Claims (7)

  1. Einrichtung zum automatischen Anbringen von nicht vorbeleimten Etiketten, umfassend ein gegenüber einem festen Grundgestell vertikal verstellbares Chassis (2), Mittel (3) zum Aufnehmen eines Vorrates eines Papierbandes (4), Mittel (5) zum Weitertransportieren, Mittel (7) zum Abtrennen, Mittel (15) zum Beleimen und zum Anbringen eines beleimten Abschnittes des Papierbandes an dem zu etikettierenden Träger, und Mittel zum Synchronisieren der Einrichtung mit der Vorbeiführung der zu etikettierenden Träger, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zur Vorratsaufnahme durch einen Behälter (3) zum Aufnehmen eines bedruckten Bandes (4) gebildet sind, welches zick-zack-gefaltet ist und zwei seitliche Lochreihen aufweist, wobei einerseits die Transportmittel durch mit den Löchern des Bandes (4) zusammenwirkende Stachel-Zahnriemen (10) gebildet sind, welche auf jene zunächst eine Vorschubbewegung von mindestens der Länge eines Etikettes in stromabwärtiger Richtung auf einer horizontalen Aufnahmeplatte (6, 36) übertragen und danach in der Abtrennphase zwischen den Transportmitteln und Mitteln zum Andrücken an die Platte eine Spannbewegung in stromaufwärtiger Richtung, wobei andererseits die Mittel zum Andrücken des stromabwärtigen Endes des Bandes (4) und des Etiketts (1) auf die Platte (6, 36) durch Unterdrucksauger (19, 40) gebildet sind, daß außerdem die Beleimungsmittel (15) wenigstens zweifach vorhanden und so angeordnet sind, daß sie auf der nicht bedruckten Rückseite des Etiketts (1) zwei parallele und längs verlaufende Leimstreifen aufbringen können, und daß schließlich die Mittel zum Anbringen des beleimten Etiketts (1) an dem stillgesetzten Träger durch eine Struktur (20, 36) gebildet sind, welche die vorne genannten Sauger (19, 40) trägt und welche zwischen einer horizontalen, der Stellung zum Aufnehmen und Beleimen des Etiketts entsprechenden Stellung sowie einer vertikalen Stellung zum Anbringen an dem Träger hin- und herschwenkbar ist und einen Stellantrieb (22, 54) umfassen, welcher die Mittel zum Anbringen des Etiketts zum Träger hin verschiebt, um das Etikett an diesen anzudrücken.
  2. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmeplatte (6) fest angeordnet ist und Längsschlitze (14) für den spielbehafteten Durchtritt der Köpfe (15a) von Leimauftragpistolen (15) umfaßt, wobei diese Köpfe unterhalb der Platte (6) und am Ende von Mitteln (18) angeordnet sind, welche diese in Längsrichtung verstellen können, wobei die beiden Sauger (19) zum Halten und Andrücken des Etiketts zusammendrückbar, an den Enden einer Traverse (20) befestigt und, von einer Steuerung gesteuert, an eine Unterdruckquelle angeschlossen sind, wobei die Traverse (20) an der Stange eines Stellantriebes (22) befestigt ist, dessen Gehäuse bei (23) um eine horizontale Querachse verschwenkbar gelagert ist, die oberhalb des stromabwärtigen Endes der Platte (6) angeordnet ist.
  3. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platte (36) einerseits mit wenigstens zwei Unterdruck-Saugöffnungen (40) versehen ist, welche Mittel zum Halten und Andrücken eines Etiketts auf dieser darstellen und die jeweils, durch eine Steuerung gesteuert, an eine Unterdruckquelle angeschlossen sind, und daß sie andererseits von einem Support (42) gehalten wird, welcher um eine horizontale Achse schwenkbar angeordnet und mit Mitteln (47, 48) verbunden ist, welche diese zwischen einer horizontalen Position für die Aufnahme des stromabwärtigen Endes des Bandes und einer vertikalen Position zum Anbringen des Etiketts verschwenken kann, wobei der Support (42) von einem Gleitelement (44) gehalten wird, welches auf Gleitführungen (50) verschiebbar und mit Mitteln verbunden ist, die dieses zwischen einer stromaufwärtigen Stellung für die Vorbereitung des Etikettes und einer stromabwärtigen Stellung zum Übertragen auf den konditionierten Gegenstand verstellen kann, wobei die Beleimungsmittel (15) durch zumindest zwei feste Beleimungspistolen gebildet sind, die oberhalb der Platte (36) angeordnet sind und auf das Papierband während dessen Vorschubbewegung gegenüber der Platte mindestens zwei längsverlaufende Leimstreifen aufbringen.
  4. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel für den Drehantrieb des Supportes (42) durch mindestens ein Zahnrad (47) gebildet sind, welches mit diesem Support fest verbunden und zu dessen Schwenkachse koaxial angeordnet ist und mit einer horizontalen Zahnstange (48) kämmt, wobei die Mittel zum Verstellen des Gleitelementes durch die Stange eines Stellantriebes (53) gebildet sind, dessen Gehäuse fest angeordnet ist.

Einrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gleitführungen (50) für das Gleitelement (44) verschiebbar in einem festen Gehäuse (52) gelagert sind, daß sie mit einer Traverse (49) fest verbunden sind, welche die Zahnstange (48) trägt und daß sie in Richtung eines stromaufwärtigen Anschlages durch Federmittel (53) vorgespannt sind, die eine gegenüber der Kraft des Stellantriebes (53) zum Verstellen des Gleitelementes geringere Vorspannkraft haben, wobei die Zahnstange (48) mit einem Längsanschlag (48a) versehen ist, welcher die Verstellung des Gleitelements (44) dieser gegenüber begrenzt, wenn die Platte (36) sich in ihrer vertikalen Stellung zum Anbringen des Etiketts befindet.
  6. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Platte (36) Stangen (45) fest angeordnet sind, die senkrecht zu deren Aufnahmefläche für das Band (4) stehen und die verschiebbar im schwenkbaren Support (42) gelagert und jeweils mit federnden Rückstellmitteln (46) versehen sind, welche die Platte vom Support bis zur Anlage von Anschlagmitteln (45a) fortdrücken.
  7. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum Weitertransportieren des Bandes (4) durch die Stachelräder eines Druckers gebildet sind, welcher zwischen dem Vorratsmagazin (3) für das Band (4) und der Zone für die Abtrennung in Querrichtung desselben angeordnet ist.
