Claims (5)
- Dispositif de broyeur à cylindres, destiné au broyage ou au raffinage de matières alimentaires agricoles granulaires, comprenant :
au moins une paire de cylindres de broyage cannelés ou lisses qui tournent à des vitesses différentes entre elles, le cylindre qui tourne le plus vite étant entraîné directement par la puissance motrice ;
des moyens de commande (19) maintenus sous tension par une troisième poulie de transmission (20) qui peut être ajustée dans sa position ;
un arbre (11) du cylindre qui tourne plus lentement supporte une deuxième poulie (17) qui comporte une série de dents avec des gorges (18) parallèles à l'axe de l'arbre (11) du cylindre ;
caractérisé en ce que
un arbre (12) du cylindre qui tourne le plus vite supporte une première poulie (15) qui présente une série de dents et avec des gorges (16) qui sont perpendiculaires à l'axe de l'arbre (12) du cylindre ;
les moyens d'entraînement étant constitués par une courroie (19) présentant un profil interne et externe qui correspond au profil ménagé sur les pouliee (20, 17, 15). - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la troisième poulie (20) comporte une série de dents avec des gorges (21) perpendiculaires à l'axe (22) de la troisième poulie.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'entr'axe entre la première poulie (15) et la deuxième poulie (17) se situe entre 210 mm et 310 mm.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'entr'axe entre la deuxième poulie (17) et la troisième poulie (20) se situe entre 230 mm et 300 mm.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le rapport entre le nombre de tours/minute de la première poulie (15) et le nombre de tours/minute de la deuxième poulie (17) se situe entre 1,1 et 3,5 et de préférence entre 1,1 et 2,65.
