Claims (8)
- Appareil électroménager à micro-ondes, notamment pour la cuisson à point uniforme, dans lequel l'énergie hyperfréquence utilisée pour le processus de cuisson est produite par un magnétron (5) et conduite directement ou au moyen d'un guide d'ondes (6), de préférence un guide d'onde rectangulaire, vers au moins une ouverture d'alimentation (7) d'une chambre de cuisson (3) dans laquelle elle est introduite, des moyens de cuisson combinée à la vapeur et aux micro-ondes, qui possèdent un film d'eau isolé de l'aliment à cuire (9), étant placés dans la chambre de cuisson (3), caractérisé en ce que le film d'eau qui protège en premier lieu l'aliment à cuire (9) de l'exposition directe aux micro-ondes est dirigé vers l'ouverture d'alimentation en micro-ondes (7), en ce qu'un dispositif de réglage automatique (4) relié au magnétron (5) réduit l'aération de la chambre de cuisson (3) pendant le processus de cuisson et en ce que le dispositif de réglage automatique (4) envoie à la chambre de cuisson (3) la puissance de cuisson hyperfréquence au choix sous forme d'impulsions ayant une périodicité adaptée à l'aliment à cuire (9).
- Appareil électroménager à micro-ondes selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une marmite de cuisson à la vapeur (8) est constituée de deux parties en verre, en céramique ou en matière plastique transparents aux micro-ondes qui forment un conteneur fermant de manière quasiment hermétique et est un moyen de cuisson combinée à la vapeur et aux micro-ondes.
- Appareil électroménager à micro-ondes selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la marmite de cuisson à la vapeur (8) possède un plateau (12), qui couvre à peu près 80 % de la surface d'exposition à l'énergie hyperfréquence de la marmite de cuisson à la vapeur (8), recouvert d'un couvercle (11).
- Appareil électroménager à micro-ondes selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, dans le cas d'une introduction de l'énergie hyperfréquence dans la chambre de cuisson (3) par le haut, le plateau (12) contient un film d'eau spécifique pour des aliments à cuire.

- Appareil électroménager à micro-ondes selon les revendications 1, 6 et 7, caractérisé en ce qu'une partie inférieure (13) de la marmite de cuisson à la vapeur (8) contient sur le fond un film d'eau spécifique pour des aliments à cuire.
