes présentés aux micro-ondes dans l'enceinte de traitement 3.
- Dans une variante de réalisation non représentée, les roulettes 24 du plateau 20 et la voie circulaire de roulement 29 sont remplacées par un système équivalent à cames et à suiveurs de cames ou un système équivalent à vis, d'un type connu, permettant à ce plateau 20 de tourner autour d'un axe vertical et osciller simultanément sur le long de cet axe.
- Grâce à l'invention, la cuisson, le chauffage ou la décongélation d'un article ou produit dans l'enceinte de traitement 3 du four à micro-ondes 1 est avantageusement uniforme dans toute la masse de cet article ou produit.
Claims (6)
- Four à micro-ondes muni dans son enceinte, d'un plateau tournant destiné à recevoir des articles ou produits soumis à un traitement, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend comme plateau tournant, un plateau (8, 15, 20) qui, au cours de ce traitement, tourne et réalise une mise en mouvement de ces articles ou produits suivant un trajet non circulaire dans cette enceinte de traitement (3).
- Four selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que dans une mise en mouvement des articles ou produits soumis à un traitement, réalisé par le plateau tournant (8, 15, 20), le trajet suivi par ces articles ou produits est soit une courbe complexe dans un plan horizontal soit une courbe gauche dans l'espace.
- Four selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend dans son enceinte de traitement (3) comme plateau tournant, un plateau horizontal (8) en rotation autour d'un axe vertical excentrique (9).
- Four selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend dans son enceinte de traitement (3) d'une part un fond horizontal creux circulaire fixe (11) et un disque entraîneur horizontal mobile (12) monté tournant concentriquement à ce fond dans une ouverture centrale de ce dernier autour d'un axe vertical fixe (13) et pourvu, sur le pourtour de sa surface supérieure, d'un flotteur circulaire à haut coefficient de friction (14) et d'autre part comme plateau tournant, un plateau libre (15) à rebord circulaire (16) posé libre de toute attache sur ce fond horizontal creux circulaire fixe (11) et à cheval sur ce disque entraîneur mobile (12).
- Four selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend dans son enceinte de traitement (3), d'une part, comme plateau tournant, un plateau horizontal circulaire (20) tournant autour d'un axe vertical concentrique (21) monté libre en déplacement sur cet axe vertical (21) et pourvu sur le pourtour de sa surface inférieure circulaire, d'au moins trois roulettes à axes horizontaux de rotation (24) angulairement espacées et alignées sur une ligne circulaire et d'autre part, sur la paroi de fond (27) de cette enceinte (3) une voie circulaire de roulement (29) pour des roulettes (24), concentrique à l'axe vertical de rotation (21) de ce plateau horizontal circulaire (20), ayant un diamètre égal à celui de la ligne circulaire d'alignement de ces roulettes (24) et formée d'une succession alternée d'un nombre de bossages (30) et de creux (31) angulairement espacés qui est le même nombre ou un multiple du nombre de ces roulettes (24) du plateau horizontal (20).
- Four selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les roulettes (24) du plateau horizontal tournant (20) et la voie circulaire (29) destinée au déplacement de ces roulettes sont remplacées par un système équivalent à cames et à suiveurs de cames ou à vis permettant à ce plateau (20) de tourner autour d'un axe vertical (21) et osciller simultanément sur le long de cet axe.
