Abstract

Zum Einfädeln eines Fadens von einem Kops in Fadenführungs­ elemente einer Ringspinnmaschine wird der vom Kops ausgehen­ de Faden (6.1) mit seinem freien Ende in einem elastisch wirkenden Rückhaltespeicher (15) gehalten und gegen den stillstehenden Garnträger (40) gespannt. Das eingespannte Fadenstück (6.1) wird auf der Seite des Garnträgers (40) in einer definierten Position (25) unmittelbar oberhalb des Spinnrings (23) gestützt und mit Hilfe der gesteuert posi­ tionierbaren Mündung (16) des Rückhaltespeichers (15) tang­ ential zum Spinnring (23) und in einer Neigung ("alpha") gegenüber der Ebene des Spinnrings (23) an den Spinnring herangeführt. Anschliessend wird der Läufer (24) aus dem Bereich der tieferliegenden Einspannstelle des Fadenstücks (6.1) in Richtung der höherliegenden Einspannstelle auf den Faden aufgeschleppt. Durch die gesteuerten Bewegungsabläufe ergibt sich eine hohe Präzision der Fadenführung beim Ein­ fädeln und damit ein besonders hoher Erfolg. Das Verfahren lässt sich in automatisch ablaufende Anwickel- und Ansetz­ vorgänge integrieren.
