Die Blattfedern können zweckmäßig mehrlagig, eventuell mit unterschiedlicher Länge ausgeführt sein. Günstig ist vor allem eine rechtwinklige Form der Blattfeder, wobei ein Ende an der Klemmplatte bzw. zwischen Klemmplatte und Türkörper befestigt ist und das andere Ende auf das Dichtelement in Richtung auf den Türrahmen Federkräfte ausübt. Daneben kann die Blattfeder in Hinblick auf eine Erhöhung des möglichen Federweges auch zusätzlich S- oder Z-förmig gebogen sein. Mit Hilfe der am Ansatz (7) am Türkörper (1) befestigten Verstellschraube (6) kann die Klemmplatte in Ofenlängsrichtung verstellt werden. In der Mitte zwischen den beiden Befestigungsschrauben (5) ist mit der Befestigungschraube (17) die erfindungsgemäße Blattfeder (8) an der Klemmplatte (4) befestigt. Die Blattfeder (8) ist rechtwinklig ausgebildet und mit dem einen Schenkel (15) mit der Klemmplatte (4) verbunden. Der andere freie Schenkel ist im wesentlichen parallel zur Dichtfläche des Türrahmens (3) angeordnet. An dessen freiem Ende ist mit einer Kontermutter (9) eine Stellschraube (16) angeordnet, mit deren Hilfe die auf die Dichtscheide (13) ausgeübte Anpreßkraft einstellbar ist. Der mögliche Verstellweg der Klemmplatte (4) ist in Figur 1 durch die Pfeile (14) angezeigt. Um eine gleichzeitige Verstellung des Z-Profiles (2) der Blattfeder (8) mit der Klemmplatte (4) zu erreichen und für eine ausreichende Rückstellsicherung sind an der Klemmplatte (4) der Anschlag (10) für die Blattfeder und der Anschlag (11) für den Schenkel (12) der Dichtleiste (2) vorgesehen.Figure 1 shows the arrangement of a conventional Z-bar (2) with the sealing edge (13) on the door body of a coke oven door (1).
