    caractérisée en ce que le cliquet (35, 135) est chargé par un ressort (38; 138) de façon à supprimer automatiquement le couplage entre les fouillots de panique et d'accouplement, que des moyens de surveillance (9, 12, 15; 109, 111, 115) sont prévus pour surveiller la position des fouillots, du verrou (2; 102) de la serrure ainsi que de la porte par rapport à la feuillure, toutes les lignes électriques qui proviennent des moyens de surveillance dans la serrure (9, 15; 109, 115) débouchant dans une plaque à bornes (6; 116) disposée à la serrure, et que des moyens sont prévus pour libérer une gâchette (27; 52; 127) coopérant avec la plaque de verrou (3; 103) quand le fouillot de panique est actionné et pour repousser le verrou (2; 102), de façon que la serrure peut être ouverte depuis l'intérieur dans n'importe quelle position et situation au moyen du fouillot de panique.
  2. Serrure à trois pênes selon la revendication 1 pour portes en bois ou en métal, caractérisée en ce que le fouillot de panique (29; 56) comporte les éléments suivants: un taquet (29b; 59) agissant continuellement sur un coude (32) de la tige du pêne (4); un tenon d'entraînement (37) pour les deux autres pênes, disposé à l'autre bout du fouillot; un pivot (36) du cliquet (35); un taquet (47; 58) opposé au premier taquet pour actionner un levier de verrou (45); et une came (291) pour tourner un cliquet de gâchette (29a), le cliquet de gâchette (29a) étant en prise avec la gâchette (27; 52) comportant les taquets d'arrêt (27a; 53).
  3. Serrure à trois pênes selon la revendication 1 pour portes à cadre tubulaire, caractérisée en ce que le fouillot de panique (129) comporte un taquet agissant continuellement sur un coude (132) de la tige du pêne de serrure (104) et un tenon d'entraînement (137) pour les deux autres pênes, le cliquet (135) étant articulé au tenon d'entraînement (137) qui est relié à un levier de verrou (145) agissant sur une plaque d'accouplement (149) qui est couplée à la gâchette (127) et au verrou (102) d'une façon à rendre la gâchette déblocable et le verrou rétractable.
  4. Serrure selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un aimant de levage (18, 118) actionnable par une carte magnétique, une clé codée ou un dispositif de codage et qui agit par un poussoir (41; 141) et une plaque d'aimant (40; 140) sur les moyens de liaison (39; 139) afin d'actionner le cliquet (35; 135) ce qui a pour effet que la liaison entre le fouillot d'accouplement et le fouillot de panique pour retirer le pêne peut être établie et la porte peut s'ouvrir si le verrou est rentré.
  5. Serrure selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un coulisseau de dégagement (60; 155) pour le verrouillage automatique comportant une tête biseautée (61, 162) sous forme de pêne, dépassant l'embouti (62; 157) de la serrure et chargée par un ressort (63; 158) la poussant vers l'extérieur, et dont l'extrémité arrière est en prise avec un cliquet de verrouillage (64; 159) engrenant la plaque de verrou (3; 103), le verrou étant chargé par un ressort à pression (49; 179).
  6. Serrure selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le fouillot de panique est agencé sous forme de plaque de fouillot (57) disposée entre le fouillot d'accouplement (55) et un fouillot interne, un cliquet (35) pouvant être couplé avec le fouillot d'accouplement et un second cliquet avec le fouillot interne, les deux cliquets servant à établir la connexion des deux fouillots, la plaque de fouillot (57) étant en liaison opérationnelle avec le pêne (4), d'une part, et avec le levier de verrou (45) et un cliquet de gâchette (29a), d'autre part, les cliquets (35) pouvant être actionnés par la partie de cliquet (52a) de la gâchette (52), et qu'un aimant de levage (18; 118) est pourvu pour exercer la fonction de panique, le poussoir (41; 141) de l'aimant agissant sur une plaque d'aimant (40; 140) étant en liaison opérationnelle avec le cliquet (35; 135) qui établit la connexion entre le fouillot interne et le fouillot d'accouplement (55), l'aimant de levage pouvant être mis sans courant par une touche de panique ou une centrale.
  7. Serrure selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que la gâchette (52; 152) comprend sur sa partie inférieure une languette (75; 164) étant en liaison opérationnelle avec un second cliquet de gâchette (73; 166), cette languette étant en prise derrière un gradin (76) de la tige de verrou (3; 103) dans la position d'ouverture de la clé, le second cliquet de gâchette (75; 166) étant également en liaison opérationnelle avec l'extrémité arrière du coulisseau de dégagement (60; 155).
  8. Serrure selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une plaque de commande (21; 121) disposée au-dessus de la plaque de verrou (3; 103), la plaque de commande étant reliée par un premier tenon (22; 122) à un levier de multiplication (24; 124) qui est relié par un second tenon (25; 125), situé sur la plaque de verrou (3; 103), à celle-ci, afin qu'un seul tour du doigt d'entraînement (7) avance le verrou par une course double de la plaque de commande.
