Abstract

Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Pumpenaggregat für Hochdruck-Reinigungs- und Desinfektionsanlagen, bestehend aus Pumpe und Motor. Bei den bisher bekannten Ausführungsformen wird in der Regel eine Pumpe durch einen Elektromotor angetrieben. Nach der zulässigen Drehzahl der Pumpe richtet sich die Abstufung des der Pumpe vorgeschalteten Getriebes (Zahn- oder Keil­riemenantrieb) oder die Nenndrehzahl des direkt mit der Pumpe gekoppelten Antriebsmotors. Bei zahlreichen Einsatzmöglichkeiten der Pumpe werden oft maximale Leistungen verlangt, die - je nach Leistungsbedarf - aus wirtschaftlichen Gründen nach unten abgestuft sein sollten. Beträgt z.B. die max. Pumpenleistung "100", so ist die min. Pumpenleistung aus wirtschaftli­chen Gründen mit "50" auszulegen. Dieses bedeutet in der Praxis, daß zwei komplette Pumpenaggregate mit je einer Leistung von "50" erforderlich sind. Diese werden parallel geschaltet. Je nach Leistungsan­forderung werden die Pumpenaggregate entweder einzeln oder gemeinsam eingeschaltet. Mit einem Pumpenaggregat soll beispielsweise wahlweise eine Leistung von "100" oder "50" erbracht werden können. Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß vorge­schlagen, daß das Pumpenaggregat zur Steuerung unter­schiedlicher Pumpenleistungen mit einem polumschalt­baren Motor (Zweistufen-Motor) ausgerüstet ist. Durch diese Ausbildung wird erreicht, daß für unterschied­liche Pumpenleistungen die Anzahl der benötigten Pum­penaggregate reduziert werden kann. Wurden bisher 10 Pumpenaggregate in einer Groß-Anlage benötigt, so kommt man bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Pumpenaggregat mit der Hälfte aus. Hierdurch werden also die Kosten für die Anschaffung der erforderlichen Pumpenaggregate erheblich verringert. Die Baueinheit 15 ist mit einer nichtdargestellten elektrischen Steuerung ausgerüstet, die die einzelnen Pumpenaggregate 10 ein- bzw. abschal­ten. Wird z.B. nur eine Spritzpistole betätigt, wird über die elektrische Steuervorrichtung lediglich ein Pumpenaggregat 10 eingeschaltet. Für den Fall, daß zehn Spritzpistolen gebraucht werden, erfolgt über die elektrische Steuervorrichtung eine Zuschaltung der übrigen vier Pumpenaggregate 10.2 shows the second exemplary embodiment. Claims (5)

1.) Pumpenaggregat für Hochdruck-Reinigungs- und Desinfektionsanlagen, bestehend aus Pumpe und Motor,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Pumpenaggregat (10) zur Steuerung unter­schiedlicher Pumpenleistungen mit einem polum­schaltbaren Motor (Zweistufen-Motor) (11) aus­gerüstet ist.
