Claims (3)
- Kappe für Tinte enthaltende Schreibgeräte mit einer Sicherheitsventilationseinrichtung, die eine Luftströmung längs der Kappe ermöglicht, wenn sich die Kappe bei zufälligem Verschlucken in der Luftröhre eines Menschen verfangen hat, welche Kappe an sämtlichen Seiten mit Ausnahme am Einführende (4) verschlossen ist, und welche Sicherheitsventilationseinrichtung wenigstens einen axialen Ventilationsweg an der Aussenseite der Kappe umfasst, der wenigstens längs eines Teiles seiner axialen Erstreckung eine offene Querschnittskonfiguration hat, so dass, wenn um die Kappe eine Hülle gelegt wird, eine Querschnittsfläche für die Ventilation in jeder radialen Ebene mit einer Durchflusskapazität entsprechend dem Luftbedarf eines Menschen definiert ist, wobei der Ventilationsweg einen Raum (6) zwischen einem im wesentlichen plattenförmigen Halteklipp (2) und der äusseren Oberfläche der Kappe (1) umfasst, welcher Halteklipp (2) nahe dem geschlossenen axialen Ende der Kappe angebracht ist, wobei die federnde Abbiegung des Klipps durch einen Anschlag (7) begrenzt ist, um einen minimalen Abstand zur Kappe einzuhalten, wobei der Klipp in seinem Basisbereich (12) eine Perforation (3) hat, die im wesentlichen axial ausgerichtet ist und mit dem Raum (6) zwischen dem Halteklipp (2) und der äusseren Oberfläche der Kappe (1) in Verbindung steht, gekennzeichnet durch ein Paar stegartige Bereiche (13), die durch die Perforation (3) im Basisbereich (12) des Halteklipps (2) ausgebildet sind, um den Klipp mit der Kappe in nachgiebiger Weise zu verbinden.
- Kappe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das freie Ende des Halteklipps (2) an oder in nahem Abstand vom Einführende (4) der Kappe (1) angeordnet ist.
- Kappe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querschnittsfläche des Ventilationsweges an jeder axialen Stelle der Kappe (1) grösser oder gleich 3,4 mm2 beträgt.
