- Multifunktionelle Vorrichtung zur Reinigung und Behandlung in Abstand von Flächen, Gegenständen und Objekten, die an Straßenrändern angeordnet sind, gleichzeitig oder nicht mit diesen, wobei die Vorrichtung dazu bestimmt ist, auf einer mobilen Basis montiert zu werden, beispielsweise der Ladefläche eines mobilen Fahrzeugs oder Automobils, mit :- Zuführeinrichtungen eines Trocknungs- oder Behandlungsmittels, die von ersten Antriebseinrichtungen (33) betätigte erste Arbeitsgeräte (29, 31a, 32) versorgen;- einervon zweiten Antriebsvorrichtungen (17) betätigten Schwenkeinrichtung, an der an die gewünschte Arbeit angepaßte zweite Arbeitsgeräte (27, 34, 39, 51, 80, 98) montiert sind;- wobei die zweiten Antriebsvorrichtungen in Folge oder gleichzeitig durch elektronische Einrichtungen (69, 70, 71, 72, 73) gesteuert werden, in denen die Eingaben verarbeitet werden, die von Meßfühlern (23, 44) geliefert werden, welche die Umgebung der Flächen, Gegenstände und Objekte, die gereinigt und/oder behandelt werden sollen, erforschen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie darüber hinaus enthält:- Absaug- oder Blaseinrichtungen (31b, 35), die von dritten Antriebsvorrichtungen (36) angetrieben sind;- mehrere Schwenkeinrichtungen (16, 16a, 16b), die von den genannten zweiten Antriebseinrichtungen (17) betätigt werden; wobei- alle Antriebseinrichtungen (33, 17, 36) durch elektronische Einrichtungen (69, 70, 71, 72, 73) gesteuert werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkeinrichtungen wenigstens zwei Arme (16) umfassen, die dazu bestimmt sind, um gleichzeitig mit auswechselbaren und komplementären Werkzeugen benutzt zu werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Wascheinrichtungen umfaßt, bestehend aus wenigstens einer Wasserpumpe (32), die aus einem Behälter (31a) schöpft und die ersten Arbeitsgeräte versorgt, während die erste Antriebsvorrichtung aus einem hydraulischen, elektrischen oder thermischen Motor (33) besteht, welcher die Wasserpumpe (32) antreibt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Absaug- oder Blaseinrichtungen aus wenigstens einer Turbine (35) bestehen, die mit einer Aufnahmewanne (31b) verbunden ist, während die dritte Antriebsvorrichtung aus einem hydraulischen, elektrischen oder pneumatischen Motor (36) besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Antriebsvorrichtung aus linearen und rotierenden Arbeitsgliedern (17) besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Antrieb der verschiedenen hydraulischen Motore eine Hydraulikzentrale vorgesehen ist, umfassend eine Mehrzahl von Pumpen, die entweder durch den Fahrzeugmotor oder durch einen Hilfsmotor angetrieben werden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Schneeräumeinrichtungen,
umfassend eine Saugdüse (88), die am Ende eines der genannten Schwenkarme montiert ist und zum Pulverisieren des angesaugten Schnees mit einer Turbine (81) oder einem Fräser (82) zusammenwirkt, eine sich drehende oder feste Rampe zum Pulverisieren von warmem Wasser mit einem Strahl (87), die in einem Behälter (31b) montiert ist,und einen Apparat (86) zum Schneeschmelzen und zum Entfernen des geschmolzenen Schnees mit eventuell einer Zumischung eines Antiglatteismittels, eine ausrichtbare Streudüse (80), die am Ende eines zweiten Schwenkarms angeordnet ist, eine Streurampe oder Streudüse am hinteren Ende (83) oder am vorderen Ende (15), die aufgrund der Schwerkraft oder durch Druck arbeitet, mehrere Entleerventile (89) sowie atmosphärische Fühler für Temperatur und Luftfeuchtigkeit zur Bestimmung der eventuellen Verwendung von Antigefriermitteln (84 und 85), aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Rinnsteinreinigungsdüse (34) enthält, die von einem der Schwenkarme (16) getragen wird und eine Hülle enthält, die mit einer Saugrohrleitung (29) verbunden ist, deren eine Wand beweglich ist und vertikal nach unten gleitet und in einer Fußplatte (30) endet, die dazu bestimmt ist, in die Nähe oder in Kontakt mit der Straßenfläche zu gelangen, wobei die Düse (34) darüber hinaus Wasserausspritzrampen (45, 48) auf der Innenfläche seiner Wand (37) und auf den seitlichen Außenflächen umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Laubsammeleinrichtungen enthält, umfassend eine Saugdüse (51) mit einem Gehäuse (104), einer Turbine (98), Abstandsmeldern (103), einer Waschrampe (100) und einem hydraulischen, elektrischen oder pneumatischen Motor (99) und die zusammenwirkt mit einem Vorderstevenansaugkasten (92), umfassend ein festes Teil (93), an dem bewegliche Flügel (94) angelenkt sind, die durch Schließzylinder betätigt werden,sowie mit Blasrampen (95), einer Abdeckung (96), einer Schmutzleiste oder einem Rechen (101) und einem Verriegelungssystem (108), wobei die Düse (51) und der Ansaugkasten (92) zusammenwirken, um Blätter jeweils nach ihrem Abschaben abzusaugen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie wenigstens zwei Arme (16) enthält, von denen jeder aus wenigstens zwei aneinander angelenkten Elementen (16a, 16b) besteht, die gegeneinander beweglich sind, wobei die Elemente (16b) am freien Ende des Armelements (16a) um eine Achse (17b) parallel zur Schwenkachse (17a) des Elements (16a) am Chassis der Multifunktionsvorrichtung angelenkt sind, während das Ende des Armelements (16b), welches dazu bestimmt ist, die Arbeitsgeräte zu tragen, durch einen hydraulischen, elektrischen oder pneumatischen Zylinder gesteuert ist, der senkrecht zur Achse der auf der Ladefläche des Fahrzeugs angeordneten Multifunktionsvorrichtung montiert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichne, daß wenigstens ein erster Positionsmelder mit dem Armelement (16a) auf dem Multifunktionschassis verbunden ist, um ein erstes Signal zu erzeugen, welches die Winkelposition des genannten Elements definiert, daß ein zweiter Positionsmelder dem anderen Armelement (16b) zugeordnet ist, um ein zweites Signal zu erzeugen, welches die Position des ersten Elements (16a) bezüglich des zweiten Elements (16b) in der gleichen Ebene bestimmt, daß ein dritter Positionsmelder den Arbeitsgeräten zugeordnet ist, um ein drittes Signal zu erzeugen, welches die Position dieser Arbeitsgeräte bezüglich der ersten Schwenkachse (17a) und der zweiten Achse (17b) der Verschwenkung der Armelemente (16a, 16b) bestimmt, und daß ein vierter Positionsmelder, der dem Teleskopbetätigungsglied zugeordnet ist, die Feststellung der Position der Randzonen der Arbeitsgeräte bezüglich der zu reinigenden und/oder zu behandelnden Oberfläche ermöglicht.
- Multifunktionsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elektronischen Einrichtungen durch eine zentrale Verarbeitungseinheit gebildet sind, die mit einer Echt-Zeit-Software zur Steuerung und Kontrolle programmiert ist und die enthält:- wenigstens einen Mikroprozessor (69), der durch einen Bus (70) mit speziellen Schnittstellen (71) der Fühler und Betätigungsglieder verbunden ist;- Eingänge/Ausgänge zur Steuerung verschiedener Fühler (72);- Eingänge/Ausgänge, die einen Dialog Operator/Maschine mit Hilfe eines Steuerpults (73) ermöglichen;- ein elektronisches Ensemble zur Steuerung der Abstandsmelder (74); und- zwei numerische Steuerungen (75, 76), umfassend jeweils eine Roboterschnittstelle und eine Leistungsverstärkerstufe zur Steuerung der Betätigungsglieder (CI; CII) der beiden Arme.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 und 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Rinnsteinreinigungsdüse (34) enthält, bestehend aus einer Hülle variabler Form, beispielsweise zylindrisch oder quaderförmig, die mit einer Saugleitung (29) verbunden ist, und deren innere Flanke (37) sich vertikal in einer geschlossenen oder nichtgeschlossenen Gleitbahn verschiebt und in einem Gleitschuh (38) zum Inkontakttreten mit der zu reinigenden oder zu behandelnden Oberfläche endet, wobei das Abstützsystem auf dem Boden gebildet wird, entweder durch eine Feder (43) oder einen hydraulischen, elektrischen oder pneumatischen Zylinder, während Rampen oder Ausgußschnäbel von Wasserstrahlbündeln entweder auf den Innenflanken (37) oder auf den Seitenflanken der Düse (34) befestigt sind und wobei Fühler (23) auf jede Seite der Düse dazu dienen, zu vermeidende Hindernisse festzustellen, beispielsweise Fußgänger, Fahrzeuge, Bäume oder andere Maschinen und Gegenstände.
