Claims (12)
- Procédé de production de produits enrobés bitumeux, par exemple destinés à être utilisés pour la construction de routes ou l'ingénierie hydraulique, dans lequel le matériau à traiter est introduit à travers un espace de type fente (5), entre deux surfaces chauffées (3,4), caractérisé en ce que le matériau est convoyé par gravité à travers l'espace de type fente (5) parce que les surfaces chauffées (3,4) ont été disposées verticalement et le matériau est introduit dans ledit espace à l'extrémité supérieure (7) de l'espace de type fente, de sorte que ledit matériau se déplace vers le bas sous l'influence de la gravité et ressort de l'espace de type fente par l'extrémité inférieure (8).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le matériau est mélangé ou agité efficacement pendant son déplacement à travers l'espace de type fente.
- Installation destinée à mettre en oeuvre le procédé selon les revendications 1 ou 2, comprenant deux surfaces formant lesdites surfaces (3,4), définissant un espace intermédiaire annulaire (5) et situées coaxialement l'une dans l'autre, un moyen (15) pour chauffer lesdites surfaces, un dispositif d'alimentation (7) en matériau à une extrémité et un dispositif d'enlèvement (8) du matériau à l'autre extrémité dudit espace, caractérisée en ce que les surfaces (3,4) sont verticales et en ce que le dispositif d'alimentation en matériau est disposé à l'extrémité supérieure (7), et le dispositif d'enlèvement de matériau à l'extrémité inférieure (8) de l'espace intermédiaire annulaire (5).
- Installation selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que des moyens sont disposés dans l'espace intermédiaire annulaire pour mélanger ou agiter le matériau qui se déplace dans ledit espace intermédiaire.
- Installation selon l'une des revendications 3 ou 4, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un tuyau pour l'évacuation de la vapeur vers l'extérieur est suspendu vers le bas à l'intérieur de l'espace intermédiaire annulaire, ce tuyau étant muni à différents niveaux d'orifices s'étendant à travers la paroi.
- Installation selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que des pièces à section en U sont fixées sur le tuyau aux emplacements des orifices, ces pièces recouvrant lesdits orifices avec un espacement à partir du sommet.
- Installation selon l'une des revendications 5 ou 6, caractérisée en ce que ledit tuyau est monté mobile en mouvement montant et descendant.
- Installation selon l'une des revendications 3 à 7, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une des surfaces est conçue pour pouvoir se déplacer verticalement en mouvement montant et descendant.
- Installation selon l'une des revendications 3 à 8, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une partie, à la périphérie de l'espace intermédiaire annulaire, d'au moins une des deux surfaces peut effectuer un mouvement de va et vient en rotation autour de l'axe central.
- Installation selon l'une des revendications 3 à 9, caractérisée en ce que les moyens pour mélanger le matériau sont constitués par des éléments en forme de pointe pouvant se déplacer en mouvement montant et descendant.
- Installation selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que les éléments en forme de pointe sont disposés sur au moins une des surfaces, cette surface étant conçue de façon à pouvoir se déplacer en mouvement montant et descendant par rapport à l'autre surface.
- Installation selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que les pointes sont disposées sur des pièces porteuses s'étendant à travers le volume annulaire et pouvant se déplacer en mouvement montant et descendant.
