DESCRIPTION
Des campagnes d'hygiène urbaine sont actuellement menées, en vue de demander à tous les propriétaires d'animaux domestiques, tels que des chiens, que les excréments qui sont déposés sur les trottoirs des rues soient retirés par lesdits propriétaires, afin de maintenir les villes propres et avec un degré d'hygiène convenant à une cité civilisée.
Plusieurs pelles ramasseuses ont été mises au point afin de répondre à cette nécessité, mais elles présentent généralement certains inconvénients au point de vue encombrement, hygiène pour l'utilisateur et vidange, pour autant qu'il n'existe pas de corbeilles à déchets ou de lieux appropriés pour une telle vidange.
En raison de ces divers inconvénients, les buts d'un dispositif ramasseur sont de présenter des dimensions et un volume minimaux pour le transport du dispositif, tant que son utilisation n'est pas nécessaire, une hygiène absolue pour l'utilisateur, de façon que ses mains demeurent à tout moment protégées de tout contact avec les excréments, ainsi qu'une fermeture étanche du dispositif, une fois utilisé, jusqu'à son dépôt en un emplacement approprié.
Ces buts sont remplis au moins partiellement par le dispositif selon l'invention qui est défini par la revendication 1. Des formes d'exécution préférées de l'invention sont décrites dans les revendications dépendantes et certaines satisfont à tous les buts fixés.
Le dispositif dans sa forme d'exécution préférée comprend une pelle ramasseuse essentiellement constituée par une plaque de carton épais, genre bristol, ou en un matériau similaire, estampée et marquée par des lignes de pliage facile, de façon qu'au moment de l'emploi des flancs relevés et un fond constituant la pelle proprement dite puissent être mis en position, cependant que la zone antérieure peut être séparée de l'ensemble par une rupture facile selon une ligne déterminée, afin de constituer, à la manière d'une balayette ou d'une spatule, l'élément accessoire destiné à introduire les excréments dans ladite pelle.
La pelle peut être fixée par collage à un sac souple et imperméable, de préférence en matière plastique, permettant d'introduire la main pour tenir la pelle par sa partie postérieure, pendant l'opération de ramassage, pour finalement l'amener vers la zone an térieure en retournant le sac sur lui-même, envelopper l'ensemble demeurant à l'intérieur, à savoir pelle, balayette ou spatule et excréments, et l'enfermer de façon étanche au moyen de lacets fixés à l'ouverture dudit sac.
Du fait qu'avant d'être utilisé tout l'ensemble demeure réduit à un seul plan, il peut être facilement transporté dans une poche quelconque, cependant qu'au moment de l'emploi il suffit de préparer la pelle, de la façon la plus simple, par simple pliage des zones marquées et rupture de la zone antérieure, I'ensemble étant ensuite enveloppé, toujours avec un maximum d'hygiène, avec le sac adhérant à la pelle, puis enfermé et maintenu prêt à son dépôt en un emplacement approprié.
Dans ce qui suit, Objet de l'invention sera décrit plus en détail, en référence aux dessins annexés représentant, uniquement à titre d'exemple et sans aucun caractère limitatif, des formes d'exécution préférées auxquelles on pourra apporter toutes variantes de détail ne modifiant pas fondamentalement les caractéristiques essentielles de l'invention.
Sur ces dessins:
la figure 1 est une vue en plan de la pelle ramasseuse en position de stockage et de transport, avant d'être utilisée;
la figure 2 est une vue en perspective de cette pelle, montée pour son utilisation, la zone antérieure qui doit jouer le rôle d'une balayette étant détachée;
la figure 3 est une vue en détail, en perspective, considérée au moment où la pelle est enveloppée une fois utilisée;
les figures 4 et 5 représentent une seconde forme d'exécution de la pelle dont un prolongement forme spatule.
La pelle préconisée est constituée par une plaque 1 en un matériau semi-rigide et de consistance appropriée, tel qu'un carton du genre bristol, estampée et marquée par des lignes permettant un pliage facile de manière à ménager une zone centrale 1, de forme sensiblement trapézoidale, munie de flancs 2 qui, une fois repliés vers le haut, forment les flancs correspondants de la pelle ramasseuse, cependant qu'il est prévu sur la petite base du trapèze un double prolongement 3 et 4 qui, par double pliage, forme le fond de ladite pelle, celle-ci se trouvant montée par l'intermédiaire de prolongements 5 des flancs, lesdits prolongements comportant des rainures 6, de sorte que, par pliage sur le fond précité 3,4 et fixation des prolongements entre eux au moyen desdites rainures, la pelle est entièrement prête à l'emploi.
Sur la grande base du trapèze, il est prévu une zone étendue 7 qui demeure rattachée à cette base au moyen d'une denture 8 (fig. 1) en forme de triangles disposés à proximité les uns des autres, ladite zone se détachant facilement du reste par rupture de la denture précitée et formant, une fois séparée, une sorte de balayette ou de râteau facilitant le ramassage des excréments du sol vers l'intérieur de la boîte ainsi formée. A la place d'une denture, on peut prévoir une ligne de rupture 8' préparée (fig. 5), permettant un arrachement facile de la spatule 7.
La plaque précitée est collée sur la face supérieure d'un sac 9 en un matériau souple et imperméable, de préférence en une matière plastique fine, dont l'extrémité est maintenue fermée, à mi-hauteur de la zone 1, tandis que son extrémité ouverte, de plus grande dimension que celle qui est fermée, est disposée vers la partie postérieure, permettant ainsi d'introduire la main par cette ouverture, en vue de tenir la pelle par son bout postérieur 3, 4, toujours sans aucun risque de contact avec les excréments ramassés.
Une fois la pelle utilisée, la balayette 7 est introduite dans celle-ci et le sac 9 est ramené sur lui-même, ses faces extérieures se plaçant vers l'intérieur et enveloppant tout l'ensemble. Il est prévu à l'ouver ture de ce sac des lacets, des élastiques ou d'autres moyens de fermeture 10 permettant que l'ensemble une fois utilisé demeure complètement fermé de façon absolument étanche et soit prêt à être déposé dans un endroit approprié tel que décharge à ordures, corbeille à papier, etc.
Il apparaît que cette pelle ramasseuse présente tous les avantages que l'on peut exiger pour ce type d'instrument de nettoyage, du fait qu'avant son emploi elle se trouve réduite à un plan, et qu'après son emploi, grâce à un sac parfaitement fermé, toutes les opérations s'effectuent de façon entièrement aseptique, puisque la main qui tient la pelle est protégée par ledit sac et que, après l'utilisation, le simple rabattement à l'envers dudit sac laisse à l'intérieur tout l'ensemble, pelle, balayette et immondices, parfaitement fermé.
La forme, les matériaux et les dimensions peuvent varier d'une façon accessoire et secondaire, pour autant qu'ils n'altèrent, ni ne changent, ni ne modifient l'essentiel de l'objet qui vient d'être décrit.
DESCRIPTION
Urban hygiene campaigns are currently being carried out, asking all owners of domestic animals, such as dogs, that the excrement which is deposited on the sidewalks of the streets be removed by said owners, in order to maintain the cities clean and with a degree of hygiene suitable for a civilized city.
Several picking shovels have been developed to meet this need, but they generally have certain drawbacks from the point of view of space, hygiene for the user and emptying, provided that there are no waste baskets or suitable places for such emptying.
Due to these various drawbacks, the aims of a pickup device are to present minimum dimensions and volume for transporting the device, as long as its use is not necessary, absolute hygiene for the user, so that his hands remain protected at all times from contact with excrement, as well as a watertight closure of the device, once used, until it is deposited in an appropriate location.
These aims are at least partially fulfilled by the device according to the invention which is defined by claim 1. Preferred embodiments of the invention are described in the dependent claims and some satisfy all the stated aims.
The device in its preferred embodiment comprises a picking shovel essentially constituted by a thick cardboard plate, Bristol-type, or of a similar material, stamped and marked with easy fold lines, so that at the time of use of the raised sides and a bottom constituting the actual shovel can be placed in position, while the anterior zone can be separated from the assembly by an easy break along a determined line, in order to constitute, in the manner of a brush or a spatula, the accessory element intended to introduce the excrement into said shovel.
The shovel can be attached by gluing to a flexible and waterproof bag, preferably made of plastic, allowing the hand to be introduced to hold the shovel by its rear part, during the picking-up operation, to finally bring it to the area anterior by turning the bag over on itself, wrap the assembly remaining inside, namely shovel, brush or spatula and excrement, and enclose it tightly by means of laces fixed at the opening of said bag.
Because before being used the whole assembly remains reduced to a single plane, it can be easily transported in any pocket, while at the time of use it suffices to prepare the shovel, in the simpler, by simply folding the marked areas and breaking the anterior area, the assembly then being wrapped, always with maximum hygiene, with the bag adhering to the shovel, then locked up and kept ready for deposit in a location appropriate.
In the following, subject of the invention will be described in more detail, with reference to the accompanying drawings representing, only by way of example and without any limiting character, preferred embodiments to which any variant of detail can be made. not fundamentally modifying the essential characteristics of the invention.

Figure 1 is a plan view of the scoop in the storage and transport position, before being used;
Figure 2 is a perspective view of this shovel, mounted for use, the front area which should play the role of a brush being detached;
Figure 3 is a detail view, in perspective, seen when the shovel is wrapped when used;
Figures 4 and 5 show a second embodiment of the shovel including a spatula-shaped extension.
The recommended shovel consists of a plate 1 of a semi-rigid material of suitable consistency, such as a cardboard of the Bristol type, stamped and marked with lines allowing easy folding so as to provide a central zone 1, of shape substantially trapezoidal, provided with flanks 2 which, when folded upwards, form the corresponding flanks of the collecting shovel, however a double extension 3 and 4 is provided on the small base of the trapezium which, by double folding, forms the bottom of said shovel, the latter being mounted by means of extensions 5 of the sidewalls, said extensions having grooves 6, so that, by folding on the aforementioned bottom 3,4 and fixing the extensions between them by means said grooves, the shovel is fully ready for use.
On the large base of the trapezoid, there is an extended zone 7 which remains attached to this base by means of a toothing 8 (fig. 1) in the form of triangles arranged close to each other, said zone easily detaching from the remains by breaking the aforementioned toothing and forming, once separated, a sort of brush or rake facilitating the collection of excrement from the soil towards the inside of the box thus formed. Instead of a toothing, a prepared breaking line 8 ′ can be provided (fig. 5), allowing easy removal of the spatula 7.
The aforementioned plate is glued to the upper face of a bag 9 in a flexible and waterproof material, preferably in a fine plastic material, the end of which is kept closed, halfway up zone 1, while its end open, of larger dimension than that which is closed, is arranged towards the posterior part, thus making it possible to introduce the hand by this opening, in order to hold the shovel by its posterior end 3, 4, always without any risk of contact with the excrement collected.
Once the shovel has been used, the brush 7 is introduced into it and the bag 9 is brought back on itself, its external faces being placed towards the inside and enveloping the whole assembly. The opening of this bag is provided with laces, elastics or other closing means 10 allowing the assembly, once used, to remain completely closed in an absolutely watertight manner and to be ready to be deposited in a suitable place such that garbage dump, wastebasket, etc.
It appears that this pick-up shovel has all the advantages that can be required for this type of cleaning instrument, because before its use it is reduced to a plane, and that after its use, thanks to a bag perfectly closed, all operations are carried out in an entirely aseptic manner, since the hand holding the shovel is protected by said bag and that, after use, the simple folding upside down of said bag leaves inside everything the whole, shovel, brush and refuse, perfectly closed.
The shape, materials and dimensions may vary in an ancillary and secondary manner, provided that they do not alter, neither change nor modify the essence of the object which has just been described.
