Definitions
- the invention is in the field of spinning machines; it relates to a device for the fine cleaning of textile fibers according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Textile fibers in particular cotton fibers, are first subjected to a rough cleaning, then a fine cleaning after the bale has been opened. During the fine cleaning, as far as possible, all the dirt particles remaining after the rough cleaning are separated. After fine cleaning, the fibers go to the next preparation stage for spinning, e.g. B. for carding.
- the fibers are guided through various cleaning stages in the form of a fiber wadding on a toothed, central opening roller.
- the cotton wool is continuously subjected to the centrifugal force, and as a result, dirt particles are concentrated in the outer layer of the cotton wool.
- the centrifuged cotton is then carried out under separating blades so that the top one gets dirty tongue-richest layer is separated.
- a guide element which protrudes into the transport path of the cotton wool, is arranged in front of a separating blade, that is, against the transport direction of the fibers. On this guide element, the cotton is deflected towards the inside (against the centrifugal force), which further increases the concentration of the dirt particles.
- the sequence of separating blade and guide element is repeated at least twice in the same cleaning stage.
- the fine cleaning machines according to the prior art are generally manually adjustable in such a way that the position of separating blades and guide elements can be adjusted by means of adjusting screws or other means and that guide elements of different sizes can be mounted. Since every setting requires manual intervention in the machine, it is complex and only possible when the machine is at a standstill to convert it to another fiber provenance or provenance mix.
- the device should be without manual intervention and can also be remotely controlled and fine-tuned from a fiber provenance or provenance blend during the process.
- the number of adjustable parameters and the extent of the adjustability should be such that an optimal fine cleaning can be carried out for a wide range of fiber provenances.
- the settings for all pairs of separating blades and guide elements belonging to the same cleaning level should be possible with the same setting mechanism.
- Fig. 1 shows the device according to the invention with all its components. It is an embodiment with two separating blades and three guide elements.
- the fiber wadding to be cleaned is moved in the direction of the bold arrows by the device according to the invention.
- the cotton wool which was already exposed to the centrifugal force before the cleaning device according to the invention and in which the dirt particles were concentrated in the outer zone, is first carried out under a guide element 10.1.
- the guide element protrudes into the transport path and deflects the cotton towards the inside, that is, against the centrifugal force, and thereby reinforces the radial separation of the cotton into dirt and fibers.
- a separating blade 9.1 follows the guide element in the transport direction of the fibers.
- the cotton wool is passed under this separating blade and thereby separated into a fiber and a dirt fraction.
- the separating blade 9.1 is followed in the transport direction by a second guide element 10.2, a second separating blade 9.2 and then a third guide element 10.3.
- the following sizes can be set so that the device according to the invention can be set for fibers of different provenances or provenance mixtures: - The distance l1 between the separating blades 9.1 and 9.2 and the impact circle S, - the distance l2 between the guide elements 10.1, 10.2 and 10.3 and the impact circle S, - The distance l3 each between a guide element 10.1 respectively. 10.2 and a separating blade 9.1 respectively. 9.2.
- lever 1 also shows three levers 2, 4 and 6, by means of which the three distances can be set by means of a motor drive. If the lever 2 is moved around a pivot point B, as indicated by dash-dotted lines in the diagram, the entire device moves away from the impact circle, that is to say l 1 and l 2 are larger to the same extent.
- the drawn position of the lever 2 and the separating blades 9.1 and 9.2 is the position closest to the impact circle.
- the guide elements 10.1, 10.2 and 10.3 move away from the impact circle, while the separating blades 9.1 and 9.2 maintain their position, that is to say l 2 becomes larger, while l1 remains the same.
- the drawn position of the lever 4 and the guide elements 10.1, 10.2 and 10.3 is the position closest to the impact circle relative to the separating blades.
- Design variants for the exemplary embodiment of the device according to the invention, which is shown in FIG. 1, can consist in that - the first guide element 10.1 is missing, - Behind the third guide element 10.3 there follows a third separating blade, that is to say that the separating device consists of three pairs of one guide element and one separating blade each - the entire cleaning stage consists of more than three pairs of a separating blade and a guide element,
- FIG. 2 shows the device according to the invention from a viewing direction perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the opening roller 1. From this it can be seen how the device according to the invention is arranged on the end face of the opening roller.
- the face of the opening roller is covered by a plate 11.
- the lever mechanism required for actuating the setting of guide elements and separating blades which is detailed in the following figures is to be described is attached to the side of the shield 11 facing away from the opening roller.
- the separating blades 9.1 and 9.2 and the guide elements 10.1, 10.2 and 10.3 extend parallel to the axis of the opening roller 1 over their entire length. Neither separating blades nor guide elements are visible in FIG. 2. However, the three pairs of bolts L1 / M1, L2 / M2 and L3 / M3 are visible, which establish the connection between the lever mechanism and the guide elements 10.1, 10.2 and 10.3. Also visible are the two pairs of bolts J1 / K1 and J2 / K2, which connect the lever mechanism with the separating blades 9.1 and 9.2.
- the lever mechanism is composed of three sub-devices, each for setting a cleaning parameter l1, l2 or. l3. This includes the device for the radial adjustment of the whole device (l1 and l2 together) the lever 2 and a plate 3 on which all other parts of the device are mounted.
- To the device for adjusting the radial position of the guide elements 10.1, 10.2 and 10.3 (only l2) include an intermediate lever 5 and a cross lever 8 in addition to the lever 4.
- the device for adjusting the distance between the guide elements and separating blades (l3) includes the lever 6 a cross lever 7.
- Fig. 3 shows the sub-device for adjusting the distance between the entire device and the impact circle S (setting of l1 and l2).
- Bolt C is rotatably mounted on the plate 3 and connects it to the lever 2.
- the lever 2 is pivoted about the bolt B rotatably mounted on the plate 11, the plate 3 moves in the guides mentioned above.
- the translation of the bolt C with respect to the lever 2 resulting from such a movement occurs by moving along the corresponding slot Q in lever 2.
- the two separating blades 9.1 move with the plate. 9.2 and the guide elements 10.1, 10.2 and 10.3 in the radial direction to the opening roller 1.
- Fig. 4 shows the sub-device for adjusting the distance between the guide elements 10.1, 10.2 and 10.3 and the impact circle S (setting of l2). This distance is primarily given by the position of the plate 3 relative to the impact circle S, but can still be increased regardless of this position.
- the guide elements 10.1, 10.2 and 10.3 are coupled to the transverse lever 8 by the pairs of bolts L1 / M1, L2 / M2 and L3 / M3.
- the cross lever 8 is in turn coupled to the intermediate lever 5 by the bolt I.
- the intermediate lever 5 is pivotally connected to the lever 4 by the bolt G.
- Fig. 5 shows the sub-device for adjusting the distance between each guide element 10.1 rsp. 10.2 and a separating blade 9.1 rsp. 9.2 (setting of l3).
- the bolt pairs L1 / M1 rsp. L2 / M2 (and also L3 / M3) connect the guide elements 10.1 rsp. 10.2 (and also 10.3) also with the cross lever 7.
- Cross lever 7 does not make the movement that is triggered by lever 4 (see FIG. 4), since the bolts L1, M1, L2, M2, L3 and M3 in the slide corresponding radial slots U.M1, U.L1, U.M2, U.L2, U.M3 and U.L3 in the cross lever 7.
- Cross lever 7 is connected by bolt I to lever 6, which is pivotable about the bolt G. If lever 6 is pivoted about bolt G, bolt I moves in its guide V on intermediate lever 5 on a concentric circle to the impact circle S. Bolts G and E slide in corresponding slots in plate 3 (visible in FIG. 3). The lever 7 follows the movement and is guided by the bolt H in the corresponding slot T in the plate 3.
- the guide elements 10.1 rsp. 10.2 (and 10.3) are thus on a circle concentric to the circumference of the opening roller 1 in the direction against the corresponding separating blades 9.1 rsp. 9.2 postponed. Her radial position is not changed relative to the opening roller 1 and relative to the separating blades 9.1 and 9.2.
- Fig. 6 shows the plate 3, the lever 2 with the bolt B and the intermediate lever 5 and the pairs of bolts L1 / M1, L2 / M2 and L3 / M3, which push through the plate 3 and the shield 11, the places where the Bolt pairs J1 / K1 and J2 / K2 are fastened on the side of the plate 3 facing away from the lever mechanism, the bolt C, which is rotatably mounted in the plate 3, the bolts G, E and H, which are guided in corresponding guides in the plate 3 and the bolt I, which is rotatably mounted in the intermediate lever 5.
Abstract
Description
The invention is in the field of spinning machines; it relates to a device for the fine cleaning of textile fibers according to the preamble of
Textile fibers, in particular cotton fibers, are first subjected to a rough cleaning, then a fine cleaning after the bale has been opened. During the fine cleaning, as far as possible, all the dirt particles remaining after the rough cleaning are separated. After fine cleaning, the fibers go to the next preparation stage for spinning, e.g. B. for carding.
In the fine cleaning machines, the fibers are guided through various cleaning stages in the form of a fiber wadding on a toothed, central opening roller. During the rotation on the opening roller, the cotton wool is continuously subjected to the centrifugal force, and as a result, dirt particles are concentrated in the outer layer of the cotton wool. In one of the cleaning stages, the centrifuged cotton is then carried out under separating blades so that the top one gets dirty tongue-richest layer is separated. A guide element, which protrudes into the transport path of the cotton wool, is arranged in front of a separating blade, that is, against the transport direction of the fibers. On this guide element, the cotton is deflected towards the inside (against the centrifugal force), which further increases the concentration of the dirt particles. The sequence of separating blade and guide element is repeated at least twice in the same cleaning stage.
In order for such a cleaning stage with separating blades and guide elements to work optimally for every fiber provenance and for every mixture of fiber provenances, that is, so that it separates as far as possible all the dirt particles and if possible only dirt particles from the fibers, it must be adjustable accordingly.
The fine cleaning machines according to the prior art are generally manually adjustable in such a way that the position of separating blades and guide elements can be adjusted by means of adjusting screws or other means and that guide elements of different sizes can be mounted. Since every setting requires manual intervention in the machine, it is complex and only possible when the machine is at a standstill to convert it to another fiber provenance or provenance mix.
It is an object of the invention to provide a device for the fine cleaning of textile fibers, in which a fiber wadding rotating on an opening roller is successively carried out under separating blades and guide elements for cleaning. The device should be without manual intervention and can also be remotely controlled and fine-tuned from a fiber provenance or provenance blend during the process. The number of adjustable parameters and the extent of the adjustability should be such that an optimal fine cleaning can be carried out for a wide range of fiber provenances. The settings for all pairs of separating blades and guide elements belonging to the same cleaning level should be possible with the same setting mechanism.
This object is achieved by the device described in the characterizing part of

Fig. 1 shows the device according to the invention with all its components. It is an embodiment with two separating blades and three guide elements.
On the outermost circumference of a
9.2.The following sizes can be set so that the device according to the invention can be set for fibers of different provenances or provenance mixtures:
- The distance l₁ between the separating blades 9.1 and 9.2 and the impact circle S,
- the distance l₂ between the guide elements 10.1, 10.2 and 10.3 and the impact circle S,
- The distance l₃ each between a guide element 10.1 respectively. 10.2 and a separating blade 9.1 respectively. 9.2.
If the
If

- die gesamte Reinigungsstufe aus mehr als drei Paaren von je einer Trennklinge und einem Leitelement besteht,Design variants for the exemplary embodiment of the device according to the invention, which is shown in FIG. 1, can consist in that
- the first guide element 10.1 is missing,

- the entire cleaning stage consists of more than three pairs of a separating blade and a guide element,
2 shows the device according to the invention from a viewing direction perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the
The face of the opening roller is covered by a
Die Bolzen L1/M1, L2/M2, L3/M3 und J1/K1, J2/K2, sowie B, C, G, I, H und E sind in den Figuren in der Regel mit strichpunktierten Linien dargestellt.The bolts L1 / M1, L2 / M2, L3 / M3 and J1 / K1, J2 / K2, as well as B, C, G, I, H and E are generally shown in the figures with dash-dotted lines.
On the opposite end of the opening roller, a lever mechanism corresponding to the lever mechanism shown in FIG. 2 is attached.
The lever mechanism is composed of three sub-devices, each for setting a cleaning parameter l₁, l₂ or. l₃.
