Definitions
- the invention relates to a sealing profile according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the sealing frames of a segment made of concrete, steel, reinforced concrete or cast iron usually consist of four composite strand-shaped sealing profiles (profiled strips) made of elastomeric material, ie of rubber or rubber-like plastic, the frame corners preferably being produced by the injection molding process.
- the tunnel construction in segmental construction with a special arrangement of the segments. It is often sufficient if each segment has a sealing frame. In special circumstances, however, it may be necessary to provide each segment with a double sealing frame, it being possible for the two parallel sealing frames to be connected to one another with an additional sealing cross profile (EP-A-0 337 177).
- the sealing profiles or sealing frames are usually located in a corresponding groove (groove depth d, groove width w) of the tunnel segment.
- the sealing profile (2) with the base width v which is smaller than the groove width, is located in the segment groove (1) with the width w and the angle ⁇ (usual range 0 to 30 o , in particular 10 to 20 o ) w.
- the sealing profile itself has three groove grooves (3, 4, 5), two channels (6, 7) and spreading feet (8, 9) on both sides with the angle ⁇ (based on the profile base line X; Fig. 2b).
- the spreading foot (8) describes the unloaded state (before insertion), while the spreading foot (9) represents the loaded state (after insertion).
- 1b contains a schematic representation of the web system (A, B) located in each profile half, which - like the spreading feet (8, 9) - is arranged mirror-symmetrically (with respect to the longitudinal center plane Y) to one another.
- the webs (A, B) run straight and continuous from the base side to the profile back, the vertical outer web (A) running such that this the flank corner (10 ', 11'), the channel (6, 7) on the outside (position 6 ′, 7 ′) and the outer groove (3, 5) on the inside (position 3 ′, 5 ′), while the inner web (B) is under the inside tangling (position 6 ⁇ , 7 ⁇ ) of the channel (6, 7) and outside tangling ( Position 4 ', 4 ⁇ ) of the internal groove (4) at an angle ⁇ (with respect to the longitudinal center plane Y) to the profile center.
- This measure ensures that the reaction force of the sealing profile is concentrated in very narrowly limited areas.
- the outer groove grooves (3, 5) are asymmetrical and also have a smaller depth.
- the angle of the side flanks (10, 11) corresponds approximately to the angle ⁇ .
- Fig. 2 shows a sealing profile (12) with three groove grooves (13, 14, 15), three channels (16, 17, 18) and the spreading feet (19, 20) arranged on both sides.
- the outer web (A) with the tangent positions (13 ', 16', 21 '; 15', 18 ', 22') extends here at an angle ⁇ which corresponds approximately to the angle ⁇ .
- the inner web (B) has, in addition to the tangent positions (16 ⁇ , 14 '; 18 ⁇ , 14 ⁇ ), an additional tangent position (17', 17 ⁇ ), which is caused by the channel (17) arranged in the center of the profile.
- Fig. 3 shows a sealing profile (23) with four groove grooves (24, 25, 26, 27), four channels (28, 29, 30, 31) and the spreading feet (32, 33) according to the invention.
- the vertical outer web (A) is by the tangent positions (24 ', 28', 34 '; 27', 31 ', 35'), the inner web (B), however, by the tangent positions (25 ', 28 ⁇ ; 26', 31 ⁇ ).
- an additional continuous web (36) is arranged in the middle of the profile and, like the outer web (B), runs perpendicular to the profile base side.
- the sealing profile according to GB-B-2 182 987 with a two-row arrangement of the channels above the groove grooves is characterized by the fact that even with different groove widths w (in particular in the range from 25 to 36 mm), groove depths v (in particular in the area from 10 to 15 mm) and different gap distances S o (especially in the range from 13 to 20 mm) has an above-average sealing performance. Since especially the tunnel construction in Great Britain places a high tolerance on the sealing profiles, the profile according to GB-B-2 182 987 has meanwhile developed into the standard profile in Great Britain.
- the sealing profiles according to the invention are distinguished by a significantly higher sealing performance, even with a segment offset of 10 mm (cf. experiment on the sealing profile according to FIG. 3). This development is important because tunnel projects at extreme depths (e.g. 100 m for the channel tunnel project between France and Great Britain; tightness requirement: 10 bar) are becoming increasingly important.
- the structural principle according to the invention is also applicable to profiles with completely or partially closed groove grooves (GB-A-2 017 194) and channels with other cross-sectional areas (eg oval) applicable. Any associated reduction in sealing performance can be accepted on the basis of the results recorded in the table.

Abstract
Description
- Fig. 3 zeigt ein Dichtungsprofil (23) mit vier Rillennuten (24, 25, 26, 27), vier Kanälen (28, 29, 30, 31) und den erfindungsgemäßen Spreizfüßen (32, 33).
Fig. 1a, b Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Spaltabstand So [mm] 11 7 12 Spaltabstand S₁ [mm] 3 3 5 Segmentversatz [mm] 4 4 10 Nuttiefe d [mm] 7,5 7,5 6,5 Nutbreite w [mm] 20 20 37 Profilbreite v [mm] 17,7 17,7 34,8 Spreizfußhöhe h [mm] 5 5 5 Winkel α [Grad] 50 50 50 Winkel β [Grad] 10 10 9 Winkel γ [Grad] 0 10 0 Winkel δ [Grad] 19 19 19 Flankenwinkel [Grad]i) 10 10 10 ii) 1 : 2,5 1 : 3,5 1 : 2,5 iii) 1 : 4 1 : 2,7 1 : 4 iv) 2 : 7,5 1 : 3 2 : 7,5 Härte in Shore A 65 65 65 Dichtleistung [bar] 60 60 14 i) Seitenflanken (10, 11; 21, 22; 34, 35) ii) Verhältnis der Stegbreite (A) zum Durchmesser der Kanäle (6, 7; 16, 18; 28, 31) iii) Verhältnis der Stegbreite (B) zum Durchmesser der Kanäle (6, 7; 16, 18; 28, 31) iv) Tiefenverhältnis von Außenrillennuten (3, 5; 13, 15; 24, 27) und Innenrillennuten (4; 14; 25, 26) Kreuzstoßprüfung (2 bar /15 min / schrittweise Drucksteigerung) - Zum Vergleich: Das Dichtungsprofil gemäß GB-B-2 182 987 mit zweireihiger Anordnung der Kanäle über den Rillennuten zeichnet sich dadurch aus, daß es selbst bei unterschiedlichen Nutenbreiten w (insbesondere im Bereich von 25 bis 36 mm), Nutentiefen v (insbesondere im Bereich von 10 bis 15 mm) sowie unterschiedlichen Spaltabständen So (insbesondere im Bereich von 13 bis 20 mm) eine überdurchschnittlich gute Dichtleistung aufweist.
