Abstract

The invention relates to a device consisting of TWO elements whose assembly forms a flat and rigid box. It is composed of a parallelepipedal cardboard container (1) whose upper face is pre-cut out (2). The upper face is pierced with a hole (3). A folded flexible bag (4) is slid into this container. After having slid a finger into the hole (3), that part of the upper face delimited by the pre-cutouts (2) is torn away. The container (1) thus opened is used as a "shovel" whilst the torn-away part of this container is used as a "scraper" (5) for collecting the waste materials which are then placed in the bag (4) after this has been unfolded. <IMAGE>
