Claims (2)

  1. Kappe für Tinte enthaltende Schreibgeräte mit einer Sicherheitsventilationseinrichtung, die eine Luftströmung längs der Kappe ermöglicht, wenn sich die Kappe nach zufälligem Verschlucken in der Luftröhre einer Person verfangen hat, welche Kappe an allen Seiten mit Ausnahme eines Einführendes (4) geschlossen ist, wobei die Sicherheitsventilationseinrichtung wenigstens einen axialen Ventilationsweg an der Aussenseite der Kappe umfasst, der längs wenigstens eines Teiles seiner axialen Erstreckung eine offene Querschnittskonfiguration hat, so dass, wenn eine Umhüllung um die Kappe gelegt wird, eine Querschnittsfläche für die Ventilation in jeder radialen Ebene definiert ist, deren Durchlasskapazität dem Luftbedarf einer Person entspricht, wobei der Ventilationsweg durch ein Paar axiale Rippen (102) gebildet ist, die von der Aussenseite der Kappe abstehen und in einem Abstand voneinander angeordnet sind und zwischen denen eine Luftpassage (106) gebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rippen (102) eng beabstandet sind, um dazwischen eine Luftpassage mit einer minimalen Querschnittsfläche von 3,4 mm2 zu definieren, und äussere Seitenflächen (110) haben, die tangential und im wesentlichen kontinuierlich in die Umfangsfläche der Kappe (101) übergehen.
  2. Kappe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Luftweg in einem Abstand kleiner als oder gleich 2 mm vom Einführende (204) der Kappe (201) endet.
