Die Erfindung betrifft einen Bezeichnungsträger für elektrische Leiter, mit einem zweiarmigen, den Leiter umgreifenden Trägerkörper und einem an einem der Arme vorgesehenen Klemmstück für den elektrischen Leiter.The invention relates to a label carrier for electrical conductors, with a two-armed carrier body encompassing the conductor and a clamping piece provided on one of the arms for the electrical conductor.
Bei einem bekannten Bezeichnungsträger der gattungsgemäßen Art (DE-C-33 43 064) ist eine Ausführungsform vorgesehen, bei der zwei elastisch verformbare Arme den Leiter nach dem Aufsetzen des Bezeichnungsträgers zwar unterseitig teilweise umgreifen, dies jedoch nicht vollständig. An einem der elastischen Arme befindet sich dabei ein in der Wegbahn des aufzunehmenden Leiters liegendes Klemmstück, das zugleich als Rastelement ausgebildet ist, das mit einer Gegenraste am Trägerkörper in Rasteingriff gerät, dies jedoch dann oberhalb des Leiters. Zwar geschehen hierbei das Aufnehmen des Leiters und die Verrastung beim Aufsetzen des Bezeichnungsträgers auf einen elektrischen Leiter automatisch, doch bietet diese Art der Lagefixierung mit der nicht vollständigen Untergreifung des elektrischen Leiters auf seiner Unterseite und der Verrastung auf der Oberseite des Leiters nicht immer eine ausreichende Sicherheit gegen ungewolltes Verlagern oder Abfallen des Bezeichnungsträgers. Die DE-C-33 43 064 zeigt zwar des weiteren einen Bezeichnungsträger mit einem zweiarmig den Leiter umgreifenden Trägerkörper, bei dem Formschlußverriegelungselemente an den unteren Kanten der beiden elastischen Arme vorgesehen sind, wobei über die Länge der Flügel verteilt mehrere Klemmelemente vorhanden sind. Zwar kann bei dieser Ausgestaltung der Bezeichnungsträger nachträglich auch auf schon angeschlossenen elektrischen Leitern durch die Formschlußverriegelung unterhalb des Leiters zuverlässig und sicher verrastet werden, doch erfordert diese dort vorgesehene Verrastung einen separaten Arbeitsgang, nämlich das seitliche Zusammendrücken der Flügel. Dies ist einerseits zeitraubend und bei den normalerweise gegebenen sehr beengten räumlichen Verhältnissen umständlich, soweit es sich im Hinblick auf eben diese räumlich äußerst beengten Verhältnisse in einigen Fällen überhaupt durchführen läßt. Beim Aufsetzen eines derartigen Bezeichnungsträgers kann der elektrische Leiter zunächst über den Außenbodenbereich des C-förmigen Tragstückes auf den unteren Maulöffnungsbereich zugleiten, trifft hier dann im Verlaufe der Aufdrükkung auf den elektrischen Leiter auf dem unteren Arm des Doppelarmbügels als Teil des elastisch die Maulöffnung verschließenden Armes, so daß der Arm insgesamt elastisch nach außen gedrückt wird, bis der elektrische Leiter über den unteren Maulöffnungsrand hinweg in den Innenbodenbereich des C-förmigen Tragstückes eintreten kann, wobei er auf den oberen, als Klemmstück wirkenden Arm des Doppelarmbügels trifft, der dabei nach innen oben zurückgedrückt wird dergestalt, daß nach Aufnahme des elektrischen Leiters im inneren Bodenbereich des C-förmigen Tragstückes von dem von dem elektrischen Leiter beaufschlagten Klemmstück der Bezeichnungsträger insgesamt elastisch federnd an den elektrischen Leiter angedrückt wird und zugleich über das Klemmstück auch elastisch federnd der andere Arm des Doppelarmbügels in Schließlage an den unteren Maulöffnungsrand angedrückt wird. Es ergibt sich auch insoweit ein funktionssicherer Halt, als der untere innere Bodenbereich des C-förmigen Tragstückes ein starres stabiles den innenliegenden Leiter vollständig untergreifendes Gegenlager bildet, an das die Andrückung mittels des Klemmstückes stattfindet. Einem unbeabsichtigten Herabfallen des Bezeichnungsträgers vom Leiter steht auch die Andrückung des anderen Armes des Doppelarmbügels an den unteren Maulöffnungsrand entgegen. Ein funktionssicherer Halt ergibt sich auch bei elektrischen Leitern recht beträchtlich unterschiedlichen Durchmessers, da die C-Form des Tragstückes eine Dimensionierung bis hin zu relativ großen Leiterdurchmessern ermöglicht und andererseits die Klemmwirkung des Doppelarmbügels als Teils des elastischen die Maulöffnung insgesamt verschließenden Armes für einen großen Leiterdurchmesserbereich hinreichend kräftig zur Wirkung kommt. Beim Aufdrücken rutscht der Bezeichnungsträger 1 somit auf der Führungsschräge 7 auf der Oberfläche des elektrischen Leiters 3, bis der untere Arm 5b des Doppelarmbügels 5a, 5b des elastisch angelenkten Arms 4 auf den elektrischen Leiter 3 trifft (Fig. 3). Bei weiterem Aufdrücken wird der Doppelarmbügel 5a, 5b samt elastisch angelenktem Arm 4 elastisch nach außen gedrückt, wodurch gemäß Fig. 4 und 5 der elektrische Leiter 3 in den Innenbereich des Maules des C-förmigen Tragstückes 1, 2 eintreten kann. Nach dem Durchtritt durch die somit freiwerdende Eintrittsöffnung stößt der elektrische Leiter 3 dann umgehend gemäß Fig. 5 auf den als Klemmstück wirkenden oberen Arm 5a des Doppelarmbügels 5a, 5b und dreht diesen um die Scharnierzone 6 herum nach oben (sh. Vergleich der Fig. 4 und 5), so daß der elektrische Leiter 3 nun insgesamt in das freigegebene Innere des Maules eintreten kann und hier seine Lage im inneren Bodenbereich des Maules des C-förmigen Tragkörpers 1, 2 findet (Fig. 6). Er wird hier durch die aufrechterhalten bleibende Klemmkraft des mit dieser Klemmkraft auf ihn einwirkenden oberen Armes 5a des Doppelarmbügels 5a, 5b gehalten, wobei diese Klemmkraft noch durch die elastische Rückstellkraft des sich wieder in seine Ausgangslage bewegenden elastisch angelenkten Armes 4 unterstützt wird. Der klemmend auf den elektrischen Leiter 3 einwirkende obere Arm 5a hält dabei ferner auch, wie aus Fig. 6 ersichtlich, den anderen unteren Arm 5b des Doppelarmbügels 5a, 5b in seiner Schließstellung an den unteren Maulöffnungsrand angedrückt.
