In diesem Sinne ist es ferner möglich, jedes Gebläse, z.B. durch Aende­rung seiner Drehzahl, dem zugehörenden Backgut anzu­passen. Bei Benützung nur eines Bleches kann der nicht benötigte Umlüfter abgeschaltet und dessen An­saugöffnung in der Blende 11 mittels einer Rückstau­klappe geschlossen werden.
