Description

The invention relates to a device for aiding entry into continuously circulating cable cars, in particular chairlifts with cable pulley entry, acceleration and / or means of transport acting for the skier being provided in the direction of travel of the conveyor cable leading uphill.

In the case of chairlifts in particular, passengers are usually directed towards the cable car in the direction of travel (cable pulley entry). The skiers usually have to push themselves with the sticks to the starting point, where they are then taken over by the surrounding armchairs. In the case of high-performance railways, passengers are fed in (two, three or four people at a time) at relatively short intervals.

Various mechanical transport and acceleration devices have already been proposed to make it easier for passengers to access the launch site, e.g. revolving conveyor belts, driven rollers and / or push arms.

A 3427/87).The combination of a motor-driven revolving conveyor belt, the upper strand of which is essentially horizontal and moves in the direction of travel of the conveyor rope leading uphill, with a declining acceleration ramp located on the entry side of the conveyor belt has proven successful in recent times, with access to the declining acceleration ramp through an interval of Entrance barrier opening the web sling is released (AT-A 3427/87).

A 2 392 857).A system was also proposed for entry assistance for chairlifts with cable pulley entry, consisting of driven driver arms that give the skier a push from behind, and an entry piste below the driven driver arms, this entry piste having a sliding surface made of synthetic material or a variety of rollers and the incline can be adjusted relative to the foundation of the system (FR-A 2 392 857).

The object of the invention is to expand the scope of entry aids of the type mentioned. This is achieved according to the invention in that at least some of the acceleration and / or transport means can be adjusted relative to the fixed structure of the cable car station in the same or in the opposite direction to the direction of transport or travel.

This makes it possible (at least better than before) to also use the boarding aid for cable cars in which the valley station is designed as a tensioning station, in which the cable pulley is arranged to be adjustable in the direction of the cable, in order to compensate for rope elongations caused over time by stress. Depending on the position of the rope sheave, the actual entry point where the skier is taken over by the track (e.g. chair) is moved accordingly in such a system, because the entry point should already be at a certain constant distance in front of the rope sheave.

The acceleration and / or transport means can preferably have a motor-driven revolving conveyor belt, the upper run of which is essentially lies horizontally and moves in the direction of travel of the mountain rope leading uphill.

The drive of the conveyor belt could be controlled in such a way that it gives the conveyor belt an intermittent accelerated movement over a certain period of time in accordance with the interval of the rail hangers (chairs), for example each time from the moment the entrance barrier is opened until the rail hangers (chairs) assigned to the relevant barrier opening. leaves the station. However, it is easier to drive the conveyor belt To be designed so that the conveyor belt rotates continuously, with a proportional speed corresponding to the respective cable circulation speed, which is preferably lower than the cable circulation speed and constant, as long as the cable circulation speed remains constant. In this case, it is expedient to design a special acceleration device in the area of the entry end of the conveyor belt - for example in accordance with the known proposal mentioned at the beginning - in the form of a sloping acceleration ramp, the access of which is achieved by an entry barrier or the like which opens in the interval of the web hangers (armchairs). is secured.

If the acceleration and / or transport means only consist of a revolving conveyor belt (for example an intermittently accelerated conveyor belt), then the solution according to the invention is to design this conveyor belt to be adjustable relative to the fixed structure of the cable car station in the transport or travel direction. In the case of “divided” acceleration and / or transport means, for example in the case of a constantly rotating conveyor belt and an upstream acceleration ramp, it is sufficient if only a part, in the specifically mentioned case the acceleration ramp, is arranged adjustable according to the invention. However, for example if the conveyor belt and acceleration ramp are arranged on a common carrier, both parts of the acceleration and / or transport means, namely the conveyor belt and acceleration ramp in the valley station, can preferably be jointly adjustable in the transport direction.

It is also advantageous if the preferably existing entry barrier can also be adjusted with the adjustable part of the acceleration and / or transport means, for example in that the entry barrier on the adjustable part of the acceleration and / or Transport is formed. It would also be useful, for example, to be able to adjust the gradient of the acceleration ramp.

According to a further embodiment of the invention it is provided that the conveyor belt is adjustable transversely to the direction of transport. Such an adjustment of the conveyor belt transversely to the direction of transport is useful in order to push an already worn area of the surface of the conveyor belt "to the side" and to use an unused surface area.

The invention is explained in more detail with reference to the drawing by an embodiment.

Fig. 1 zeigt eine Seitenansicht A und Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht auf den Einstiegsbereich der als Spannstation ausgebildeten Talstation einer Sesselbahn.1 shows a side view A and FIG. 2 shows a plan view of the entry area of the valley station of a chairlift designed as a tensioning station.

The entrance area of the valley station of a chairlift shown has a fixed foundation 1 made of concrete, which belongs to the solid structure of the cable car station and on which a supporting structure 2 rests, on which the drive means and guide elements of a revolving conveyor belt 3 are arranged, the upper strand of which is essentially horizontal and moves in the direction of travel 4 of the chairlift during operation. Fig. 2 is shown without the conveyor belt 3, so that also in Fig. 2, the upper run of the conveyor belt 3 supporting support rollers 6 and deflection rollers 7 are visible. The conveyor belt 3 can consist of a carrier belt made of reinforced, preferably fabric-reinforced, high-polymer material and of a covering made of a plastic fleece that slides well for skiing surfaces.

At the entry-side end of the conveyor belt 3, the support structure 2 carries an inclined acceleration ramp 8, which drops to the conveyor belt 3, further the entry barrier 9 (just closed in FIG. 1) and to the side next to the acceleration ramp 8 handrails or railings 10. The acceleration ramp 8 is expediently so designed that the skier moves up to the conveyor belt 3 at a speed V₁, which is greater than the speed V₂ of the conveyor belt 3. On the substantially horizontal surface of the conveyor belt, the speed of the skier then decreases to the rotational speed V₂ of the conveyor belt. This speed is less than the cable speed V₃ of the chairlift. Such an entry aid not only increases the comfort when boarding by reducing the impact, but it can also increase the driving speed and thus improve the conveying capacity of the cable car.

In front of the acceleration ramp 8, the foundation is covered with a wooden floor 11. This is where the snow skating area for skiers is located. During operation, the acceleration ramp 8 also has a snow covering or else a sliding surface, such as the conveyor belt 3.

In Fig. 1 two positions S and S 'of the pulley 12 are located. The distance between S and S 'is the span. In Fig. 1, the position S corresponds to the operating state shown. Must the sheave 12 to tension the rope 13 in the direction of S ', then also moves - symbolized in Fig. 1 by the fixed to the rope 13 chair slings 14 - entry point (in the area between the rope sheave not shown and the entry truss roll) towards S '. The position shown fits this shifted entry point the conveyor belt 3 and the acceleration ramp 8 no longer.

According to the invention, however, the conveyor belt 3 and the acceleration ramp 8 (including the entrance barrier 9) can be adjusted in the transport or travel direction (in the same direction or in the opposite direction), in the illustrated case in the direction of the arrow 15 (but then, if necessary, again back in the direction of arrow 16). For adjustment, the frame structure 2 simply has a pair of runners 17, which allow the frame structure 2 to be e.g. with the help of a tractor or a winch in the desired direction 15, 16 over a length corresponding to the adjustment of the rope pulley 12 (which is usually not very often necessary in the course of an operating year). It would of course also be possible to equip the frame structure 2 with rollers in order to make adjustment easier, and to provide an adjustment device for the frame structure 2 which is coupled to the adjustment device for the cable pulley 12. When adjusting the frame structure 2 in the direction of S and S '(arrow 15), the wooden floor 11 can be shortened simply by removing individual boards.

A possible embodiment variant of FIGS. 1 and 2 is that an extended conveyor belt in the direction of arrow 15 is used, which is arranged on a stationary frame and occasionally extends under the wooden floor 11 and that to adapt the boarding aid to different positions of the Rope pulley 12 only the acceleration ramp 8 (including entry barrier 9 and handrail or railing 10) is adjusted. For this purpose, however, the acceleration ramp 8 must be arranged on a separate frame part which is adjustable in the direction of the arrows 15, 16.

The invention is intended in particular for chairlifts with armchairs firmly clamped to the rope, but can in principle also be used for continuously revolving ropeways with other driving means (railway hangers), e.g. Tow hangers are used.
