Claims (5)

  1. Walzenmühle zum Mahlen oder Zerdrücken von körnigen, landwirtschaftlichen Nahrungsmitteln, umfassend:
    mindestens ein Paar von geriffelten oder glatten Walzen, die sich mit jeweils unterschiedlicher Drehzahl drehen, wobei die Walze, die schneller dreht, direkt durch die Antriebskraft angetrieben wird;
    eine Antriebseinrichtung (19), die durch eine dritte Treibscheibe (20), welche in ihrer Position verstellbar ist, unter Spannung gehalten ist;
    eine Welle (11) von der langsamer drehenden Walze, die eine zweite Scheibe (17) trägt, die einen Zähnesatz mit Nuten (18) parallel zur Achse der Welle (11) von der Walze aufweist;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die Welle (12) der schneller drehenden Walze eine erste Scheibe (15) trägt, die einen Zähnesatz mit Nuten (16) aufweist, die rechtwinklig zur Achse der Welle (12) von der Walze angeordnet sind;
    die Antriebseinrichtung von einem außen und innen profilierten Riemen (19) gebildet ist, der in die Profile auf den Schei- ben (20, 17, 15) passend eingreift.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dritte Scheibe (20) einen Zähnesatz mit Nuten (21) aufweist, die rechtwinklig zu der Achse (22) der dritten Scheibe angeordnet sind.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mittenabstand zwischen der ersten Scheibe (15) und der zweiten Scheibe (17) zwischen 210 mm und 310 mm beträgt.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mittenabstand zwischen der zweiten Scheibe (17) und der dritten Scheibe (20) zwischen 230 mm und 300 mm beträgt.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verhältnis zwischen Drehzahl der ersten Scheibe (15) und Drehzahl der zweiten Scheibe (17) zwischen 1,1 und 3,5, bevorzugt zwischen 1,1 und 2,65, beträgt.
