Definitions
- the invention relates to a centrifugal fertilizer spreader according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
- a centrifugal spreader according to the preamble of claim 1 is known from the brochure Eurospand.
- centrifugal fertilizer spreader is known for example from DE-U-7702017.
- the outlet openings are each arranged in the inner obliquely upwardly extending side wall of the roof-shaped central part.
- the opening width of the outlet opening is adjusted via slides arranged in front of them.
- the fertilizer flowing out of the outlet openings is distributed across the floor surface by the centrifugal disks arranged below the outlet opening.
- the opening position of the slide can be determined via stops which are arranged on the roof-shaped central part on the front of the centrifugal fertilizer spreader.
- the adjustment of the stops is relatively cumbersome and difficult because the stops are in the inaccessible area between the centrifugal fertilizer spreader and the tractor to which the centrifugal fertilizer spreader is attached. This means that it is not always possible to set the application rate precisely and exactly.
- a further disadvantage of this centrifugal fertilizer broadcaster is that the spreading pattern is not uniform for all application rates, since the quantity effect occurs. This results in an irregularity in the spreading pattern, which is different in the case of differently large application rates, because that Scatter pattern shifts.
- the invention has for its object to achieve a precise setting in a simple manner with a uniform spreading result with all application rates.
- the fertilizer is distributed evenly when spreading all types of fertilizer and in different quantities on the soil surface.
- the stops with scales are arranged on the upright ends of the roof-shaped central part. As a result, the stops with the scales are arranged on the centrifugal fertilizer spreader in a structurally simple manner in an easily accessible and clearly visible area.
- a simple arrangement of the stops and the slide is achieved in that the slide is pivotally mounted on a pivot pin, that a stop lever is mounted on this same pivot pin, and that to determine the opening width of the outlet opening of the slide or parts of the slide on the stop lever come to the plant.
- the centrifugal fertilizer spreader has the storage container 1 and the frame 2. On the frame 2, the three-point coupling elements 3 are arranged on the front, via which the centrifugal fertilizer spreader is to be attached to the three-point linkage of a tractor, not shown.
- the lower part of the storage container 1 is divided into the two discharge funnels 5 by the roof-shaped central part 4.
- the outlet openings 7 are arranged in the lower region of the side walls 6 of the roof-shaped central part 4.
- a slide 8 is arranged, by means of which the opening width of the outlet openings 7 can be adjusted.
- the size of the outlet openings, i.e. H. the opening position of the slider 8 is adjusted via stops 9, which are located in the extension of the side walls, in a manner which will be explained later.
- centrifugal discs 10 with their throwing elements 11 are arranged on the transmission output shafts 12 of the transmission 13, which is attached to the frame 2. Via the gear 13, the centrifugal discs 10 are driven to rotate in the opposite direction to one another, in such a way that they converge towards one another in the central region.
- the stops 9 are arranged on the roof-shaped central part 4 in the extension of the side wall 6 of the outlet funnels on the storage container 1.
- the stops 9 have the extension piece 30 of the side wall 6.
- the elongated hole 31 is arranged in the extension piece 30.
- the stops 9 have the stop lever 33 which is pivotally mounted on the side wall 6 about the pivot pin 34.
- the slide 8 is also pivotably mounted on this same pivot pin 34.
- the stop lever 33 is infinitely adjustable by means of the adjusting screw 35, which projects through the stop lever 33 and the elongated hole 31, and can be adjusted using the scale 32 in conjunction with the pointer 36, which is attached to the stop lever 33, and via the adjusting screw 35 on the Clamp extension piece 30.
- the slider 8 has the stop piece 37, which on the stop lever 33 to determine the opening width of the outlet opening 7 comes to rest. The stop piece 37 comes into contact with the small distance A from the pivot pin 34.
- the slide 8 Via the hand lever 40 arranged on the front of the centrifugal fertilizer spreader in the direction of travel 38, pivotable about the pivot pin 39 on the frame 2 of the centrifugal fertilizer spreader, and the connecting linkage 41, the slide 8 can be brought into the open and closed position. As stated, the opening position is determined by the stop lever 33 when the stop piece 37 comes into contact with the stop lever 33.
- the outlet opening 7 and the arrangement of the slider 8 are designed such that, starting from the closed state of the outlet opening when the outlet opening 7 is enlarged by adjusting the slider 8, the center of gravity 42 of the fertilizer flowing through the outlet opening 7 on the centrifugal disc 10 on a line 43 is shifted, which runs over the opening area of the outlet opening 7 against the direction of rotation 44 and 45 of the centrifugal discs 10. Furthermore, the line 43 runs each time the outlet opening is enlarged from the inside of the disk in the direction of the outer edge of the centrifugal disks 10. The slides 8 are moved in the direction of travel 38 to open the outlet opening in the region of the outlet opening 7. Furthermore, the centrifugal disks 10 are driven in opposite directions of rotation 44 and 45 to one another, in such a way that they converge towards one another in the central front region.
- the actuation for the slide 8 can also be actuated by a single-acting hydraulic cylinder 46 and a spring 47 assigned to it, as shown in FIG. 4.
- the arrangement is such that the spring 47 pulls the slide in the open position, while the hydraulic cylinder 46 pushes the slide 8 in the closed position.
- the hydraulic cylinder 46 is connected via the hose 48 to the hydraulic system of the tractor carrying the centrifugal fertilizer spreader.
