Claims (4)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Tragringes für Heizstrahler und sonstige Gegenstände, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein mit Löchern (4) versehener Metallstreifen (A) derart zerschnitten wird, dass seine Länge dem Umfang eines Aussenringes (3) zwecks Bildung des Tragringes entspricht, ein zweiter mit Löchern (4) versehener Metallstreifen (B) derart zerschnitten wird, dass seine Länge dem Umfang eines Innenringes (2) zwecks Bildung des Tragringes entspricht, die zwei Enden der beiden Streifen (A-B) kreisbogenartig gefaltet werden, der erste vorgefaltete Streifen (A) in der Querrichtung gegen und um einen zylinderförmigen Teil (7) eines Kernes (5) herangedrückt wird, dessen Durchmesser dem Innendurchmesser des Aussenringes (3) zwecks Bildung des erfindungsgemässen Tragringes entspricht, der zweite vorgefaltete Streifen (B) in der Querrichtung gegen und um einen zylindeförmigen Teil (6) des vorgenannten Kernes herangedrückt wird, dessen Durchmesser dem Innendurchmesser des Innenringes (2) zwecks Bildung des Tragringes entspricht, und der derart gebildete Innenring (2) achsial in den derart gebildeten Aussenring (3) hineingedrückt wird und die beiden Ringe (2, 3) derart masshaltig aufeinander gedrückt werden, dass die Löcher (4) der beiden Ringe (2, 3) Radialdurchgänge bilden.
  2. Verfahren gemäss dem Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Enden des ersten Streifens (A) kreisbogenförmig gebogen werden, wobei der Halbmesser des derart gebildeten Kreisbogens dem halben Aussendurchmesser des Aussenringes (3) entspricht, und die Enden des zweiten Streifens (B) ebenfalls kreisbogenförmig gebogen werden, wobei der Halbmesser des derart erhaltenen Kreisbogens dem halben Aussendurchmesser des Innenringes (2) entspricht.
  3. Gesenk für die Durchführung des Verfahrens gemäss den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es im wesentlichen aus den folgenden Teilen besteht : ein aus zwei Teilen (6, 7) verschiedenen Durchmessers bestehender zylinderförmiger Kern (5), wobei der Durchmesser des einen Teiles dem Innendurchmesser des zu bildenden Innenringes (2) und der Durchmesser des anderen Teiles dem Innendurchmesser des zu bildenden Aussenringes (3) entspricht; ein auf dem vorgenannten Kern (5) in der Längsrichtung schiebender Druckkörper, dessen Aussenmass grösser ist als der Höchstdurchmesser des vorgenannten Kernes (5) und dessen Aufgabe es ist die vorgebildeten ineinandergedrückten Ringe (2, 3) auf dem Kern (5) zu verschieben; ein Zentralstempel (10), dessen Aufgabe es ist die beiden Ringe (2, 3) ineinander zu schieben und der mit zwei Flachseiten (11, 14) verschiedener Breite versehen ist, wobei dieser Stempel symmetrisch und achsial verschiebbar auf dem Druckkörper (9) angeordnet ist und die gegenüberstehenden Seitenränder der einen Oberfläche abgerundet sind im Hinblick auf die vorhergehende Biegung des zu bildenden Aussenringes (3) und die gegenüberstehenden Seitenränder der anderen Oberfläche abgerundet sind im Hinblick auf die vorhergehende Biegung des zu bildenden Innenringes (2); ein Senkkörper (16), dessen Aufgabe es ist die beiden Metallstreifen (A, B) nach der Bildung der beiden Ringe (2, 3) in Berührung mit jeder Flachseite (11, 14) des Zentralstempels (10) zu halten; ein sich auf der grössten Seite (11) des Zentralstempels (10) anordnendes Faltmittel (17) für die vorhergehende Bildung des erforderlichen Aussenringes (3), wobei dieses Faltmittel (17) eine halbzylinderförmige Rinne (18) für das nachträgliche Andrücken des ersten Metallstreifens (A) auf dem Kern (5) zwecks Bildung des Aussenringes (3) aufweist; ein sich auf der kleinsten Seite (14) des Zentralstempels anordnendes Faltmittel (19) für die vorhergehende Bildung des Innenringes (2), wobei dieses Faltmittel (19) eine halbzylinderförmige Rinne (20) für das herandrücken des zweiten Metallstreifens (B) auf dem Teil mit dem kleinsten Durchmesser des Kernes (6) zwecks Bildung des Innenringes (2) aufweist; und ein Kaliberstempel (21), dessen Aufgabe es ist die ineinandergedrückten Ringe (2, 3) masshaltig zusammenzudrücken.
  4. Tragring für Heizstrahler und sonstige Gegenstände, sich eignend zur Herstellung gemäss dem in den vorhergehenden Patentansprüchen beschriebenen Verfahren.
