  • the present invention is such that the first mixing wing provided parallel to the rotating shaft and the second spiral-shape mixing wing provided diagonally to the shaft are formed crossing each other, and the spiral-shape groove for feeding a powder is formed on the one side located on the forward section with respect to rotating direction of the both sides of the second mixing wing, along the second mixing wing, so that the groove for feeding a powder causes the sliding of the powder on the second mixing wing to become better, thereby allowing lateral-mixing performance and lateral-feed performance to be improved. Further, the first mixing wing can feed a sufficient quantity of powder to the roller of the next process.

Claims (6)

  1. Zuführrolle zum Mischen eines Pulvers, beispielsweise eines Entwicklers, in einer Bilderzeugungsvorrichtung, mit
    - einem ersten Mischflügel (40), der parallel zu einer umlaufenden Welle (43) angeordnet ist, und
    - einem zweiten, diagonal zu der Welle angeordneten spiralförmigen Mischflügel (41),
    - wobei die beiden Flügel (40, 41) einander kreuzen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß zwischen dem ersten Mischflügel (40) und dem zweiten Mischflügel (41), entlang der Vorderseite des zweiten Mischflügels (41) in bezug auf die Umlaufrichtung der Welle (43), eine spiralförmige Nut (42) für die Zufuhr des Pulvers ausgebildet ist.
  2. Zuführrolle nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Mischflügel (40) für eine vertikale Zufuhr des Pulvers ausgebildet ist.
  3. Zuführrolle nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Mischflügel (41) zum Mischen und zur lateralen Zufuhr des Pulvers ausgebildet ist.
  4. Zuführrolle nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nut (42) an dem zweiten Mischflügel (41) für ein verbessertes Gleiten des Pulvers vorgesehen ist, und um die laterale Zufuhr zu verbessern.
  5. Zuführrolle nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nut (42) ein einstellbares Spiel aufweist.
  6. Zuführrolle nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zuführrolle aus kleinen Blockeinheiten besteht, die, kombiniert, die Zuführrolle (33) bilden.
