Das erfindungsgemässe Bauelement ist gekennzeichnet durch die Vereinigung folgender Merkmale:
- a) das Bauelement ist als Leichtbaustein ausgebildet und hat einen an sich bekannten I-förmigen Profilquerschnitt mit zwei in parallelem Abstand zueinander angeordneten Flanschen und einen dazwischen angeordneten Steg,
- b) die Flanschen sind mit in Längsrichtung orientierten Nuten für eine Nut-/Federverbindung nebeneinander liegend angeordneter Bauelemente versehen, und
- c) der Steg hat mindestens im Stirnbereich eine den Steg quer zur Längsrichtung durchdringende Ausnehmung für ein die stirnseitig aneinander stossenden Bauelemente miteinander verbindendes Kupplungsglied.

Das erfindungsgemässe Verfahren zur Herstellung des Bauelements ist gekennzeichnet durch die Vereinigung folgender Merkmale,
- a) von einer mit einer Schnecke oder dergleichen versehenen und im wesentlichen als Extruder ausgebildeten Station wird entsprechend gemischte Baustoffmasse einer als Profilmatrix ausgebildeten ersten Bearbeitungsstation zur Bildung eines im Profilquerchnitt I-förmig oder kastenartig ausgebildeten, vorzugsweise endlosen Rohlings zugeführt,
- b) in einer zweiten Bearbeitungsstation werden in die Stirnseiten der Flanschen in Durchlaufrichtung orientierte Nuten eingefräst,
- c) in einer dritten Bearbeitungsstation werden in den zwischen den beiden Flanschen vorgesehenen Steg des endlosen Rohlings im Abstand zueinander angeordnete Ausnehmungen gebohrt, gestanzt oder dergleichen,
- d) in der nächsten Bearbeitungsstation wird das in dieser Phase weitgehend fertiggestellte Bauelement vorzugsweise getrocknet sowie ausgehärtet, und
- e) in einer weiteren Bearbeitungsstation wird das endlose Bauelement als Leichtbaustein auf bestimmte Längen, vorzugsweise programmgesteuert an einer rechtwinkelig oder schräg zur Längsrichtung orientierten Trennlinie auf bestimmte Längen abgeschnitten.

Die Station 35 ist mit entsprechenden Mitteln zum Austrocknen und Härten des Längsträgers 10 versehen. Von dem zugeorneten Transportorgan 36 wird der Längsträger 10 der als Abläng-Vorrichtung ausgebildeten Station 40 zugeführt.
Die Station 40 ist mit nicht dargestellten Schneidelementen versehen, mittels welcher der Längsträger 10 auf bestimmte Längen, vorzugsweise nach einer bestimmten Längenvorgabe programmgesteuert entlang der Trennlinie T (Fig.5) abgeschnitten werden kann.
Als Schnitt- oder Trennebene T wird vorzugsweise, wie auch in Fig.6 dargestellt, die Mitte zwischen den beiden Bohrungen 6,6′ gewählt. Das Dachteilstück 80 umfasst mehrere nebeneinanderliegend angeordnete, vorzugsweise bis zum Dachfirst (nicht dargestellt) reichende Bauelemente 12, welche durch eine Nut-/Federverbindung miteinander verbunden sind. Das einzelne Bauelement 12 ist an dem einen freien Ende mit einer abgeschrägten Kante 12′ versehen und liegt auf dem mit entsprechend abgeschrägten Flanschen 2,3 (Fig.10) versehenen Bauelement 13. Auf der dem Bauelement 13 zugewandten Seite ist das Bauelement 12 mit korrespondierend zu den Nuten 2˝,3˝ des Bauelements 13 angeordneten Nuten versehen, in welche entsprechend ausgebildete, nicht näher dargestellte Federelemente 81,81′ einschiebbar sind.
Die Aussenwand 85 umfasst im unteren Bereich (Heizkörpernische) mehrere Bauelemente 14 (Fig.11), einen als Fertigbauteil ausgebildeten Fensterrahmen 87 sowie auf dem Fensterrahmen 87 angeordnete und damit befestigte Bauelemente 10 (nur ein Bauelement 10 dargestellt) auf welchem im wesentlichen die aus den Bauelementen 10′,10 gebildete Decke 90 gelagert ist.
Die Decke 90 besteht beispielsweise aus mehreren in Längs- und Querrichtung miteinander verbundenen Bauelementen 10 und 10′. Das mit der quer zur Längsrichtung verlaufenden Nut 11,11′ und dem eingeschobenen Federelement 91,91′ versehene Bauelement 10′ ist auf der einen Seite mit dem Bauelement 13 und auf der anderen Seite mit dem hier um 90° um seine Längsachse gedreht angeordneten Bauelement 10 über eine weitere Nut-/Federverbindung wirkverbunden. Die nebeneinander angeordneten Bauelemente 10′ sind stirnseitig vorzugsweise mit einer über mehrere Bauelemente 10′ reichenden Platte 86 verschlossen.
Der Boden 95 umfasst ebenfalls mehrere in Längs- und Querrichtung miteinander verbundene Bauelemente 10 und 10′.
