Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Sicherungsvorrichtung für eine Stecker- bzw. Buchsenleiste mit einem angeschlossenen flexiblen Kabel, wie z.B. aus EP-A- 48085 bekannt.
  • Solche Sicherungsvorrichtungen sind insbesondere dann erforderlich, wenn das Gerät ortsbeweglich sein soll und häufiger Stekkerwechsel auf einfache Weise ermöglicht werden soll.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, für solche Fälle auf einfache Weise Abhilfe gegen unerwünschtes Lösen zu schaffen.
  • Gemäß der Erfindung wird diese Aufgabe gelöst, idem die Stecker- bzw. Buchsenleisten in ein im Profil U-förmig gebogenes Blechteil, das mit seinen Innenschenkel an den Längsseiten der Leiste anliegt, eingesetzt und mit ihm vorzugsweise schraubbar verbunden ist und an jedem Ende des Blechteils ein Scharnier vorgesehen ist, das je einen in Profil L-förmigen Haken trägt, der an seinem zum zugehörigen Steckerstück im Gerät hinweisenden Schenkelende einen Widerhaken hat, mit dem er in eine nutförmige Vertiefung am Gerät eingreift.
  • Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung finden sich in den Unteransprüchen.
  • Nachstehend wird die Erfindung anhand eines in den Figuren dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert.

  • Bei Funkgeräten werden häufig sogenannte D-Substecker verwendet, bei denen eine größere Anzahl von Steckerstiften mit entsprechenden Buchsenleisten und vice versa mit dem Gerät verbunden werden müssen. Besonders für transportablen Betrieb ist dabei eine Sicherung des Steckers gegen Herausfallen auch bei starken Erschütterungen erforderlich. Die mehrpolige Stecker- bzw. Buchsenleiste 14 wird hierzu am Blechteil 1 mittels Schrauben 15 verbunden, das für den eigentlichen Stecker einen Durchbruch 19 hat. Das Blechteil ist im Profil U-förmig mit schalen Längsschenkeln 20. Diese Längsschenkel liegen an den Seitenwänden des Steckergehäuses 16 an. Für die Schrauben 15 sind beidseits des Gehäuses in Längsrichtung betrachtet Gewindelöcher 6 im Blechteil 1 vorgesehen. Die Schenkelenden in Längsrichtung betrachtet sind zu Ösen 7 geformt. Zwischen diese Ösen ist kippbar je ein L-förmiger Haken 2 eingelegt und zwar so, daß der eine Schenkel 3a außerhalb des Blechs zu liegen kommt. Der Verbindungsbereich der Schenkel 4 ist mit einer Bohrung oder einem Durchbruch 8 versehen, durch den über die Ösen ein Bolzen 5 gedrückt ist, so daß ein Scharnier entsteht. Die äußeren Schenkel 3 umschließen das Gerät 10 selbst und haben am Ende als Niederhaken 9 ausgebildete Abkantungen. Diese Abkantungen greifen im Befestigungsfall in nutförmige Vertiefungen 21 ein. Um die Arretierung zu verbessern, ist zwischen die Schenkel 3, 3a, die etwa rechtwinkelig (vorzugsweise etwas größer als 90°) zueinander stehen, eine flexible Zunge 11 schräg stehend angeordnet. Diese Zunge soll beim Aufdrücken auf die Seitenwand 22 des Gerätes dafür sorgen, daß die Widerhaken 9 fest in die Nut 21 gedrückt werden. Sie ist dazu gegen den Schenkel 3a und das Gerät hin leicht geneigt. Die Zunge 11 hat am Ende wieder eine hakenförmige Abkantung 12 mittels derer sie letztendlich an der Seitenwand oder einer Vertiefung darin drückt. Am Schenkel 3 ist eine zusätzliche Versteifungsrippe 13 angebracht.
  • Wird in Arretierungsstellung gegen die Außenschenkel 3a in Richtung Stecker gedrückt, so löst sich die Verbindung und der Stecker kann abgezogen werden. Stecker und Sicherung bilden so eine Einheit.
  • Das Steckergehäuse 16 hat eine Zugentlastung 18 für die Kabel 17.
  • Es ist auf diese Weise eine einfache Steckersicherung verwirklicht, die auch jederzeit nachträglich an solchen Stekkergehäusen montiert werden kann, wozu nur zwei Rändelschrauben 15 notwendig sind.

Claims (4)

  1. Sicherungsvorrichtung für eine Stecker- bzw. Buchsenleiste mit einem angeschlossenen flexiblen Kabel (17), wobei die Leiste (14) in ein im Profil U-förmig gebogenes Blechteil (1) eingesetzt und mit ihm vorzugsweise schraubbar (6, 15) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindung starr ist und das Profil mit seinen Innenschenkeln (20) an den Längsseiten der Leiste anliegt und daß an jedem Ende des Blechteils ein Scharnier (5, 7,8) vorgesehen ist, das je einen in Profil L-förmigen Haken (2) trägt, der an seinem zum zugehörigen Steckergegenstück im Gerät hin weisenden Schenkelende (3) einen Widerhaken (9) hat, mit dem er in eine nutförmige Vertiefung (21) am Gerät (10) federnd eingreift.
  2. Sicherungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß zwischen den zwei etwa rechtwinkelig zueinander angeordneten Schenkeln (3, 3a) des L-förmigen Hakens (2) ein zungenförmiges federndes Element (11) an dem an der Verbindung (4) der Schenkel (3, 3a) befindlichen Scharnier befestigt ist, das sich beim Einrasten der Sicherungsvorrichtung an die Seitenwand (22) des Gerätes anlegt und dadurch den Haken (2) zusätzlich in die nutförmige Vertiefung (21) drückt.
  3. Sicherungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die federnde Zunge (11) am Ende zum Gerät hin hakenförmig abgekantet ist und mit dieser Abkantung gegen die entsprechende Seitenwand (22) drückt.
  4. Sicherungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß das Scharnier aus am Ende der Seitenwände (20) des Blechteils (1) angeordneten Ösen (7) besteht, zwischen denen sich kippbar der Haken (2) befindet, der dort einen Durchbruch (8) im Verbindungsbereich (4) der Schenkel (3, 3a) hat, durch den und die Ösen (7) ein Bolzen (5) gesteckt ist.
